Abstract
The application provides a key assembly and monitoring equipment, wherein the key assembly comprises a key and a supporting piece, and the key comprises a pressing part and a clamping part; the pressing part is provided with a pressing groove, and the clamping part surrounds at least part of the outer periphery of the pressing groove; the supporting piece is embedded in the peripheral side wall of the pressing groove, and the supporting piece extends into the clamping part from the peripheral side wall. The key assembly and the monitoring equipment provided by the embodiment of the application can enhance the overall structure strength of the key assembly by arranging the supporting piece extending from the pressing part of the key to the clamping part, and avoid the phenomenon that the key assembly is separated in the use process, thereby avoiding influencing the use experience of a user.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of monitoring equipment, in particular to a key assembly and monitoring equipment.
Background
The monitoring device is generally a physiological parameter monitoring device, is widely applied to monitoring of various vital signs, and provides effective diagnostic and analytical data for health monitoring.
The monitoring device is usually provided with physical keys such as a power key, a blood pressure key, a dimming key, a power-on key and the like, so as to facilitate the corresponding operations of the user. The physical keys are generally made of insulating materials to avoid the leakage phenomenon. The physical keys are generally made of hard plastic materials on the conventional monitoring equipment, so that the user feels hard when pressing the physical keys, and the user experience is poor. In addition, because the physical keys are generally fastened on the casing of the monitoring device and limited by the spatial layout of the monitoring device, the overall strength of the physical keys is limited, and the service life of the physical keys is affected.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The application aims to provide a key assembly and a monitoring device to overcome the defect that the overall strength of a key structure in related monitoring devices is limited.
The embodiment of the application provides a key assembly, which comprises a key and a supporting piece, wherein the key comprises a pressing part and a clamping part; the pressing part is provided with a pressing groove, and the clamping part surrounds at least part of the outer periphery of the pressing groove; the supporting piece is embedded in the peripheral side wall of the pressing groove, and the supporting piece extends to the inside of the clamping portion from the peripheral side wall.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application further provides monitoring equipment, the monitoring equipment comprises a shell and the key assembly in the embodiment, the shell is provided with an opening, the pressing part of the key assembly penetrates through the opening, and the clamping part of the key assembly can be abutted against the shell.
The key assembly and the monitoring equipment provided by the embodiment of the application can enhance the overall structure strength of the key assembly by arranging the supporting piece extending from the pressing part of the key to the clamping part, and avoid the phenomenon that the key assembly is separated in the use process, thereby avoiding influencing the use experience of a user.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be noted that the following examples are only illustrative of the present application, and do not limit the scope of the present application. Likewise, the following examples are only some examples of the present application, not all examples, and all other examples obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without making any creative effort fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the application. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 discloses a structural schematic diagram of a monitoring device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application, and fig. 2 discloses a partially disassembled schematic diagram of the monitoring device 100 according to the embodiment of fig. 1, where the monitoring device 100 generally includes a housing 10 and a key assembly 20 mounted on the housing 10. The housing 10 has a receiving space for receiving a parameter module, a power module, and a circuit board of the monitoring device 100.
It should be understood that the application scope of the key assembly 20 is not limited herein, and the key assembly 20 shown in the drawings can be used in electronic devices such as lcd tvs, notebook computers, tablet pcs, monitoring devices, etc. The present embodiment is exemplified by using the key assembly 20 for the monitoring device 100.
The housing 10 may have oppositely disposed inner and outer surfaces. The inner surface of the housing 10 forms the above-mentioned accommodating space, and the outer surface of the housing 10 is an external surface that can be directly seen by a user. Wherein, the housing 10 is opened with an opening 110 penetrating the inner and outer surfaces thereof. The key assembly 20 is assembled to the casing 10 from the inner surface of the casing 10, and a part of the key assembly 20 is exposed to the outer surface of the casing 10 through the opening 110, so that a user can perform a corresponding pressing operation on the key assembly 20.
In an embodiment, the housing 10 may include a front shell 11 and a rear shell 12 that are cooperatively connected with each other, and the front shell and the rear shell 12 jointly enclose the accommodating space. The front shell 11 can be fixedly connected with the rear shell 12 through connection modes such as screwing, inserting, buckling, bonding and welding. Of course, in some embodiments, the front shell 11 and the rear shell 12 may be detachably connected.
The front housing 11 can be used to mount the display screen assembly 30 of the monitoring device 100. The display screen component 30 may display the content corresponding to menu switching, or pop-up switching of the parameter setting window, etc. The display screen assembly 30 can also be used to display data information monitored by the monitoring device 100 and processed image information to allow a user to more intuitively understand the monitored information.
In an embodiment, the opening 110 penetrates through the inner surface and the outer surface of the front casing 11, that is, the front casing 11 is provided with the opening 110 penetrating through the inner surface and the outer surface thereof, the key assembly 20 is assembled to the front casing 11 from the inner surface of the front casing 11, and a part of the key assembly 20 passes through the opening 110 and is exposed to the outer surface of the front casing 11, so that a user can perform a corresponding pressing operation on the key assembly 20.
In another embodiment, the opening 110 extends through the inner surface and the outer surface of the rear casing 12, that is, the rear casing 12 is opened with the opening 110 extending through the inner surface and the outer surface thereof, the key assembly 20 is assembled from the inner surface of the rear casing 12 to the rear casing 12, and a part of the key assembly 20 is exposed to the outer surface of the rear casing 12 through the opening 110, so as to facilitate the user to perform a corresponding pressing operation on the key assembly 20.
It should be understood that the present embodiment is not limited to the specific opening position of the opening 110, the key assembly 20 is disposed corresponding to the opening 110, and a part of the key assembly 20 is exposed through the opening 110, so as to facilitate the user to perform a corresponding pressing operation on the key assembly 20.
In one embodiment, portions of key assembly 20 protrude from the outer surface of casing 10 through openings 110. In yet another embodiment, the surface of key assembly 20 that is partially exposed through opening 110 and the outer surface of housing 10 are disposed substantially coplanar.
Referring to fig. 3 to fig. 5, fig. 3 discloses a structural diagram of a key assembly 20 in some embodiments of the present application, fig. 4 discloses a sectional structural diagram of the key assembly 20 along a direction a-a in the embodiment of fig. 3, and fig. 5 discloses a structural disassembly diagram of the key assembly 20 in the embodiment of fig. 3.
The key assembly 20 may include a key 21 and a support 22 embedded inside the key 21. The key 21 may be made of silica gel, rubber, or other materials with certain elastic deformation capability. The supporting member 22 can be made of hard materials such as metal and hard plastic.
The key 21 has a substantially hat-shaped structure, and may include a pressing portion 211, an engaging portion 212, and an abutting portion 213, which are integrally formed. The pressing portion 211 can be substantially in a cap structure, and the shape of the pressing portion 211 can be substantially a cylinder, a semi-sphere, a semi-ellipsoid, a cylinder or other structures. The pressing portion 211 has a pressing surface 2111, and the pressing surface 2111 is exposed to the outer surface of the housing 10. In other words, the pressing portion 211 is disposed through the opening 110 such that the pressing surface 2111 is exposed to the outer surface of the housing 10, so that the user can perform a corresponding key operation by pressing the pressing surface 2111. The pressing surface 2111 may be a plane, an arc surface, an anti-slip surface, or other structural surfaces.
The pressing portion 211 is provided with a pressing groove 2112, and the bottom surface of the pressing groove 2112 and the pressing surface 2111 are opposed to each other. Specifically, the end of the pressing portion 211 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 is provided with a pressing groove 2112, that is, the surface of the pressing portion 211 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 is recessed in a direction toward the pressing surface 2111 to form the pressing groove 2112. In other words, the pressing surface 2111 is formed on the surface of the pressing portion 211 facing away from the pressing groove 2112, and the pressing surface 2111 is the exposed surface of the key 21 for pressing.
The engaging portion 212 is configured to position the key 21 or the key assembly 20, i.e., the engaging portion 212 is used to cooperate with the casing 10 to position the key assembly 20. When the pressing portion 211 is inserted into the opening 110, the engaging portion 212 abuts against the inner surface of the housing 10. Meanwhile, the engaging portion 212 may be fixed to the housing 10 by screwing, inserting, snapping, bonding, welding, or the like. In one embodiment, the engaging portion 212 and the housing 10 can be detachably connected.
The engaging portion 212 surrounds at least a part of the outer periphery of the pressing groove 2112, and the engaging portion 212 and the pressing surface 2111 are spaced apart in the depth direction of the pressing groove 2112 (i.e., the pressing direction of the key 21). In other words, the engaging portion 212 is disposed adjacent to the notch of the pressing groove 2112, and when the pressing portion 211 is exposed out of the housing 10, the engaging portion 212 can abut against the inner wall of the housing 10. Specifically, the engaging portion 212 may be substantially in the shape of a visor, and the engaging portion 212 may be substantially in the shape of a peak, a full visor, or other visor structure. The engaging portion 212 extends from the peripheral side wall of the pressing groove 2112 in the groove cavity direction away from the pressing groove 2112, that is, the engaging portion 212 is provided protruding from the peripheral side wall of the pressing groove 2112 in the groove cavity direction away from the pressing groove 2112. It is understood that the circumferential sidewall of the pressing groove 2112 generally refers to a sidewall connected to the pressing surface 2111 in a bent manner, and the groove cavity of the pressing groove 2112 generally refers to a cavity defined by the circumferential sidewall and the pressing surface 2111.
It is understood that the pressing portion 211 and the engaging portion 212 generally form a step-like structure, the pressing surface 2111 may be a top surface of a step exposed outside the housing 10 for pressing operation, and the surface of the engaging portion 212 adjacent to the pressing surface 2111 may be a bottom surface of a step abutting against the inner surface of the housing 10. In other words, the surface of the engaging portion 212 close to the pressing surface 2111 and the pressing surface 2111 are provided at an interval in the depth direction of the pressing groove 2112.
In one embodiment, the engaging portion 212 is substantially annular and surrounds the outer periphery of the pressing groove 2112, i.e., the engaging portion 212 is substantially in a full-brim structure. The surface of the engaging portion 212 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 and the end surface of the pressing groove 2112 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 are coplanar. Of course, in another embodiment, the surface of the engaging portion 212 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 and the end surface of the pressing groove 2112 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 may not be coplanar.
The contact portion 213 is provided on the side of the pressing portion 211 facing away from the pressing surface 2111, that is, the contact portion 213 extends from the bottom wall of the pressing groove 2112 in the direction away from the pressing surface 2111. In one embodiment, the abutting portion 213 and the circumferential sidewall of the pressing groove 2112 are provided at an interval.
The abutting portion 213 is configured to abut against a component requiring a pressing operation inside the monitoring device 100, for example, the abutting portion 213 may abut against the switch element. When the pressing operation is performed, the pressing portion 211 is deformed to move the abutting portion 213, and the abutting portion 213 is moved to act on the switch element or other components, thereby implementing the input function of the key 21.
The support 22 is generally an annular sheet-like structure or an annular plate-like structure. Of course, the supporting member 22 may have other shapes, which will not be described in detail.
The supporting member 22 is embedded in the key 21 to improve the overall structural strength of the key 21, so as to prevent the key 21 from being separated or damaged during the use process.
The supporting element 22 is embedded in the end of the pressing portion 211 departing from the pressing surface 2111, that is, the supporting element 22 is embedded in the peripheral sidewall of the pressing groove 2112, and the supporting element 22 extends from the peripheral sidewall of the pressing groove 2112 to the engaging portion 212, so that when the engaging portion 212 is abutted to the housing 10 in a matching manner, the supporting element 22 can utilize the structural strength thereof to enhance the overall structural strength of the key 21, thereby avoiding the disengagement phenomenon between the engaging portion 212 and the housing 10 during the use process, and further influencing the user experience.
In one embodiment, the supporting member 22 is substantially plate-shaped, and a surface of the supporting member 22 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 is substantially parallel to a surface of the engaging portion 212 facing away from the pressing surface 2111.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the button 21 made of a material with a certain elastic deformation capability, such as silicone or rubber, can improve the pressing touch feeling of the user during the pressing operation. Further through embedding support piece 22 at button 21, and with support piece 22 simultaneously the embedding locate press the portion 211 and the block portion 212 in, can strengthen button 21's overall structure intensity, avoid block portion 212 and casing 10 to appear breaking away from the phenomenon in the use, and then influence the user and use experience.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a schematic structural view of another view angle of the key assembly 20 in the embodiment of fig. 3, the abutting portion 213 is provided with a positioning portion 2131 and an abutting surface 2132, the positioning portion 2131 is protruded on an end surface of the abutting portion 213 departing from the pressing surface 2111, and a portion of the end surface of the abutting portion 213 departing from the pressing surface 2111 forms an abutting surface 2132. The positioning portion 2131 is disposed around at least a part of the edge of the abutting surface 2132 and is used to position the abutting portion 213 to abut against the component, so as to facilitate the assembly of the key 21 and avoid the misalignment between the key 21 and the component during the pressing operation.
In an embodiment, the positioning portion 2131 may be provided in plural, for example, two. The two positioning portions 2131 are arranged oppositely, and the abutting surface 2132 is located between the two positioning portions 2131, so that when the abutting surface 2132 abuts against the component for executing the pressing operation, the two positioning portions 2131 are clamped on two opposite sides of the component, so as to avoid the dislocation of the key 21 and the component during the pressing operation.
Wherein, the abutting surface 2132 and the end surface of the pressing groove 2112 departing from the pressing surface 2111 are coplanar.
It is understood that the meaning of "a plurality" is at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
In one embodiment, the end surface of the key 21 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 is provided with a fool-proof portion 214, and the fool-proof portion 214 and the abutting portion 213 are spaced apart from each other. The fool-proof portion 214 may be disposed on a surface of the engaging portion 212 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 and/or an end surface of the pressing groove 2112 facing away from the pressing surface 2111. In some embodiments, the fool-proof portion 214 may be a protrusion structure protruding from a surface of the engaging portion 212 facing away from the pressing surface 2111 and/or an end surface of the pressing groove 2112 facing away from the pressing surface 2111, for example, the fool-proof portion 214 may be an arrow-shaped protrusion or an arc-shaped protrusion, etc., so as to play a fool-proof role during the assembly process of the key 21, and prevent the key 21 from being installed reversely. Of course, in other embodiments, the fool-proof portion 214 may also be a groove or a through hole structure, which is not described in detail.
It can be understood that the supporting member 22 and the key 21 may be provided with a plurality of positioning holes or mounting holes corresponding to each other, so that on one hand, the alignment accuracy of the supporting member 22 and the key 21 can be improved, and on the other hand, the stability of the supporting member 22 and the key 21 during mounting can be improved.
In one embodiment, the keys 21 and the supports 22 may be formed by an injection molding integral molding process.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating a disassembled structure of a key assembly 20 according to another embodiment of the present application, in which the fastening portion 212 is substantially in a shape of a peaked brim.
The engaging portion 212 may include a first sub-portion 2121 and a second sub-portion 2122 disposed opposite to each other. The first sub-portion 2121 and the second sub-portion 2122 are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the pressing groove 2112, and are respectively disposed around a part of the outer circumference of the pressing groove 2112. It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the present application are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of indicated technical features. Thus, a feature defined as "first," "second," or "third" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the feature.
The support 22 may include a first support 221 and a second support 222 disposed opposite to each other. The first support 221 is disposed corresponding to the first sub-portion 2121, and the second support 222 is disposed corresponding to the second sub-portion 2122. Specifically, the first supporting member 221 and the second supporting member 222 are respectively embedded in the side walls of the pressing groove 2112, the first supporting member 221 extends from the pressing groove 2112 to the first sub-portion 2121, and the second supporting member 222 extends from the pressing groove 2112 to the second sub-portion 2122, so that the supporting member 22 cooperates with the key 21 to enhance the overall structural strength of the key assembly 20, and the key assembly 20 and the housing 10 are prevented from being separated from each other during use.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, reference may be made to the detailed description in the foregoing embodiments for technical features of the key assembly 20 that are not described in detail, and therefore, no further description is provided in this embodiment.

Claims (11)
1. A key assembly, the key assembly comprising:
the key comprises a pressing part and a clamping part; the pressing part is provided with a pressing groove, and the clamping part surrounds at least part of the outer periphery of the pressing groove;
the supporting piece is embedded in the peripheral side wall of the pressing groove, and the supporting piece extends to the clamping portion from the peripheral side wall.
2. The key assembly according to claim 1, wherein the pressing portion has a pressing surface disposed opposite to a bottom surface of the pressing groove; the surface of the engaging portion close to the pressing surface and the pressing surface are provided at an interval in the depth direction of the pressing groove.
3. The key assembly according to claim 2, wherein a surface of the supporting member facing away from the pressing surface is parallel to a surface of the engaging portion facing away from the pressing surface.
4. The key assembly according to claim 3, wherein a surface of the engaging portion facing away from the pressing surface and an end surface of the pressing groove facing away from the pressing surface are coplanar.
5. The key assembly of claim 2, wherein the engaging portion is annular and surrounds an outer periphery of the pressing groove; the support member is annular.
6. The key assembly of claim 2, wherein the engaging portion includes a first sub portion and a second sub portion disposed opposite to each other, and the first sub portion and the second sub portion are disposed on opposite sides of the pressing groove, respectively; the supporting piece comprises a first supporting piece and a second supporting piece which are oppositely arranged, the first supporting piece extends from the pressing groove into the first sub-portion, and the second supporting piece extends from the pressing groove into the second sub-portion.
7. The key assembly of claim 2, wherein the key further comprises an abutting portion disposed on a side of the pressing portion facing away from the pressing surface, the abutting portion being spaced apart from the peripheral sidewall of the pressing groove.
8. The key assembly according to claim 7, wherein the abutting portion is provided with a positioning portion and an abutting surface, the positioning portion is protruded on an end surface of the abutting portion facing away from the pressing surface, and the positioning portion is disposed around at least a part of an edge of the abutting surface.
9. A key assembly according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein said key and said support member are integrally formed.
10. A key assembly according to any of claims 1-8, wherein said key is made of silicone or rubber, and said supporting member is made of metal.
11. A monitoring device, comprising a housing and the key assembly of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the housing is provided with an opening, the pressing portion of the key assembly is inserted into the opening, and the engaging portion of the key assembly can abut against the housing.
