Description

Film applicator capable of automatically rolling back when tape is changed and opened
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of stationery, in particular to a film applicator which can be conveniently and automatically rolled back when a tape is replaced and opened.
Background
The present invention relates to a film applicator, which is commonly called a correction tape or a standing tape, and is a stationery product commonly used for covering errors and providing duplication correction, wherein the known products in the market are various, such as a disposable film applicator which can be discarded after being exhausted, or a replaceable film applicator which can be used repeatedly by keeping a shell and a replaceable tape clip, and the existing products are mainly replaceable, so as to reduce the proportion of the material of the discarded part due to environmental protection.
The replaceable film applicator can form a plurality of different styles according to the positions of the internal gear set and the applicator head, wherein the design of the gear set, the applicator head and other components arranged on the body (namely, the part reserved along with the replacement of the belt clip) can be said to be the style with least waste materials; the main structure of the film applicator comprises a front shell and a rear shell which can be opened in a sliding way relatively, and a mechanism part (such as a gear set, an application head and the like) assembled on the rear shell, so that a user can slide the mechanism part out of the shell subsequently when replacing the film applicator, take off an old filling body (namely a belt clamp which is worn out) and then load the old filling body into a new filling body, and push back the old filling body to complete the replacing operation.
However, in the current film applicators of this type, the replacement process is often inconvenient, for example, when the old filling body is taken out, a large amount of empty tapes in the old filling body can be carelessly caught due to the loose tape body, which causes troubles when the old filling body is discarded; for example, when a new filling body is filled, the structure of the existing product inevitably touches the film belt during installation to cause the degree of tightness to change, so that the film belt cannot be tightly wound on the smearing head (namely, the film belt is loose outside the smearing head) after the rear shell is pushed in, and therefore, a user often needs to adjust and install the film belt for multiple times to normally use, and the problem that the smearing film is adhered to the periphery carelessly is inevitably caused in the process of adjusting and installing for multiple times; the above mentioned problems are the troubles and problems that may occur when the current products are used, and need to be further improved.

Wherein when the filling body 8 is mounted on the applicator body 1, the pawl 53 of the supply toothed disc 50 contacts the limiting toothed portion 84 of the filling body 8, and when the pawl 53 is in the forward direction with respect to the limiting toothed portion 84, the rotation of the supply toothed disc 50 is not prevented, and when the pawl 53 is in the reverse direction with respect to the limiting toothed portion 84, the rotation of the supply toothed disc 50 is inhibited.
In actual use, as shown in fig. 6a and 6b, the applicator body 1 is provided with the filling body 8, the applicator head 31 is located at the front end discharging position, after the user opens the cover 16, the user can use the applicator head 31 to press the film belt 90 for applying, during the applying movement, the supply shaft sleeve 85 is naturally driven to rotate the supply coil clockwise, the supply shaft sleeve 85 is connected with the first transmission shaft 41 to rotate clockwise, the first transmission shaft 41 is connected with the supply fluted disc 50 through the clutch mechanism, at this time, the pawl 53 and the limiting toothed portion 84 are in the same direction, so the supply fluted disc 50 also rotates clockwise, and through the rotation of the supply fluted disc 50, the connected fluted disc 70, the recovery fluted disc 62, the second transmission shaft 61 to the recovery shaft sleeve 86 can be sequentially connected, and the applied empty film belt 90 can be synchronously recovered.
When the tape is to be replaced, as shown in fig. 6a, 6b, 7, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b, 10a and 10b, the rear housing 20 is operated to move back relative to the front housing 10 from the engaged position shown in fig. 6a and 6b to the open position shown in fig. 10a and 10 b; when the rear housing 20 starts to move backward, as shown in fig. 7, at this time, the retractable trigger unit 14 first drives the retractable linkage unit 28 to rotate, and the retractable linkage unit 28 links the driven unit 322 to drive the smearing head 31 to move backward; when the rear housing 20 continues to move backward, as shown in fig. 8a and 8b, at this time, the retracting and releasing linkage unit 28 moves to the tail end of the retracting and releasing trigger unit 14 along with the carrier plate 21, and simultaneously links the driven unit 322 to abut against the tail end of the limiting groove 263, and allows the applying head 31 to move backward to the retracting position, and is located in the first extending arm 831 and the second extending arm 832, and completely separated from the film strip 90; when the rear housing 20 further moves backward, after the retraction linkage unit 28 disengages from the retraction trigger unit 14, the smearing head 31 no longer moves relative to the carrier plate 21, and when the rewind linkage unit 42 contacts with the rewind trigger unit 15, as shown in fig. 9a and 9b, at this time, the rewind trigger unit 15 drives the rewind linkage unit 42 to rotate counterclockwise, the first transmission shaft 41 also rotates counterclockwise along with the rewind linkage unit 42, the supply shaft sleeve 85 also rotates counterclockwise, the supply fluted disc 50 does not rotate in the reverse direction due to the limiting pawl 53 of the limiting mechanism and the limiting tooth part 84, the clutch mechanism releases the acting force, and the second transmission shaft 61 and the rewind shaft sleeve 86 do not rotate as well, so that the supply shaft sleeve 85 rotates counterclockwise to rewind the loose film 90, when the rewind linkage unit 42 disengages from the rewind trigger unit 15, the film strip 90 outside the wearing opening 83 can be in a state of being rolled back and tensioned as shown in fig. 10 b; when the rear housing 20 moves back to the open position again, as shown in fig. 10a, the retraction linkage unit 28 contacts the rewinding triggering unit 15, and the driven unit 322 abuts against the end of the limiting groove 263, so that the retraction linkage unit 28 cannot rotate continuously, and therefore a block is formed between them, thereby forming a mechanism for preventing the carrier plate 21 from coming off the side guiding groove 13, and in the open position, a user can easily take out and load a new filling body 8 as shown in fig. 10 b.
The operation of loading the filler 8 into the rear housing 20, i.e. the above-mentioned reverse process, is different only in that when the rewind linkage unit 42 contacts the rewind triggering unit 15, the rewind linkage unit 42 and the first transmission shaft 41 are caused to rotate clockwise, and at this time, because the pawl 53 and the limiting tooth portion 84 are in the forward direction, the supply fluted disc 50 will sequentially link the linkage fluted disc 70, the recovery fluted disc 62, the second transmission shaft 61 and the recovery sleeve 86 to rotate, when the first transmission shaft 41 links the supply sleeve 85 to rotate clockwise to release the film strip 90, the second transmission shaft 61 will also synchronously rotate the film winding tape 90, so that the film strip 90 still keeps a tensioned state and is pushed back to the rotation speed ratio slightly larger than the supply based on the recovery, and the clutch mechanism is used to adjust, after the coating head 31 moves forward and releases, the film strip 90 can be diffracted on the coating head 31 in a tensioned state, the replacement operation can be easily finished at one time without repeated taking out, adjustment and repeated operation.
