The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which illustrates a trunk lid of the vehicle being connected to a frame of the vehicle through an adapter assembly. Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, an adapter assembly 100 may be used to enable connection of a decklid 300 to a frame 200 of a vehicle. In an embodiment of the present application, the trunk lid 300 may be connected with the adapter assembly 100, and the adapter assembly 100 may be connected with the vehicle frame 200, so that the trunk lid 300 may be connected with the vehicle frame 200 of the vehicle using the adapter assembly 100.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a combined structure including an adapter assembly, a vehicle frame and a trunk lid according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the adaptation component 100 may include: a support 110 and a connector 120. The bracket 110 may be used to connect with a frame 200 of a vehicle. One end of the link member 120 may be rotatably coupled to the bracket 110, and the other end may be used to couple to a trunk lid 300 of the vehicle; wherein the stand 110 is movable in a height direction of the vehicle such that a height of the trunk lid 300 connected with the stand 110 by the connection member 120 is adjustable.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the height direction of the vehicle may be understood as a direction defined by a straight line perpendicular to the chassis of the vehicle.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present application, the trunk lid 300 may be connected to the frame 200 of the vehicle using the adapter assembly 100, wherein the seat 110 of the adapter assembly 100 is movable in the height direction of the vehicle, and the trunk lid 300 may be moved in the height direction of the vehicle along with the seat 110. In this way, in assembling the trunk lid 300, the height of the trunk lid 300 can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the stand 110, the height of the trunk lid 300 can be adjusted to a state where the upper surface of the trunk lid 300 is substantially flush with the surface of the vehicle cover near the trunk lid 300, and then the stand 110 can be fixed. In this way, it is possible to reduce the surface difference existing between the upper surface of the trunk lid 300 and the vehicle cover near the trunk lid 300 by adjusting the height of the trunk lid 300 during the process of assembling the trunk lid 300.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an adapter assembly and a vehicle frame according to an embodiment of the present application, which illustrates a situation where the adapter assembly is connected to the vehicle frame. Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the mount 110 included in the adaptor assembly 100 may be connected with the vehicle frame 200. For example, a receiving groove (not labeled) may be formed on the frame 200, the support 110 may be disposed in the receiving groove on the frame 200, and the support 110 may move in the height direction of the vehicle in the receiving groove.
Referring to fig. 3, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a trunk lid mount 1201 may be provided on an end of the link member 120 away from the support base 110, and the trunk lid 300 may be fixed to the trunk lid mount 1201. Illustratively, in embodiments of the present application, the connection between the trunk lid 300 and the trunk lid mount 1201 may be achieved by glue bonding, fastener connection, or the like. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the trunk lid mount 1201 may not be provided, for example, the trunk lid 300 may be directly and fixedly connected to the end of the connecting member 120 far from the support 110.
Referring to fig. 3, optionally, in embodiments of the present application, the connecting member 120 may be gooseneck-shaped. Of course, in the embodiment of the present application, the connecting member 120 may have other shapes, and only needs to be connected to the trunk lid 300, and the trunk lid 300 can be opened and closed smoothly.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a connection seat according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present application, the adapting assembly 100 may further include: a connecting socket 130. Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the connecting base 130 may be fixedly connected to the vehicle frame 200, and the support base 110 may be in fit connection with the connecting base 130, so that the support base 110 may be connected to the vehicle frame 200 through the connecting base 130. In the embodiment of the present application, the support 110 is movable in the height direction of the vehicle with respect to the link base 130. Thus, the holder 110 may be moved in the height direction of the vehicle with respect to the frame 200 by providing the coupling holder 130 on the frame 200 such that the holder 110 moves in the height direction of the vehicle with respect to the coupling holder 130.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, the coupling seat 130 may be welded to the vehicle frame 200, or the coupling seat 130 may be fixed to the vehicle frame 200 by a fastener. In the embodiment of the present application, there are many ways to fix the connection base 130 to the frame 200, which are not listed here.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the adapter assembly 100 may not be provided with the connection seat 130, for example, a structure similar to the connection seat 130 may be integrally formed on the vehicle frame 200, and a structure similar to the connection seat 130 integrally formed on the vehicle frame 200 may be connected to the support seat 110. Illustratively, a structure similar to the connection seat 130 may be manufactured on the vehicle frame 200 during the manufacturing process of the vehicle frame 200, and further, the seat 110 of the adapter assembly 100 may be coupled with the structure similar to the connection seat 130 on the vehicle frame 200 during the assembling of the trunk lid 300.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the adapter assembly and frame of FIG. 3 taken along line A-A. Referring to fig. 5, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the adapting assembly 100 may further include: a fastener 140. Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the support 110 may be connected with the connection seat 130 by a fastener 140.
Referring to fig. 5, a connecting hole 1101 may be exemplarily provided on the support 110. Referring to fig. 4, the connection holder 130 may be provided with a matching hole 1301. Referring to fig. 5, the fastening member 140 may extend through the connection hole 1101 and the matching hole 1301 so that the holder 110 and the coupling socket 130 are coupled in a fitting manner.
Illustratively, in embodiments of the present application, the fastener 140 may comprise a threaded fastener. In particular, the threaded fastener may comprise a bolt and a nut. The connection between the support 110 and the coupling socket 130 may be accomplished by means of bolts coupled with nuts through the coupling holes 1101 and the matching holes 1301.
In the embodiment of the present application, in the case where the adapter assembly 100 includes the fastening member 140, the connection member 120 included in the adapter assembly 100 and the trunk lid 300 may be connected during the process of assembling the trunk lid 300, the connection seat 130 included in the adapter assembly 100 may be engaged with the connection seat 130 fixedly provided on the vehicle frame 200, and the height of the trunk lid 300 may be indirectly adjusted by adjusting the height of the seat 110, so that the upper surface of the trunk lid 300 may be in a substantially flush state with the surface of the vehicle covering member near the trunk lid 300. The holder 110 and the coupling base 130 may be fastened using the fastener 140 in a state where the upper surface of the trunk lid 300 is substantially flush with the surface of the vehicle cover near the trunk lid 300. In this way, the surface difference existing between the upper surface of the trunk lid 300 and the vehicle cover in the vicinity of the trunk lid 300 can be reduced.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, if the fastening member 140 is a threaded fastening member, the fastening member 140 may be inserted into the connecting hole 1101 and the matching hole 1301 first, and the fastening member 140 may not be tightened first. The height of the holder 110 may be adjusted in such a manner that the fastener 140 is tightened while the upper surface of the trunk lid 300 is brought into a substantially flush state with the surface of the vehicle cover near the trunk lid 300, thereby fixing the holder 110 to the coupling socket 130 using the fastener 140 in the tightened state.
It is noted that in embodiments of the present application, the size of the connection hole 1101 and/or the matching hole 1301 may be larger than the size of the fastener 140. In this way, the gap between the connection hole 1101 and/or the matching hole 1301 and the fastener 140 can be utilized as an adjustment gap for adjusting the position of the mount 110. Thus, height adjustment of the support 110 is facilitated. Further, it is convenient to indirectly adjust the height of the trunk lid 300 by adjusting the height of the stand 110.
Illustratively, in the embodiment of the present application, the connection hole 1101 and the matching hole 1301 may be circular holes, the fastener 140 may include a bolt and a nut, the matching hole 1301 may have a diameter of 14 mm, the bolt may have an outer diameter of 10 mm, and the connection hole 1101 may have a diameter slightly larger than 10 mm, so that the bolt can smoothly pass through the connection hole 1101. In this way, when the bolts are inserted into the connecting holes 1101 and the matching holes 1301, the bolts can move in the matching holes 1301, so that the connecting member 120 can move by driving the trunk lid 300 to move, and then the support 110 can move, and then the bolts inserted into the connecting holes 1101 of the support 110 can move along with the support 110, and thus the support 110 can move relative to the connecting seat 130. In this way, the height of the trunk lid 300 can be indirectly adjusted by adjusting the height of the stand 110.
It should be noted that, although only the connection hole 1101 and the matching hole 1301 are illustrated as circular holes, it should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the connection hole 1101 and the matching hole 1301 may have other shapes, and only the size of the connection hole 1101 and/or the matching hole 1301 may be larger than the size of the fastening member 140, so that the support 110 has an adjustment gap with respect to the connection seat 130.
Referring to fig. 4, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the connection base 130 may include a first side portion 1302, a second side portion 1303 and a connection portion 1304, the first side portion 1302 and the second side portion 1303 are opposite and connected by the connection portion 1304, a gap may be provided between the first side portion 1302 and the second side portion 1303 of the connection base 130, and the support 110 may be interposed in the gap between the first side portion 1302 and the second side portion 1303. In this way, the height of the support base 110 is easily adjusted by interposing the support base 110 in the gap between the first side portion 1302 and the second side portion 1303 of the connection base 130, and the connection between the support base 110 and the connection base 130 may be more secure.
Referring to fig. 4, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, connection seat 130 may further include a first bottom 1305 and a second bottom 1306, where first bottom 1305 may be fixedly connected to first side 1302, second bottom 1306 may be fixedly connected to second side 1303, and both first bottom 1305 and second bottom 1306 of connection seat 130 may be fixedly connected to frame 200. In this way, the connection seat 130 and the frame 200 can be fixedly connected by the first bottom portion 1305 and the second bottom portion 1306 respectively and fixedly connected with the frame 200.
Referring to fig. 4, alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the first bottom 1305 and the first side 1302 may form an L shape, the second bottom 1306 and the second side 1303 may form an L shape, and the first side 1302, the second side 1303 and the connecting portion 1304 of the connecting seat 130 may form a U shape. Thus, the structure of the connection socket 130 can be made compact.

Fig. 6 is a partial schematic view of an adapting assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 6, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the support 110 may include third and fourth opposing sides 1102, 1103. In conjunction with fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present application, the connection hole 1101 may include a first connection hole 1101a disposed on the third side portion 1102 and a second connection hole 1101b disposed on the second side portion 1303, and the first connection hole 1101a may be aligned with the second connection hole 1101 b.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present application, the fastener 140 may sequentially extend through the first coupling hole 1301a, the first coupling hole 1101a, the second coupling hole 1101b, and the second coupling hole 1301b, so that the mount 110 and the coupling socket 130 may be coupled with each other.
Fig. 7 is a partial schematic view of another adapter assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 7, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, in a case where the support 110 includes the third side portion 1102 and the fourth side portion 1103, the support 110 may further include a supporting member 1104, the supporting member 1104 may be interposed between the third side portion 1102 and the fourth side portion 1103, and one end of the supporting member 1104 may be connected to the third side portion 1102 and the other end may be connected to the fourth side portion 1103. In this way, the third side portion 1102 and the fourth side portion 1103 can be supported by the support member 1104, and the third side portion 1102 and the fourth side portion 1103 can be prevented from being deformed by the tensile force of the fastener 140.
Alternatively, in a case where the connection hole 1101 includes a first connection hole 1101a provided on the third side portion 1102 and a second connection hole 1101b provided on the second side portion 1303, the support 1104 may be provided with through holes 11041, the through holes 11041 may be respectively communicated with the first connection hole 1101a and the second connection hole 1101b, and the fastener 140 may extend through the through holes 11041. In this way, the third and fourth sides 1102, 1103 can be better prevented from being deformed by the pulling force of the fastener 140.
Referring to fig. 6 or fig. 7, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the number of the connection holes 1101 may be 1 or more, and the number of the matching holes 1301 may be the same as the number of the connection holes 1101. The connection holes 1101 may correspond one-to-one to the matching holes 1301. Illustratively, the number of the connection holes 1101 may be 2, and the number of the matching holes 1301 may also be 2.
It should be noted that, although the above embodiments provide a solution that the support base 110 and the connection base 130 are connected by the fastener 140, it is understood that, in the embodiments of the present application, the support base 110 and the connection base 130 may be connected by other manners.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, a sliding groove may be provided on the connection seat, and the support may be slidably disposed in the sliding groove, and when the support slides to the target position, the support may be locked by using the locking device, so that the support may be maintained at the target position. There are many other ways of achieving the connection between the support and the coupling socket, not to mention here.
In the embodiments provided above, it is mainly explained that one end of the connecting element 120 can be rotatably connected with the support 110, and in order to enable those skilled in the art to better realize the rotatable connection between the connecting element 120 and the support 110, the embodiments of the present application provide the following solutions for those skilled in the art to refer to.
Referring to fig. 6 or 7, in an embodiment of the present application, the support 110 may further include a rotation shaft 150, and the support 110 may further be provided with a rotation shaft hole (not labeled), through which the rotation shaft 150 may extend; the connecting member 120 may be connected to the rotation shaft 150. Thus, in the embodiment of the present application, the rotation connection between the connecting member 120 and the support 110 may be achieved by using the rotation shaft 150.
Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present application, in the case where the adaptor assembly 100 includes the fastener 140 and the rotation shaft 150, the rotation shaft 150 may be disposed in the left and right direction of the vehicle, and the fastener 140 may also be disposed in the left and right direction of the vehicle. In the embodiment of the present application, the arrangement direction of the fastening member 140 may coincide with the arrangement direction of the rotation shaft 150. Note that, referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present application, the left-right direction of the vehicle may refer to a direction perpendicular to the paper surface.
