The upper end of the outer core 51 is provided with a disc-shaped head cap 54, and the liquid outlet is positioned at the bottom of the head cap 54. The liquid outlet is provided with a liquid outlet plug 55 which is made of nitrile rubber. Further, a pulling part 53 extending horizontally is arranged outside the outer core 51; the pull portion 53 is located below the head cap 54 and above the outer lid 4, and the upper end of the outer lid 4 abuts the pull portion 53. The lower end face of the outer cover 4 is provided with a fixing member 531, and the upper end of the spring is fixed to the fixing member 531. The packaging bottle can be adsorbed on a desktop or a platform through the sucking disc at the bottom of the bottle body; the lower end of the piston is in sealing abutting joint with the lower end of the supporting part and moves upwards along with the supporting part, negative pressure is generated in the valve chamber, the liquid in the bottle body can jack up the sealing beads from the suction pipe to enter the valve chamber until the piston moves to the highest position (as shown in figure 11), and the piston abuts against a limiting column 61 on the lock cover; after the lifting part is loosened, the spring contracts and rebounds, the pump core moves downwards, a gap is formed between the lower end of the piston and the supporting part, the valve chamber is communicated with the liquid inlet hole, meanwhile, the sealing bead seals the liquid suction channel due to pressure, the pump core moves downwards to a stopping position 511 to be abutted against the piston (as shown in figure 12), the piston is continuously driven downwards to move downwards, the liquid in the valve chamber is extruded to enter the interior of the pump core, then the liquid outlet plug at the top end of the pump core is jacked open to enter the head cap, and the liquid taking is facilitated.
