As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the bidirectional helical blade type stirring apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a stirring shaft and two stirring assemblies 100; the stirring assembly 100 comprises a first helical blade 200, a separation blade 300, a second helical blade 400, a connecting rod 500 and a fixing block 600; the separation blade 300 is vertically and fixedly connected with the middle part of the connecting rod 500, and the separation blade 300 is positioned at both sides of the connecting rod 500; the fixing block 600 is fixedly connected with one end of the separation blade 300; one end of the first helical blade 200 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the connecting rod 500, one end of the second helical blade 400 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the connecting rod 500, and the first helical blade 200 and the second helical blade 400 are both located at one side of the connecting rod 500 departing from the fixing block 600.
The first helical blade 200 and the second helical blade 400 are both disposed in an inclined manner, the first helical blade 200 includes a first side 210 and a second side 220 disposed opposite to each other along the length direction thereof, the second helical blade 400 includes a third side 410 and a fourth side 420 disposed opposite to each other along the length direction thereof, in the height direction of the bidirectional helical blade type stirring apparatus, the distance between the first side 210 and the separation blade 300 is greater than the distance between the second side 220 and the separation blade 300, the distance between the third side 410 and the separation blade 300 is greater than the distance between the fourth side 420 and the separation blade 300, the first side 210 is opposite to the third side 410, and the second side 220 is opposite to the fourth side 420. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the first helical blade 200 and the second helical blade 400 may be helical, and the helical directions of the first helical blade 200 and the second helical blade 400 are opposite.
