Abstract

防触电安全帽属劳动安全保护用品类。
防触电安全帽是利用电子技术中的电场感应原 理，做成电场检测报警器，安装在安全帽上用以防止 触电和检测带电体存在的安全防护和检测用品。
主要结构是在现有的安全帽中装有一个是电子 元件组成的微型报警器，用声光提醒人们在接近电场 时的危险。

Description

本实用新型属于劳动安全保护装置类。
现有的安全帽，只有防碰撞的作用，功能单一。
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种即具有防碰撞功能的，又具有近电提醒报警功能的防触电安全帽。
本实用新型的技术方案是：以现有的安全帽为基础，在安全帽内侧装有：由感应铂片、发光管盒体及盒体中的由电池、三极管、场效应管、扬声器、电阻、电容组件组成的放大振荡电路的近电报警器。
本实用新型的安全帽，由于在安全帽中装有近电报警器，当工作人员接近电场时，有提醒报警作用的积极效果。
图一为该防触电安全帽电路部分电原理图。
I为电场感应金属铂片；Q为场效应管与V2组成电场信号二级放大；V3、V4组成讯响器电路；V3受V2的控制，当有信号时，V3才振荡输出声频，由扬声器发出声音，C1为滤出干扰电容，由于检测的电场信号为低频，C1可选得较大些，LED为发光管，当有信号输出时，发光管也亮，K为电源开关，LED为发光管，E为钮扣电池。
与安全帽的结合见图二，在图二中，1为原安全帽；2为感应铂片，用不干胶直接贴在安全帽的内侧，3为报警器部分，可以采用无引线元件焊接场效应管采用2SK94，V2V3采用ISC3115；V4采用2SB736扬声器，采用微型透明式喇叭，整个元件高低，只有0.5CM，固定在安全帽内侧顶端，4为发光管选用∮3发光二极管，用胶粘在安全帽的前部，眼睛敏感的位置部分即可以，作业时打开微型开关即可，电池使用钮扣电池。
图三为报警器外型图，1为金属铂片；2为报警器壳体；3为安装孔；K为电池开关，LED为发光管。
与现有的近电报警电路相比有下列优点：
1、工作可靠：误报率低，由于主要用于低频电场的检测，采用了大电容滤除干扰信号，振荡直接受低频检测信号调制。
2、体积小，应用集成电路，很难做到放大与振荡用一块集成块来完成，反不如用散件体积小，且成本也低。
3、耗电省，无信号状态下耗电微安级。
4、检测距离远，进行220V－－1000V实验，作用距离远大于人身与带电体的安全距离

  1. 一种防触电安全帽，其特征是：
    以现有的安全帽为基础，在安全帽内侧装有开关，由感应金属铂片，发光管盒体及盒体中由电池、场效应管、三极管扬声器、电阻、电容组件组成的放大振荡电路的近电报警器。
