With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the clothes drying machine gradually enters a plurality of common families so as to improve the experience of users in clothes drying. The clothes drying machine generally realizes a drying function by means of a drying module arranged on a top plate of a main machine. For example, a fan is arranged on the main machine, and a ventilating duct and a heating part are correspondingly arranged on the top plate of the main machine, so that the drying function of the clothes drying machine is realized.
However, the air blown out by the main machine of the existing clothes drying machine can only be distributed on two sides of the clothes hanger, so that when clothes are dried, one side of the clothes close to the main machine is often dry, and one side of the clothes far away from the main machine is still wet, and the experience is poor. And mainly, the air outlet of the main machine is usually a certain distance away from the clothes, so that the energy loss of the air in the flowing process is high after the air is discharged from the air outlet of the main machine, and the drying efficiency is low.
As shown in fig. 1, the clothes drying machine 100 provided by the present invention includes a base 10, a telescopic assembly 20, a fan assembly 30, a frame 40 and a clothes support assembly 50. One end of the telescopic assembly 20 is disposed on the base 10, and the fan assembly 30 is disposed in the base 10 and has an air outlet 12 disposed on the bottom wall of the base 10. A frame body 40 is connected to the other end of the telescopic assembly 20. Clothes props subassembly 50 and sets up in support body 40, is equipped with wind channel 521 in the clothes props subassembly 50, and wind channel 521 corresponds the setting with air outlet 12 to drive support body 40 orientation through telescopic assembly 20 and be close to or keep away from the lift of air outlet 12. The manner of the clothes support assembly 50 to achieve the two states of approaching to the seat body 10 and departing from the seat body 10 is not particularly limited, and as an alternative embodiment, the clothes support assembly 50 is directly connected to the telescopic assembly 20 without depending on the frame body 40, and is controlled by the telescopic assembly 20 to ascend and descend so as to achieve the purpose of approaching to the seat body 10 and departing from the seat body 10. As another alternative, the clothes hanger assembly 50 can be switched between the state close to the seat 10 and the state away from the seat 10 by other means, such as eliminating the telescopic assembly, and then providing a lifting mechanism on the ground, or manufacturing an energy field capable of generating a lifting force below the air outlet 12 of the seat 10.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the fan assembly 30 is arranged to generate flowing air, and the air is discharged through the air outlet 12 opened in the seat body 10, so as to dry the clothes. The clothes hanger assembly 50 with the built-in air duct 521 corresponds to the air outlet 12 through the air duct 521, so that when a user hangs clothes on the clothes hanger assembly 50, the air duct 521 in the clothes hanger 52 can guide air to the inside of the clothes, so as to dry the clothes from the inside of the clothes. It can be understood that the wind channel 521 in the clothes hanger 52 can guide the wind to the inside of the clothes to reduce the energy consumed by the wind flowing in the air, thereby improving the efficiency of drying the clothes.
It should be noted that the air duct 521 corresponds to the air outlet 12, which means that the wind energy discharged from the air outlet 12 can enter the air duct 521. It is understood that the air duct 521 may be connected to the air outlet 12, so that the air in the air outlet can completely enter the air duct 521. The air duct 521 and the air outlet 12 may be spaced from each other, so that part of the wind discharged from the air outlet 12 can enter the air duct 521, the other part of the wind is directly discharged from the air outlet 12, and the wind directly discharged from the air outlet 12 can blow to the outside of the clothes. So as to dry the laundry from the outside, thereby implementing that the clothes drying machine 100 can dry both the inside and outside of the laundry at the same time, so as to improve the drying efficiency. The distance between the air duct 521 and the air outlet 12 is not particularly limited, and can be adaptively selected according to actual needs. The air discharged from the air outlet 12 can enter the air duct 521 at least partially. As an alternative embodiment, the air channel 521 is not directly opposite to the air outlet 12, and the air from the air outlet 12 can be blown into the air channel 521 by staggering the air channel 521.
Since the clothes-horse body 10 is usually installed on an indoor roof and has a high height, for some users with inconvenient actions such as the old, children and the disabled, the clothes-horse is usually held by hand to hang the clothes on the frame body 40 of the clothes-horse 100, but it is difficult for the users with inconvenient actions to hang a plurality of clothes and the clothes with heavy weight due to moisture, which causes inconvenience to hang the clothes. One end of the telescopic assembly 20 is arranged on the base 10, and the other end of the telescopic assembly is connected to the frame body 40, so that the frame body 40 can be lifted relative to the base 10, the user can lift the frame body 40, when clothes need to be aired, the frame body 40 can be descended to a proper height, the height of the frame body 40 is slightly higher than the height of the user, and the user can hang the clothes on the frame body 40 by only lifting the hand.
It should be noted that, since the clothes supporting assembly 50 is disposed on the frame body 40, and the air duct 521 is disposed corresponding to the air outlet 12, the clothes supporting assembly 50 can follow the frame body 40 to drive the frame body 40 to move toward or away from the air outlet 12 through the telescopic assembly 20. When a user needs to air clothes, the telescopic assembly 20 drives the rack 40 and the clothes support 52 arranged on the rack 40 to fall to a proper height, so that the user can hang the clothes on the clothes support assembly 50. After the user hangs the clothes, the telescopic assembly 20 drives the frame body 40 and the clothes support 52 to rise to a predetermined height, so as to connect the air duct 521 of the clothes support assembly 50 to the air outlet 12.
In this embodiment, the retractable assembly 20 includes a motor (not shown) and a scissor frame 21, and the scissor frame 21 is connected to an output shaft of the motor to drive the scissor frame 21 to retract, so that the retractable assembly 20 drives the frame body 40 to move up and down. In other embodiments, the scissor frame 21 may be replaced by a telescopic shaft to achieve the lifting of the frame body 40. The utility model is not limited to the specific form of the telescopic assembly 20, as long as the telescopic assembly 20 can drive the frame body 40 to lift. Further, it is also possible to retract or extend the scissor frame 21 only manually without providing a motor.
As shown in fig. 4 and 11, for two embodiments of the present invention, the clothes hanger assembly 50 includes a bracket 51 and a clothes hanger 52, the bracket 51 is detachably disposed on the frame body 40, the clothes hanger 52 is disposed on the bracket 51, and an air duct 521 is disposed in the clothes hanger 52. When the user does not need to dry the clothes through the clothes hanger 52, the clothes hanger 52 disposed on the frame body 40 occupies a certain space of the frame body 40 to affect the placement of other clothes (for example, when only airing the bedclothes, the drying function of the clothes hanger 52 is not needed), and the practicability is poor. By detachably mounting the bracket 51 on the frame body 40 and mounting the bracket 51 on the bracket 51, the user can mount the bracket 51 and the clothes support 52 on the frame body 40 according to actual needs, thereby improving the practicability of the clothes support assembly 50.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the clothes hanger 52 is integrally formed with the bracket 51. Through propping 52 integrated into one piece in support 51 with the clothing, not only make to prop 52 and support 51 integrative setting with the clothing, effectively reduce this clothing and prop 50 assemble duration and reduction in production cost, and compare in connecting through joint, bonding etc. and prop 52 and support 51 integrative setting also make clothing prop subassembly 50 and have higher intensity with the clothing to be difficult for damaging.
Specifically, the support frame 51 includes a support frame base 511 and a connecting rod 512 extending from the support frame base 511, the connecting rod 512 is disposed on the frame body 40, and a channel 5111 opposite to the air outlet 12 is disposed on the support frame base 511. The plurality of clothes hangers 52 are integrally formed on the support base 511 along the length direction of the support base 511, and the air duct 521 is communicated with the passage 5111.
The passage 5111 of the support base 511 can be communicated with the air duct 521 of the clothes hanger 52, when the support 51 is installed on the clothes drying machine 100, the passage 5111 of the support base 511 corresponds to or is communicated with the air outlet 12 of the bottom wall of the clothes drying machine 100, and the air exhausted from the air outlet 12 enters the air duct 521 through the passage 5111. When the clothes are hung on the clothes hanger 52, the wind in the wind channel 521 can be discharged to the inside of the clothes, so that the clothes can be dried in the inside of the clothes. And the clothes hanger 52 is provided in plurality, so that the number of clothes hung on the clothes hanger component 50 can be increased. The present invention is not limited to the number of hangers 52 provided with the hanger assembly 50 and may be one, three, five, and seven or other numbers.
In the embodiment provided in fig. 9 to 11, the clothes hanger 52 is detachably snap-fitted to the holder 51. The number of clothes aired by the user can be increased or decreased along with the change of seasons. For example, in hot summer, the user wears fewer clothes, and needs fewer clothes to be washed and dried, and the smaller size of the frame body 40 can meet the requirement. In the cold autumn and winter season, the number of clothes worn by the user is increased, and therefore, the number of clothes to be washed and dried is increased. When the user needs to expand the amount of the clothes hung on the rack 40, the rack 51 can be mounted on the rack 40 and the clothes hanger 52 can be detached according to the need, so that the rack 51 can hang the clothes on the rack 51 for airing. Therefore, various use scenes of the user can be further improved, and the practicability is high.
Further, the bracket 51 includes a rod portion 513 and a fitting portion 514 extending from an end of the rod portion 513, and the fitting portion 514 is connected to the frame body 40. The end of the rod part 513 is provided with a matching part 514, so that the bracket 51 can be detachably mounted on the frame body 40 through the matching part 514, and the frame body 40 is expanded. As shown in fig. 9 to 10, preferably, the bracket 51 includes two fitting portions 514, the two fitting portions 514 are respectively disposed at two ends of the rod portion 513, and the fitting portions 514 are detachably attached to two adjacent brackets 51. When a user needs to carry a large number of clothes, the support 51 is directly transversely arranged on the frame body 40, and the rod part 513 can provide a position for the user to hang the clothes support 52 or directly hang and dry the clothes, so that the clothes hanger is expanded.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 to 10, one of the engaging groove 525 and the protrusion 5131 is provided on the rod portion 513, and the other is provided on the clothes stay 52. The rod part 513 is provided with a clamping groove 525 or a protrusion 5131, and the clothes support 52 is provided with the protrusion 5131 or the clamping groove 525, so that the clothes support 52 is detachably connected with the bracket 51 through the clamping of the protrusion 5131 and the clamping groove 525. In this embodiment, the engaging groove 525 is formed on the clothes stay 52, and the protrusion 5131 is formed on the rod 513. The present invention does not limit the specific form and the specific position of the engaging groove 525 and the protrusion 5131, as long as the engaging groove 525 and the protrusion 5131 can be engaged to allow the clothes hanger 52 to be detachably mounted on the rod portion 513 of the bracket 51.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the clothes hanger 52 includes a hollow connecting portion 522 and a bracket portion 523 connected to the connecting portion 522, and a first air guiding passage 5231 is provided in the bracket portion 523. The connection part 522 is provided to facilitate the clothes hanger 52 to be adapted to an external structure, and the bracket part 523 is provided to facilitate the clothes hanger 52 to hang clothes. When the hollow connection part 522 is connected to the clothes drying machine 100, the hollow connection part 522 can guide the air blown out from the air outlet 12 of the clothes drying machine 100 into the first air guiding passage 5231 of the bracket 51 and then discharge the air through the air outlet 12 of the first air guiding passage 5231, thereby guiding the air at the air outlet 12 into the clothes by the clothes stay 52.
Specifically, the clothes hanger 52 further includes a plurality of spacers 524, and the plurality of spacers 524 are provided on an inner wall of the holder portion 523 to divide the air duct 521 into a plurality of first air guide passages 5231. In order to prevent the hot air discharged from the air duct 521 from being too concentrated and drying only a part of the laundry, the laundry cannot be uniformly dried, and at the same time, the laundry cannot be dried at a position such as a sleeve. By providing the spacer 524 in the holder portion 523, the air duct 521 is divided into a plurality of first air guide passages 5231. The first air guide channels 5231 can uniformly divide air in the air duct 521, and the first air guide channels 5231 can be directed to different positions inside the clothes, such as sleeves and armpits on two sides of the clothes, so that the positions difficult to dry can be dried. Preferably, the spacer 524 is integrally formed with the bracket portion 523.
Further, the partition 524 includes a flow guide portion 5242 and a guide portion 5241, the guide portion 5241 is connected to the flow guide portion 5242, and the guide portion 5241 is bent and extended from the flow guide portion 5242 toward the end of the first air guiding passage 5231. The guide portion 5241 is provided so that the guide portion 5241 can guide the wind from the guide portion 5242 to a predetermined position, thereby facilitating the setting of the position and angle of the end of the first air guiding passage 5231. It can be understood that the preset positions may be armpits and sleeves of the clothes, and the ends of the first air guiding passages 5231 are directed to positions where drying is difficult, such as armpits and sleeves of the clothes, so as to effectively improve the drying effect of the clothes support 52 on the clothes.
As shown in fig. 4 to fig. 6, the clothes hanger assembly 50 further includes a movable arm 53 and an adjusting structure 54, wherein the movable arm 53 is movably disposed on the bracket portion 523. The adjustment structure 54 is provided between the movable arm 53 and the holder part 523 so that the movable arm 53 has an expanded state and a contracted state with respect to the holder part 523. Since the shoulder widths of the children's clothes with small size are different from those of the adults with large size, the universal use of the clothes hanger assembly 50 is improved by providing the movable arm 53 so that the clothes hanger assembly 50 can be adapted to clothes with different sizes.
By providing the adjusting structure 54 and disposing the adjusting structure 54 between the movable arm 53 and the bracket portion 523, the position and the state of the movable arm 53 relative to the bracket portion 523 can be adjusted, for example, the movable arm 53 can be in the expanded state by moving a certain distance toward the side of the bracket holder 511 far away, and the movable arm 53 can be in the contracted state by moving a certain distance toward the side of the bracket holder 511 close to. In the present embodiment, the adjusting structure 54 is a slide rail and a slide groove adapted to the slide rail, one of the slide rail and the slide groove is disposed on the movable arm 53, and the other is disposed on the bracket portion 523. It is understood that the adjustment structure 54 may also be a hinge structure to pivotally connect the movable arm 53 to the bracket portion 523.
When a large-sized garment is hung, the movable arm 53 is moved along the length direction of the stand portion 523 to the side far from the stand holder 511, so that the movable arm 53 is in an expanded state to fit the large-sized garment, and the movable arm 53 is moved along the length direction of the stand portion 523 to the side near the stand holder 511, so that the movable arm 53 is in a contracted state to fit the small-sized garment. The present invention is not particularly limited in the size of the movable arm 53 and the specific form of the adjustment structure 54, as long as it can be realized that the clothes hanger assembly 50 can adjust the state of the movable arm 53 to fit the clothes of a larger size or a smaller size.
Further, the movable arm 53 is provided with a cavity 531, and the cavity 531 communicates with the air duct 521. The cavity 531 is formed in the movable arm 53, and the cavity 531 is communicated with the air duct 521, so that the cavity 531 can be communicated with the air duct 521, and when clothes with larger sizes are aired, the cavity 531 can extend to sleeves of the clothes with larger sizes, and the sleeves of the clothes with larger sizes can be dried.
As shown in fig. 2 to 8, the fan assembly 30 includes a fan 31, a second air guiding channel 32 and a swinging vane 33, the fan 31 is located in the base 10, an inlet 321 of the second air guiding channel 32 is communicated with an air outlet 311 of the fan 31, an outlet 322 of the second air guiding channel 32 is communicated with the swinging vane 33, and the swinging vane 33 is located at the air outlet 12.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 11, it is preferable that the swing vane 33 is a swing vane 33 with a circular outer peripheral wall and at least a portion of the swing vane 33 protrudes from the air outlet 12. The top of the clothes hanger 52 has an inward concave groove 526, and the swing blade 33 partially protruding from the air outlet 12 is attached to the inner wall of the groove 526. It can be understood that, by arranging the swing blade 33 as the swing blade 33 with a circular cross section, interference of the structure around the swing blade 33 (such as the structure of the peripheral edge of the air outlet 12) on the swing blade 33 is prevented, so that the swing blade 33 can swing to a larger extent, so as to dry clothes in a larger area, and improve the efficiency of the clothes drying machine 100 in drying clothes.
Further, in order to ensure that the air outlet 12 has a larger air outlet area, the air outlet 12 is generally opened along the length direction of the base 10 to have a larger length, and the swing blade 33 is extended along the length direction of the base 10 to be better matched with the air outlet 12.
It should be noted that, because the air outlet 12 is disposed on the base 10, the angle of the air discharged from the air outlet 12 is relatively fixed, and the area that the discharged wind can reach is correspondingly limited. The swing blade 33 protrudes at least partially from the air outlet 12, so that the swing of the swing blade 33 protruding from the air outlet 12 further expands the air outlet angle of the air outlet 12, thereby increasing the area of the region where the air outlet 12 can reach.
The top of the clothes hanger 52 is provided with an inward concave groove 526, so that the swing blade 33 partially protruding out of the air outlet 12 is attached to the inner wall of the groove 526. Further fit to the swing blade 33, so that the swing blade can swing to a large extent. It can be understood that, when the top of the clothes hanger 52 is provided with the concave groove 526, the clothes hanger can also be adapted to the straight plate-shaped swing blade 33, which is not particularly limited in the present invention and can be adaptively selected according to actual requirements. Specifically, the seat body 10 further has a plurality of partition plates 11, the second air guiding channels 32 are enclosed by the partition plates 11 arranged in the seat body 10 and the inner wall of the seat body 10, and the cross-sectional area of each second air guiding channel 32 gradually increases from the inlet 321 of the air cavity to the outlet 322 of the air cavity.
Since the cross-sectional area of each second air guiding channel 32 gradually increases from the inlet 321 to the outlet 322, the end of the outlet 322 of each second air guiding channel 32 (i.e. at the outlet 322 of the second air guiding channel 32) has the largest cross-sectional area, so as to form the air outlet 12 with a larger length, thereby achieving the effect of covering more clothes, and achieving the effect of drying multiple clothes at the same time. The swing blade 33 is provided to correct the angle of the air discharged from the air outlet 12 by the swing of the swing blade 33. The wind can be directed to different angles, so that the wind can flow in a larger area range, and the range of clothes covered by the air outlet 12 is further expanded.
In this embodiment, the fan 31 is a volute type centrifugal fan, and because the volute type centrifugal fan is small in size, the fan can be conveniently debugged and can be simply disposed on the clothes drying machine 100, and a large air volume can be provided, so that the air volume required by the clothes drying machine 100 when drying clothes can be effectively provided. It can be understood that the utility model is not limited to the specific setting form and type of the fan 31, and can be selected according to the actual needs and the actual use scene adaptability.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application.
