Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to lighting devices, and more particularly to indoor lighting devices, and more particularly to a table lamp.
Background
In the current design of the lighting device, due to the requirement of the user to adjust the lighting area, the lamp head of the lighting device is usually connected by more than two supporting members, and the more than two supporting members can be linked with each other to adjust the position of the lamp head and the lighting area.
For the lighting device comprising more than two supporting parts, the wiring of the electric wire needs flexible design scheme, and the electric wire of some lighting devices can be exposed outside the lighting device at the connecting part of the more than two supporting parts due to the limit of the inner space at the connecting part. When the electric wire is exposed outside the lighting device at the connecting part of the supporting part, how to safely, reliably and efficiently fix the electric wire so as to avoid the electric wire from being damaged by misoperation of a user and cause potential safety hazards, which is a technical problem urgently needed to be solved by technical personnel in the field.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the lighting device includes a first support member, a second support member, and an electric wire, the first support member and the second support member are connected, the second support member includes a cavity, and a part of the electric wire is disposed in the cavity of the second support member, one end of the first support member is provided with a connection unit, the connecting unit is disposed in the cavity and connects the first support member and the second support member, the second support part comprises an opening which is arranged at one end of the second support part connected with the first support part, and the electric wire extends from the opening to the outside of the second support member, and the lighting device further includes an electric wire fixing unit provided in the cavity, the electric wire fixing unit abutting against an inner wall of the cavity and the electric wire to fix the electric wire.
In some embodiments, the connection unit is connected to a bottom side inner wall of the second support member.
In some embodiments, the wire fixing unit is fitted over the connection unit, and there is a space between the wire fixing unit and the connection unit, through which the wire passes.

Detailed Description
The principles and spirit of the present disclosure will be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. It is understood that these examples are given solely to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and to practice the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure in any way.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a lighting device 100 of an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the lighting device 100 includes a base 600, a base 700, and a first supporting member 200 and a second supporting member 300 connecting the base 600 and the base 700, wherein the first supporting member 200 and the second supporting member 300 are connected by a rotating shaft 202. When the base 600 is fixed in position, the user may adjust the illumination area of the lamp head 700 by adjusting the respective positions and/or relative positions of the first and second support members 200 and 300.
As shown in fig. 1, the lighting device 100 further includes a power cord 400 to provide power to the lighting device 100. One end of the electric wire 400 is connected to a driving unit (not shown) in the base 600, extends along the inside of the first supporting member 200 to a position of the first supporting member 200 near the rotating shaft 202, and extends to the outside of the first supporting member 200 through an opening (not shown) provided in the first supporting member 200. The electric wire 400 continues to bypass the rotation shaft 202 from the outside and enters the inside of the second support member 300 through the opening of the second support member 300 disposed near the rotation shaft, and is finally electrically connected to the lamp cap 700.
Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a junction between a first support member 200 and a second support member 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 3 and 4 are exploded views showing the first support member 200 and the electric wire fixing unit 500. Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the second support member 300 includes a cavity 301 therein, an end of the second support member 300 facing the rotation shaft 202 is provided with an opening, and a part of the electric wire 400 is provided in the cavity 301. The first supporting member 200 includes a connecting unit 201, one end of the connecting unit 201 is connected to the rotating shaft 202, and the other end is suspended along the extending direction of the second supporting member 300. The wire fixing unit 500 is sleeved on the connection unit 201 and is clamped with the connection unit 201. The connecting unit 201 and the wire fixing unit 500 are inserted into the cavity 301 of the second support member 300 after the clamping is completed. The connection unit 201 is further fastened to the bottom side inner wall 303 of the second support member 300 by the fastener 203 to complete the connection of the first support member 200 and the second support member 300.
In the present embodiment, the space 306 is provided between the connection unit 201 and the electric wire fixing unit 500, the electric wire 400 is disposed in the space 306 between the connection unit 201 and the electric wire fixing unit 500, and the size of the space 306 is larger than that of the electric wire 400 so that the electric wire 400 can easily penetrate into the space 306. The wire fixing unit 500 further includes a wire pressing member 501, the wire pressing member 501 being a protrusion provided on the wire fixing unit 500 toward the side of the wire 400, the size of the wire pressing member 501 being larger than the size of the gap 306 between the space 306 and the wire 400, so that the wire fixing unit 500 can abut the wire and the inner wall of the cavity 301 through the wire pressing member 501, thereby locking the wire 400. The size of the wire pressing member 501 larger than the size of the gap 306 includes at least the height of the wire pressing member 501 in the direction toward the electric wire, which is larger than the height of the gap 306 in the direction. Preferably, the wire pressing member 501 is a deformable member that can abut against the electric wire 400 by a resilient force of the wire pressing member 501 when the connection unit 201 and the electric wire fixing unit 500 and the electric wire 400 are completely assembled.
The locking of the wire 400 by the wire pressing member 501 causes the wire 400 to receive the pressing force only at the wire pressing member 501, so that the other portion of the wire 400 is not pressed for a long period of time, whereby the service life of the lighting device 100 can be extended. Locking the electric wire 400 by the wire pressing member 501 also makes it possible to make an adjustment of the position of the electric wire 400 by releasing the wire pressing member 501 during the assembly and to lock the electric wire 400 again after the adjustment is completed, thereby improving the cheapness and operability of the assembly.
Further, the second supporting member 300 in this embodiment includes an opening 302, and the opening 302 is disposed at an end of the second supporting member 300 connected to the first supporting member 200. The electric wire fixing unit 500 includes a first opening 502, the opening hole 302 is disposed corresponding to the first opening 502, and the electric wire 400 extends to the outside of the second support member 300 through the first opening 502 and the opening hole 302. The dimensions of the connection unit 201, the opening 302 and the first opening 502 along the extending direction of the second support member 300 are defined as respective lengths, and in this embodiment, the length of the connection unit 201 is greater than the length of the first opening 502, so as to provide a space between the connection unit 201 and the side of the wire fixing unit 500 away from the rotation shaft 202 to allow the wire 400 to enter. Preferably, the length of the connection unit 201 is also greater than the length of the opening 302. During the assembly process of the lighting device 100, the fastener 203 will be assembled in the threaded hole 204 through the opening hole 302, and the length of the connecting unit 201 greater than the length of the opening hole 302 can provide enough space on the connecting unit 201 to arrange the threaded hole 204 and facilitate the assembly. Preferably, the wire pressing member 501 is provided at an end of the wire fixing unit 500 away from the rotation shaft 202. The wire pressing member 501 abuts the electric wire 400 and the inner wall of the second support member 300, locking the electric wire 400 before the electric wire 400 does not extend outside the cavity 301 and near the first opening 502 and the aperture 302.
Fig. 5 to 8 show schematic views of the electric wire fixing unit 500 of the present embodiment. The wire fixing unit 500 is a hollow sleeve as shown in the drawing, and a first opening 502 is provided at a top surface of the hollow sleeve, and the first opening 502 is a non-through opening. Preferably, the first opening 502 includes a dome-shaped hole and a circular hole connected, wherein the dome-shaped hole can expose the screw hole 204 provided on the connection unit 201 and easily mount the fastener 203, and the circular hole can temporarily accommodate the electric wire 400 during the mounting of the fastener 203, thereby making the mounting more easy to handle. In some embodiments, the first opening 502 may be a through opening at one end, i.e., at an end not including the wire pressing member 501, so that the assembling cheapness is further improved. The disclosure is not limited thereto, and the first opening 502 may be a hole with other shapes.
The electric wire fixing unit 500 in this embodiment further includes a second opening 503 provided on a bottom surface corresponding to the top surface. Preferably, the second opening 503 is a through opening, and the electric wire fixing unit 500 can be more easily sleeved to the connection unit 201 through the second opening 503. Preferably, the wire fixing unit 500 is a deformable structure, the connecting unit 201 and the wire fixing unit 500 can be easily clamped by deformation of the wire fixing unit 500 during the connection with the connecting unit 201, and the deformable wire fixing unit 500 can reinforce the connection between the first support member 200 and the second support member 300, so that the connection is more stable.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in some embodiments, the wire pressing member 501 is a strip-shaped protrusion disposed on a side of the top surface of the wire fixing unit 500 facing the second opening 503, but the disclosure is not limited thereto, and the wire pressing member 501 may also be a protrusion with other shapes.
In another embodiment, the lighting device further includes an upper cover 305, which is fastened to the opening 302 of the second supporting member 300 to cover the opening 302. The upper cover 305 includes an opening therein to allow the electric wire 400 to extend to the outside of the second support member 300.
In another embodiment, the lighting device 100 includes a wire fixing unit disposed inside the second support member 300, and the wire fixing unit may be disposed in the cavity 301 of the second support member 300 without being sleeved on the connection unit 201, to abut the wire 400 and the inner wall of the second support member 300 in the second support member 300 to lock the wire 400, so as to prevent the wire 400 extending to the outside from being damaged due to inadvertent dragging by a user.
The embodiments of the lighting device have been described above mainly in connection with a desk lamp, however, it will be appreciated by the person skilled in the art that the lighting device is not limited to a desk lamp, but may easily be extended to other lighting devices, such as a floor lamp, a bed clip lamp, etc.

The embodiment of the disclosure can provide a safe and reliable wire pressing mode for the lighting device, and simplify the assembly process, thereby providing a low-cost and high-reliability solution. A lighting device (100) comprising a first support member (200), a second support member (300) and an electric wire (400), the first support member (200) and the second support member (300) being connected, the second support member (300) comprising a cavity (301) and a portion of the electric wire (400) being disposed in the cavity (301) of the second support member (300), characterized in that,
one end of the first supporting part (200) is provided with a connecting unit (201), and the connecting unit (201) is arranged in a cavity (301) and connects the first supporting part (200) and the second supporting part (300);
the second support member (300) includes an opening (302), the opening (302) is provided at an end of the second support member (300) connected to the first support member (200), and the electric wire (400) extends from the opening (302) to an outside of the second support member (300); and
the lighting device (100) further comprises a wire fixing unit (500) arranged in the cavity (301), wherein the wire fixing unit (500) abuts against the inner wall of the cavity (301) and the wire (400) to fix the wire (400).
2. The lighting device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the connection unit (201) is connected to a bottom side inner wall (303) of the second support member (300).
3. The lighting device (100) according to claim 2, wherein the wire fixing unit (500) is at least partially sleeved on the connection unit (201), and a space (306) exists between the wire fixing unit (500) and the connection unit (201), and the wire (400) passes through the space (306).

The lighting device (100) according to claim 3, wherein the wire fixing unit (500) comprises a wire pressing member (501), the wire pressing member (501) comprises a protrusion toward the bottom side inner wall (303) of the second support member (300), and a size of the wire pressing member (501) is larger than a size of the space (306).
5. The lighting device (100) according to claim 3, wherein the wire fixing unit (500) comprises a first opening (502), the first opening (502) is disposed corresponding to the open hole (302), and the wire (400) extends from the first opening (502) to an outside of the second support member (300).
6. The lighting device (100) according to claim 5, wherein the length of the connection unit (201) is greater than the length of the aperture (302) and the first opening (502).
7. The lighting device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the first support member comprises a rotation shaft (202), and the connection unit (201) is connected to the rotation shaft (202).
8. The lighting device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the second support member (300) further comprises an upper cover (305), the upper cover (305) being snap-fitted to the opening (302).
9. The lighting device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the other end of the second support member (300) is connected to a lamp cap (700), and the electric wire (400) extends to the lamp cap (700) and is electrically connected to the lamp cap (700).
10. The lighting device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the lighting device is a table lamp.
