Referring to fig. 17, in the third embodiment of the transfer device of the present invention, the first rail 310 may include a first sub-rail 313 and a second sub-rail 314, the first transfer mechanism is slidably disposed on the first sub-rail 313, the second transfer mechanism is slidably disposed on the second sub-rail 314, an extending direction of the first sub-rail 313 is parallel to an extending direction of the second sub-rail 314, a projection of a motion path of the first transfer mechanism on the bottom plate 109 and a projection of a motion path of the second transfer mechanism on the bottom plate 109 at least partially overlap, so that a space occupied by the transfer device can be reduced, and a structure of the transfer device is more compact.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 to 10, in this embodiment, the first embodiment of the sample analyzer 10 may further include a reaction mechanism 500, a reagent storage mechanism 600, and a reagent needle assembly 710, where the reaction mechanism 500, the reagent storage mechanism 600, and the reagent needle assembly 710 are all disposed in the first region 103, the reaction mechanism 500 is located on a side of the sampling mechanism 200 away from the mixing mechanism 100 and is used to carry a reaction container 510, the reaction container 510 is used to carry a sample, the reaction mechanism 500 is respectively provided with a sample adding station 220, a reagent adding station 520, and a detection station 530 along a circumferential direction thereof, the sampling mechanism 200 is further used to send the collected sample to the reaction mechanism 500 for reaction at the sample adding station 220, the reagent storage mechanism 600 is disposed adjacent to the reaction mechanism 500, the reagent storage mechanism 600 is used to carry a reagent container 610 containing a reagent to be reacted for storing the reagent, and the reagent needle assembly 710 is disposed adjacent to the reaction mechanism 500 and the reagent storage mechanism 600, reagent needle assembly 710 is movable between reagent storage mechanism 600 and reaction mechanism 500 to aspirate reagent from reagent container 610 in reagent storage mechanism 600 and to deliver reagent into reaction container 510 of reaction mechanism 500 to mix the reagent with the sample for subsequent testing at testing station 530. In summary, the partition 102 is disposed to divide the interior of the housing 101 of the sample analyzer 10 into the first area 103 and the second area 104, so as to accommodate the sample processing device and the control device, respectively, which facilitates replacement of reagents and reaction consumables of the sample processing device, troubleshooting and other repairs of the control device, and operation and maintenance are facilitated because the two do not interfere with each other; by arranging the blending station 110 and the sampling station 120 in the sample processing device at intervals, when the current sample is subjected to the sampling process, the previous sample can be simultaneously subjected to the blending process, and the sample processing efficiency of the sample analyzer 10 can be improved; by making the projection of the movement path of the grasping element 320 on the bottom plate 109 and the projection of the movement path of the sampling assembly 230 on the bottom plate 109 at least partially overlap, the space occupied by the sample analyzer 10 as a whole can be reduced, making the structure of the sample analyzer 10 more compact; through setting up sample processing apparatus's mixing mechanism 100, sampling station 210 and application of sample station 220 along same straight line interval in order, can make the process of transporting of sample simple, reliable for the structure of transporting mechanism 300 for transporting the sample is simpler, and transports along same straight line and is difficult for the card pause, and the reliability is higher.

Claims (10)

1. A sample analyzer, comprising:
the shell is enclosed into an accommodating cavity;
the separator is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is used for dividing the accommodating cavity into a first area and a second area;
a first accommodating space is formed in the first area and used for accommodating at least part of the sample processing device;
a second accommodating space is formed in the second area and used for accommodating at least part of the control device.
2. The sample analyzer of claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with an opening and closing mechanism at a position corresponding to the first region, and the opening and closing mechanism can be opened relative to the housing to expose at least a portion of the sample processing device.
3. The sample analyzer of claim 2, wherein the opening and closing mechanism is a door, the housing forms an opening, and the door is rotatably disposed relative to the housing to open or close the opening.
4. The sample analyzer as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a base, wherein the opening and closing mechanism is a cover, the cover is rotatably covered on the base, and the cover and the base together form at least part of the first accommodating space.
5. The sample analyzer of claim 2, wherein the sample processing device comprises:
the blending mechanism comprises a blending station and is used for blending the sample on the blending station;
the sampling mechanism comprises a sampling station, the sampling mechanism is used for sampling the sample on the sampling station, and the uniformly mixing station and the sampling station are arranged at intervals;
the conveying mechanism is arranged adjacent to the sampling mechanism and/or the blending mechanism and used for reciprocating between the sampling station and the blending station to convey the sample;
the control device comprises a controller, and the controller is used for judging whether the sampling station and/or the blending station has the sample or not so as to control the conveying mechanism to pause or convey the sample.
6. The sample analyzer of claim 2, wherein the sample processing device comprises:
the blending mechanism is used for blending the samples;
the sampling mechanism is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises a sampling assembly, a sampling station and a sample adding station, the sampling station is positioned below the sampling assembly, the sample adding station is positioned below the sampling assembly, and the sampling assembly is used for sampling the sample positioned at the sampling station and conveying the collected sample to the sample adding station;
the blending mechanism, the sampling station and the sample adding station are arranged at intervals.
7. The sample analyzer of claim 6, wherein the intermixing mechanism, the sampling station, and the sample application station are sequentially spaced along a common line.
8. The sample analyzer of claim 6 further comprising a transport mechanism for transporting the specimen, the sample analyzer further comprising a base plate having a major surface perpendicular to a major surface of the partition and a major surface parallel to a motion path of the transport mechanism, an extension line of the motion path of the transport mechanism intersecting a projection of an extension line of the motion path of the sampling mechanism on the base plate.
9. The sample analyzer of claim 2, wherein the divider has a track disposed thereon, the sample processing device comprising:
the blending mechanism comprises a blending station and is used for blending the samples on the blending station;
the sampling mechanism comprises a sampling station and a sampling assembly, the sampling assembly is arranged on the track in a sliding mode and is used for sampling the sample on the sampling station, and the blending station and the sampling station are arranged at intervals;
the conveying mechanism comprises a grabbing piece, the grabbing piece is arranged on the track in a sliding mode and used for conveying the uniformly mixed sample to the sampling station from the uniformly mixing station;
wherein the sample processing device further comprises a bottom plate, a main surface of the bottom plate is perpendicular to a main surface of the separating member, the main surface of the bottom plate is parallel to the extending direction of the track, and the projection of the motion path of the sampling assembly and the motion path of the grabbing member on the bottom plate at least partially overlap.
10. The sample analyzer as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a transport mechanism, wherein the transport mechanism comprises a track disposed on the separator, a grasping member slidably disposed on the track, and a grasping driving member for driving the grasping member to move on the track, and the grasping member is configured to grasp a test tube containing a sample, to transport the sample from outside the housing to inside the housing, and/or to grasp and mix the sample transported inside the housing, and/or to transport the sample to a sampling station.
