Detailed Description
The objects, certain advantages and novel features of the utility model will become more apparent from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment when considered in conjunction with the drawings. In the present specification, when reference numerals are given to constituent elements of respective drawings, the same reference numerals are used as much as possible for the same constituent elements even though they are shown in different drawings. In describing the present invention, when it is determined that the detailed description of the related known technology makes the gist of the present invention unclear, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cosmetic applicator according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 and 3 are exploded perspective views of the cosmetic applicator according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is an assembly sequence diagram of the cosmetic applicator according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
First, the directions used in the present specification are defined. The front face is a right side face with reference to fig. 1, the rear face is a left side face with reference to fig. 1, and the left and right sides are set with reference to the front face and the rear face described above. In the following description, the above-described directions are used as references, but such directions are merely for convenience of description, and the scope of right is not limited by the directions.
In the present embodiment, the user may apply the cosmetic by using the back surface, the front surface, the upper end, or the like, and thus the portion used for applying the cosmetic is not limited in the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a cosmetic tool 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention may be an applicator used for lip gloss, mascara, or the like, as a cosmetic tool 1 to be coupled to a brush stick 2 to deliver cosmetics to a makeup site. Such a cosmetic applicator 1 includes a tip section 10 and a cap section 20.
The tip portion 10 is coupled to the brush bar 2 and has a coating surface. The tip portion 10 is configured to include the coupling portion 11 and the coating portion 12, and the coupling portion 11 and the coating portion 12 may be integrated after being separately manufactured or may be manufactured by integral injection molding.
The coupling portion 11 has a shaft form coupled to the brush bar 2. The coupling portion 11 may have a cylindrical shape to be easily inserted into the hollow brush rod 2, a concave portion formed in the coupling portion 11 to be easily coupled to the brush rod 2, and a cylindrical shape to be fixed to the brush rod 2 by screw coupling.
An applying part 12 is provided at one side of the combining part 11, and the applying part 12 contacts the makeup part. The application section 12 is made of a soft material and provides a soft touch and a close-fitting feeling of the preparation to the skin, lips, and the like, which are cosmetic parts. In this case, soft means a material such as TPE or elastomer, but is not limited thereto.
The surface of the coating part 12 is smooth or has a soft feeling, and in order to impregnate the cosmetic, a flocking (flooding) process is applied. That is, the surface material, texture, and the like of the application section 12 are determined variously depending on the cosmetic component, the purpose of makeup, the part to be made up, and the like.
The coating portion 12 is made of a soft material to provide a soft touch, and the coating portion 12 and the bonding portion 11 are integrally manufactured in the tip portion 10, so that the bonding portion 11 may also be made of a soft material. That is, in the present embodiment, the coupling portion 11 has flexibility and is coupled to the brush bar 2, but the flexible coupling portion 11 and the brush bar 2 are interference-fitted to secure the coupling force.
The applying portion 12 is coupled to the brush bar 2 by the coupling portion 11, and the coupling portion 11 is made of a soft material having flexibility, so that the coupling portion 11 can provide elasticity to the applying portion 12. Therefore, the application section 12 of the present embodiment can achieve elastic contact with the makeup area, and thus can improve makeup convenience.
The coating portion 12 may include a front portion 121 and a rear portion 122, and the front portion 121 may be inclined forward with respect to the axial center of the coupling portion 11 as approaching the upper end. The front surface portion 121 has a recessed portion 121a formed to protrude forward around the coupling portion 11.
Such a recess 121a can be used for seating a lid 20 described later. Even if the cap section 20 is seated to the recess 121a, the cosmetics may flow into the inside of the recess 121a, and thus the recess 121a has a function of temporarily accommodating the cosmetics.
A part of the coupling portion 11 may be formed to protrude from the recess 121a, and the coupling portion 11 protruding from the inner side of the recess 121a is covered by the cover 20 when the cover 20 is seated to the recess 121 a. For this reason, the recessed portion 121a may be recessed more than the coupling portion 11 protruding forward from inside the recessed portion 121 a.
The recess 121a may protrude upward, but the shape of the recess 121a is not limited thereto. However, in order to couple the lid portion 20 to the application portion 12, which will be described later, the recess 121a may be formed in a form that does not restrict the lid portion 20 from sliding upward relative to the application portion 12.
In the front surface portion 121, a front edge portion 121b is provided around the recess portion 121 a. The front edge 121b extends upward from the left, right, and upper edges of the recess 121a and has a horseshoe shape. The front edge 121b intersects the back surface 122 at an acute angle, the lid 20 is placed on the recess 121a, and the front edge 121b is formed to be exposed to the outside from the periphery of the lid 20.
That is, the lid 20 covering a part of the front surface 121 fills the recess 121a, and the lid 20 and the front surface edge 121b constitute a front application surface. At this time, a part of the cosmetic flows into the inside of the recessed portion 121a through the gap between the lid portion 20 and the front edge portion 121b, and the inflowing cosmetic is discharged again through the gap between the lid portion and the front edge portion 121b at the time of makeup.
Of course, depending on the materials of the cap 20 and the application section 12, the specification of the cap 20 relative to the specification of the application section 12, and the like, when the cap 20 is coupled to the application section 12 and the recess 121a is slightly compressed and coupled by the cap 20, the cosmetic can be prevented from flowing into the recess 121a through the gap between the cap 20 and the front edge 121 b.
The front edge 121b protrudes forward from the front surface of the cover 20, and a step is formed between the covers 20. That is, even if the lid section 20 is placed in the recessed section 121a, the front surface of the lid section 20 is recessed inside the front edge section 121b, and a part of the cosmetic can be accommodated inside the front edge section 121 b.
The back portion 122 is provided on the opposite side of the front portion 121, and includes a back lower portion 122a and a back upper portion 122 b. The back lower portion 122a opens upward at an acute angle with respect to the front portion 121. The back lower side portion 122a is vertically formed or formed nearly vertically in the vertical direction.
The coupling portion 11 is formed in a protruding manner on the rear surface lower side portion 122 a. The coupling portion 11 couples the brush bar 2 to one side of the application portion 12, but the coupling portion 11 and the application portion 12 are not clearly distinguished in the height direction, and the coupling portion 11 extends upward to a part of the application portion 12, thereby forming the application portion 12 in an overlapping manner.
The coupling portion 11 includes an upper end extending above a lower end of the coating portion 12, and at least a part of an upper portion of the coupling portion 11 protrudes rearward through the rear surface lower portion 122a or protrudes forward through the recessed portion 121 a.
The coupling portion 11 is formed in a straight axial shape or curved along the front portion 121 as approaching the upper end. In the latter case, the joint 11 is buried in the rear lower portion 122 a.
The rear surface lower portion 122a is formed to protrude to form the coupling portion 11, and forms a planar cross section of a specific form together with the coupling portion 11. On the contrary, the recessed portion 121a described above constitutes an e-shaped cross section in a plan view together with the coupling portion 11.
The back lower side portion 122a is covered by the lid portion 20. At this time, the coupling portion 11 protruding from the rear lower side portion 122a is also covered by the cover 20. Therefore, the back surface lower side portion 122a is not exposed to the outside when combined with the lid section 20, similarly to the recess portion 121 a. However, unlike the recessed portion 121a, the back lower side portion 122a is not recessed, but rather is formed in a relatively flat surface state, and does not have a function of accommodating cosmetics.
The lid portion 20 covering the back lower portion 122a can suppress the application portion 12 from being distorted when makeup is performed using the front portion 121 (particularly, the front edge portion 121b) described above. In this regard, the detailed description will be made in the following description of the lid section 20.
The rear lower portion 122a may protrude upward. At this time, rear upper side portions 122b are formed to extend upward from the left, right, and upper side edges of the rear lower side portion 122 a. The back surface upper side portion 122b is provided with a horseshoe shape surrounding the remaining edge other than the lower side of the back surface lower side portion 122a, similarly to the case of the front surface edge portion 121 b.
The rear upper portion 122b is formed by bending or folding the rear lower portion 122a, and thus intersects the front portion 121 (particularly, the front edge portion 121b) at an acute angle. Thus, the rear surface portion 122 is provided with a shape projecting rearward and upward as a whole.
The rear upper side portion 122b is configured to have a form in which the front-rear width increases from the lower end upward and then decreases again toward the upper end, and a portion of the rear upper side portion 122b having the maximum front-rear width is a portion of the rear upper side portion 122b that contacts the upper side of the rear lower side portion 122 a.
Such a back upper side portion 122b is not covered with the lid portion 20 and is exposed to the outside. The rear surface upper side portion 122b is continuous with the lid portion 20 disposed so as to cover the rear surface lower side portion 122 a. That is, unlike the case of the front edge portion 121b, the rear upper portion 122b and the lid portion 20 attached to the rear portion 122 form a curved surface smoothly connected without steps.
Therefore, the user can apply makeup using any one of the front portion 121 provided with the lid portion 20 and the back portion 122 provided with the lid portion 20, but of course, the left or right side portion where the back upper side portion 122b and the front edge portion 121b intersect at an acute angle may be used.
In this way, the coating section 12 includes the front surface 121 and the back surface 122, the front surface 121 forms a relatively flat coating surface by the recess 121a and the lid 20 placed on the recess 121a, and the back surface 122 forms a coating surface protruding or forming a gentle angle by the lid 20 placed on the back surface lower side 122a and the back surface upper side 122 b. Therefore, the applying section 12 can perform two kinds of makeup using a flat surface and a curved surface.
The coating portion 12 can be elastically bent with respect to the brush bar 2 by the soft coupling portion 11 coupled to the brush bar 2. Therefore, the application section 12 of the present embodiment can be appropriately deformed without excessive pressure when it comes into contact with the cosmetic site such as the lips of the user.
The cover 20 is configured to surround the front surface 121 and the back surface 122 of the application section 12. The cover 20 is formed to surround the front surface 121 and the back surface 122 of the coating section 12 in an upper portion thereof in a state where the lower portion is coupled to the coupling section 11.
Unlike the soft coating portion 12, the lid portion 20 is made of a hard material and is manufactured by injection molding or the like. The cover 20 thus prevents the coating portion 12 from being excessively skewed or bent while properly maintaining the elasticity of the coating portion 12, and can prevent the coating portion 12 from being detached from the brush bar 2.
Of course, the material of the cover 20 and the coating portion 12 is not limited to this, but in the present invention, a material having higher rigidity than the material of the coating portion 12 is selected as the material of the cover 20 for supporting the coating portion 12.
The cover part 20 includes a coupling part 21 coupled to the coupling part 11 of the coating part 12. The coupling portion 21 is formed in a doughnut shape in which the coupling portion 11 penetrates and is formed in a perfect circle or an ellipse. In particular, the coupling portion 21 is configured such that the lower end thereof is caught to the end of the brush stick 2 and the upper end thereof is caught to the lower end of the applying portion 12, and the cap 20 can be stably fixed when the tip portion 10 is coupled to the brush stick 2. For this, steps for the coupling portion 21 to be caught are provided between the brush bar 2 and the coupling portion 11 and between the lower end of the coating portion 12 and the coupling portion 11.
The front cover 22 and the rear cover 23 extend upward in the coupling portion 21 in a spaced state in the front-rear direction, and the cover 20 has a U-shaped configuration when viewed from the side.
The front cover part 22 is seated in a recess 121a provided in the front surface part 121 of the coating part 12. The front cover 22 is placed in the recess 121a to form the front surface of the cover 20, and the support rear surface portion 122 is bent forward when the coating is performed by the rear upper side portion 122b or the like.
The front cover 22 does not completely cover the recess 121a, but has a size in which a part of the periphery of the recess 121a is exposed to the outside, and forms a step with the front edge 121 b. Therefore, as described above, the front cover portion 22 is more rearward than the front edge portion 121b, and the front surface of the application portion 12 still has a recessed shape.
The rear cover 23 covers the rear lower portion 122 a. The rear cover portion 23 covers the entire rear lower portion 122a and the coupling portion 11 protruding from the rear lower portion 122a, and forms a surface continuous with the rear upper portion 122 b.
The back cover portion 23 performs a support function of preventing the coating portion 12 from being tilted backward when the front surface (particularly, the front edge portion 121b and the like) of the coating portion 12 is used as a coating surface. The front surface of the application part 12 is recessed rearward, and the rear surface of the application part 12 is provided with a shape protruding rearward and upward, and the lid part 20 avoids unnecessary bending of the application part 12 in use in consideration of such a shape of the application part 12.
Specifically, the front cover 22 is housed in the recess 121a to perform a column action for supporting the back surface portion 122 to be bent forward, and the back cover 23 covers the back lower portion 122a to perform a wall action for supporting the front surface portion 121 to be bent backward. Therefore, the rear cover 23 is formed to have a relatively large lateral width with respect to the front cover 22.
At this time, the back cover portion 23 and the front cover portion 22 have substantially similar heights. The back cover 23 has an area of 70% or less of the application area of the application section 12, and supports the application section 12. In this case, the application area of the application part 12 is the total area of the pattern formed by the outer contour line of the front edge 121b or the outer contour line of the rear surface 122 in the front surface part 121.
That is, in the present embodiment, the support area of the back cover portion 23 is limited with respect to the coating portion 12, so that the back surface portion 122 of the coating portion 12 can be sufficiently applied to the coating, and the coating portion 12 can be effectively prevented from being skewed, and at the same time, it can be prevented that an excessive support elastic force is applied to the coating portion 12 and inconvenience occurs in use. Therefore, the back cover portion 23 of the present embodiment provides an appropriate elastic restoring force with respect to the coating portion 12.
The rear cover 23 may include a rear cover lower side 23a and a rear cover upper side 23 b. The rear cover lower portion 23a is provided in a form of being vertical as it approaches upward or slightly inclined rearward with respect to the axial center of the coupling portion 11.
The rear cover upper side portion 23b is bent or curved from the rear cover lower side portion 23a and extends upward to contact the rear cover upper side portion 122 b. The rear cover lower side portion 23a and the rear cover upper side portion 23b are integrally formed and configured to protrude rearward or rearward and upward.
The back cover portion 23 has an area of 70% or less based on the application area of the application portion 12.
The display unit 24 is provided on the rear cover lower portion 23a, the front cover portion 22, and the like. The display unit 24 is formed by engraving or engraving, or coating or printing a pattern, characters, numerals, or a design, in a color different from the surrounding.
The display unit 24 is formed to improve the aesthetic appearance, and the display form, the display method, and the like are not limited. However, the display portion 24 may be formed as an intaglio, and in this case, a part of the cosmetic fills the display portion 24 so that characters and the like of the display portion 24 are clearly displayed by the color of the cosmetic.
In the present embodiment, the application section 12 includes the front section 121 and the back section 122, the front section 121 is in a concave form having the depression 121a, the back section 122 is in a convex form having the back upper side section 122b and the like, and the lid section 20 effectively supports the front section 121 and the back section 122, respectively, thereby providing an optimum elastic force to the application section 12, and providing a better close-fitting feeling to the lips and the like, and realizing the effect of application.
In the present embodiment, the coating portion 12 is made of a soft material, and the cover portion 20 is injection-molded from a hard material, so that the size and the like of the cover portion 20 are limited, and a high elastic strength can be secured even in connection with the injection-molded structure.
Fig. 5a to 5d are perspective views of a cosmetic applicator according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 and 7 are exploded perspective views of the cosmetic applicator according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5a to 5d to 7, the cosmetic applicator 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is slightly different in shape between the application section 12 and the cap section 20 from the above-described embodiment. In the following, the differences between the present embodiment and another embodiment will be mainly described, and the parts not described may be replaced by the above-described ones. The same applies to the description of the other embodiments.
In the case of the above embodiment, the upper end of the coating section 12 is formed in a pointed shape, and the upper end of the rear upper side portion 122b of the coating section 12 of the present embodiment is formed in a slightly blunted shape. With such a shape, the present embodiment can apply appropriate local makeup to the lips and the like by the upper end of the application section 12.
Of course, the present invention may be modified in various shapes in addition to the shape of the applying part 12 shown in the first and second embodiments to improve the delivery efficiency and convenience of the cosmetics.
In the present embodiment, the front cover 22 is formed as a smooth surface connected without any step at the front edge 121 b. That is, the outer periphery of front edge 121b is connected to back surface 122, the inner periphery of front edge 121b is in contact with front cover 22, and front cover 22 and front edge 121b constitute a step-less coated surface.
At this time, the front end of the front cover 22 is formed relatively vertical or nearly vertical in the vertical direction. In this case, the front end of the front cover 22 and the front end of the front edge 121b have substantially the same inclination angle.
Therefore, in the present embodiment having such a configuration, makeup is performed using the front surface portion 121 and the front cover portion 22 which are vertical with respect to the axial center of the coupling portion 11, relatively flat, and relatively large in area, or makeup is performed using the back surface portion 122 and the back cover portion 23 which protrude rearward.
In addition, the cosmetic applicator 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention further includes the housing portion 231, as compared to the above-described embodiments.
In the present embodiment, the lid portion 20 includes the accommodation portion 231. The receiving portion 231 is formed at the upper end of the rear cover 23 in a recessed manner, thereby being available for storing a part of the cosmetics. The rear cover 23 may be formed to protrude rearward, and the receiving portion 231 may be formed to be recessed in the opposite direction.
The accommodating portion 231 is provided in the rear cover upper portion 23 b. The display unit 24 is provided on the back cover lower side portion 23a, and the display unit 24 stores the cosmetics, and the storage unit 231 performs a cosmetic storage function on the back cover upper side portion 23 b.
The cosmetic applicator 1 is used while being stored in a container (not shown) formed with a Wiper (not shown), and when being pulled out from the container, the cosmetic is removed by the Wiper.
In this case, the cosmetic adhering to the rear cover lower portion 23a, the front cover portion 22, the front edge portion 121b, and the like is scraped off by the wiper, but the rear cover upper portion 23b is not scraped off by the wiper due to its inclination angle or the like.
Therefore, even in the case where the cosmetic tool 1 is drawn out through the wiper, an appropriate amount of the cosmetic that sticks to the back cover upper side portion 23b remains, thereby being sufficiently delivered to the makeup site. Further, in the present embodiment, since the storage portion 231 is formed in the back cover upper side portion 23b, the cosmetic contained in the storage portion 231 is not removed by the wiper and is stored in the storage portion 231. Accordingly, an appropriate amount of cosmetic deposited in the receiving portion 231 can be applied by being closely attached to the lips.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the back surface portion 122 and the back surface cover portion 23 form a curved surface protruding rearward, and the front surface portion 121 and the front surface cover portion 22 form a smoothly connected vertical surface, so that the convenience and functionality of makeup by the application portion 12 can be improved.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the accommodating part 231 is added to the back cover upper side part 23b, so that an appropriate amount of cosmetics can be applied when the cosmetic applicator 1 is used, and thus, user convenience can be greatly improved.
Fig. 8a to 8d are perspective views of a cosmetic applicator according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 9 and 10 are exploded perspective views of the cosmetic applicator according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 8a to 8d to 10, the cosmetic applicator 1 according to the third embodiment of the present invention has a different shape of the applying section 12 and the lid section 20 from those of the above-described embodiments.
The present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment in that the upper end of the coating part 12 is formed in a pointed shape. Therefore, the present embodiment has a form that enables makeup of a very narrow area portion, and further enables makeup of a thread form.
The coating section 12 extends from the lower end to a predetermined position above with a constant lateral width, and decreases in lateral width from the predetermined position to the upper end. That is, such a shape of the present embodiment is contrasted with the case where the width of the coating portion 12 becomes larger from the lower end to the upper end and then becomes smaller again in the above-described embodiment.
Of course, as mentioned in the description of the second embodiment, as long as the basic function of delivering the cosmetic can be achieved, various modifications of the shape may be made in addition to the shape of the applying section 12 illustrated in the drawing.
In the present embodiment, the front portion 121 of the coating portion 12 is provided with the recessed portion 121a and the front edge portion 121b, which is similar to the first embodiment, but differs from the first embodiment in that the rear portion 122 and the front portion 121 are symmetrical.
That is, the back surface portion 122 of the present embodiment has a shape in which the back surface lower portion 122a is recessed like the recessed portion 121a, and the back surface upper portion 122b extends upward from the left and right and upper edges of the back surface lower portion 122a like the front edge portion 121b to form a shoe shape.
In this way, the front surface 121 and the back surface 122 of the application section 12 are formed symmetrically, but the front surface 121 is formed relatively vertically as it approaches the upper end, and the back surface 122 is formed obliquely forward as it approaches the upper end, and intersects the front surface 121 at an acute angle. That is, the front surface portion 121 and the back surface portion 122 of the present embodiment have a difference in inclination angle, and their shapes are similar.
At this time, the coupling portion 11 is exposed in the form of a vertical shaft in the recess 121a, and is partially cut out in the rear surface lower portion 122a to be exposed in the form of an inclined surface (chamfer). Of course, the coupling portion 11 may be exposed in a vertical axial state at the rear surface lower side portion 122 a.
The front cover 22 and the rear cover 22 of the cover 20 have similar shapes and sizes to each other according to the shape of the coating portion 12, and are symmetrical with respect to the coupling portion 21. However, since the front surface 121 and the back surface 122 have different angles, the inclination angles of the front cover 22 and the back cover 22 are slightly different from each other.
In the present embodiment, the front surface portion 121 and the back surface portion 122 of the application portion 12 have relatively symmetrical shapes, and a more diversified makeup can be performed by both surfaces of the application portion 12, and one side of the application portion 12 is prevented from being distorted by the lid portion 22, and an appropriate elastic force is applied.
Fig. 11 is a perspective view of a cosmetic device 1 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, fig. 12a and 12b are sectional views of the cosmetic device 1 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 13 is a perspective view of the cosmetic device 1 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 14a to 14c are perspective views of a cosmetic applicator 1 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 15a to 15c and fig. 16a to 16c are views showing how the cosmetic applicator 1 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention passes through the wiper 30.
For reference, fig. 12a and 12B show top sectional views a-a and B-B in fig. 11.
Referring to fig. 11 to 16a to 16c, the cosmetic applicator 1 of the fourth embodiment of the present invention includes the tip section 10 and the cap section 20 similarly to the above-described embodiments, but there is a difference in the point where the folding line 121c is applied to the tip section 10, and the like.
The tip portion 10 of the present embodiment includes a coupling portion 11 coupled to the brush bar 2 and an applying portion 12 contacting a makeup portion. At this time, similarly to the first embodiment and the like described above, the left-right width of the coating section 12 becomes larger as it comes closer to the upper side, the maximum width is formed at a certain position, and then the left-right width becomes smaller as it comes closer to the upper end.
At this time, the coating section 12 has a more rapid decrease in the lateral width as it approaches the upper end than as it approaches the lower end, based on the position where the lateral width is the largest. That is, the left-right width gradually increases at the lower end of the application part 12 to the position where the left-right width is maximum, and then the left-right width rapidly decreases as the upper end of the application part 12 approaches, whereby the upper part of the application part 12 is formed in a relatively sharp shape.
The coating portion 12 may include a front portion 121 and a back portion 122, one side of the coating portion 12 shown in fig. 11 may be defined as the back portion 122, and one side of the coating portion 12 shown in fig. 13 may be defined as the front portion 121.
The front surface 121 and the back surface 122 form an acute angle between each other at both ends, and the thickness (front-back width) of the coating section 12 is formed at a distance from each other at the center. In this case, the front surface portion 121 and the back surface portion 122 intersect each other at an acute angle at the upper end. In this case, the back surface portion 122 and the front surface portion 121 form an acute angle as a whole, and the thickness of the coating portion 12 gradually decreases as it goes from the lower end to the upper end.
As shown in fig. 14a to 14c, the front surface portion 121 and the back surface portion 122 are inclined in the same direction (forward direction), but are inclined at different angles. That is, the rear surface portion 122 is inclined forward at a larger angle than the front surface portion 121 is inclined forward, so that the rear surface portion 122 and the front surface portion 121 intersect at a predetermined position to form the upper end of the coating portion 12.
Such a configuration is similar to the third embodiment described above. Of course, the present embodiment may be configured such that the front-rear width of the coating portion 12 is maximized at a certain position between the upper end and the lower end, as in the first embodiment and the like, differently from the illustrated case. However, in the present embodiment, for smooth folding of the application section 12 described below, a configuration may be used in which the front-rear width of the application section 12 decreases as it approaches the upper end from the lower end.
A folding line 121c is formed at the center in the left-right direction in the front face 121 of the application section 12. In particular, the front surface portion 121 is formed with a folding line 121c that is formed by a rearward depression of the center in the left-right direction, and the folding line 121c is continuously formed between the upper end and the lower end of the front surface portion 121.
The front surface portion 121 has a gull-shaped cross-sectional configuration in plan view as the folding line 121c is formed, and the coating portion 12 is folded at both left and right ends by the folding line 121 c. In this regard, it will be explained in detail below.
The rear surface portion 122 of the coating portion 12 is formed to protrude rearward from the center in the left-right direction. That is, both left and right ends of the back surface portion 122 are connected to the front surface portion 121, and the left and right center portions are sufficiently retracted rearward with respect to the front surface portion 121, thereby securing a cosmetic delivery area.
Since the front surface 121 and the back surface 122 have the shapes as described above, the cross-section of the application section 12, particularly at the position where the left-right width is largest, has a lip shape as shown in fig. 12a and 12b in a plan view. Therefore, the front of the applying part 12 is formed to be foldable, and the rear is formed to be thick to transmit the cosmetics.
As described above, the coating portion 12 of the present embodiment has a wide shape when viewed from the front, but has a smaller circumferential length than the brush bar 2. For example, the left-right width of the coating portion 12 is larger than the diameter of the brush bar 2, but the coating portion 12 may be formed to 90 to 98% (preferably, about 96%) with respect to the brush bar 2 in a circumferential length view.
The lower portion of the lid 20 is coupled to the coupling portion 11, and the upper portion is opposite to the application portion 12. The cover 20 is made of a material having high rigidity with respect to the tip portion 10, and supports the application portion 12.
In the cover 20 of the present embodiment, the rear cover 23 can be omitted and only the front cover 22 can be provided, as compared with the first embodiment and the like. At this time, the front cover 22 is configured to face the lower portion of the front portion 121 of the application portion 12, and is formed to protrude or taper upward, thereby forming the uppermost end at the position of the folding line 121 c.
With such a front cover part 22, in the present embodiment, when the back surface part 122 of the application part 12 is brought into contact with the makeup area, the application part 12 can be restricted from being distorted. However, the front cover part 22 is made of a material and/or a shape having a certain elasticity and/or is formed to be slightly spaced forward from the front part 121, thereby allowing the application part 12 to be slightly tilted forward and providing elasticity to the application part 12.
However, the front cover 22 may have a width smaller than the hole of the wiper 30 in the right-left direction and a height within 50% of the front face 121 of the application section 12 so that the tip section 10 can smoothly penetrate through the wiper 30 described later to allow the right-left folding of the application section 12.
The cover 20 may further include a rear cover 23. At this time, the back cover 23 faces the back portion 122 of the application section 12, and therefore does not prevent folding of the application section 12, and when the back portion 122 of the application section 12 is used for makeup, a function of adjusting the amount of cosmetic delivered can be realized.
Next, the folding of the coating section 12 will be described with reference to fig. 15a to 15c and fig. 16a to 16 c. For reference, fig. 15a to 15c are illustrated with reference to the front surface 121 of the makeup tool 1, and fig. 16a to 16c are illustrated with reference to the rear surface 122 of the makeup tool 1.
As shown in fig. 15a to 15c and 16a to 16c, the cosmetic applicator 1 of the present embodiment is stored in a container provided with the wiper 30 in the form of a film, and is drawn out from the container for use as necessary. When the cosmetic applicator 1 is drawn out from the container, the cosmetic adhering to the applying section 12 is scraped off by the wiper 30.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the left and right maximum widths of the application part 12 are larger than the hole of the wiper 30, so that the application part 12 is not directly deformed by the wiper 30, and at this time, both left and right ends of the application part 12 are folded by the folding line 121 c.
That is, when the applicator 12 starts to withdraw the wiper 30 from the lower end and the wiper 30 starts to withdraw from a portion having a width larger than the hole diameter of the wiper 30, the left and right ends are folded by the folding line 121 c. The extent to which the application section 12 is folded varies depending on the extent to which the application section 12 passes through the wiper 30, and the portion of the application section 12 having the largest left-right width is also folded with reference to the folding line 121c and smoothly exits from the hole of the wiper 30.
In this case, an appropriate amount of the cosmetic applied to the application section 12 is subtracted by the wiper 30, and the application section 12 completely withdrawn from the wiper 30 is restored to its original state by its own restoring force.
For such wiping, the circumference of the coating portion 12 may be smaller than the circumference of the hole of the wiper 30. For example, the circumferential length of the coating portion 12 is 95 to 99% (preferably, about 98%) based on the circumferential length of the hole of the wiper 30.
As described above, in the present embodiment, by providing the application section 12 in a foldable form when the application section is retracted from the wiper 30 by using the folding line 121c, the application section 12 can be contacted with the cosmetic product over a wide area without being stained with an excessive amount of the cosmetic product, and the application property can be improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and at least two or more of the above-described embodiments may be combined or at least one of the above-described embodiments may be combined with a known technique to form a new embodiment.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can modify or improve the technical idea of the present invention.
The present invention is susceptible of considerable variation and modification within the scope of the present invention, the scope of which is to be determined by reference to the appended claims.
