In one embodiment, the arc protection device further comprises a body, and each arc baffle is connected with one side of the body at an angle.
In one embodiment, the arc baffle is made of a high temperature and arc resistant material.
In one embodiment, the arc protection device is integrally formed from a high temperature and arc resistant material.
In one embodiment, the arc protection device is arranged against an inner wall of the housing.
In one embodiment, the arc protection device is formed with a through hole through which the blade of the switching member passes.
In one embodiment, the arc protection device further has a through hole formed therein through which the reset member passes.

Before describing embodiments of the present invention, some terms referred to in the present invention are first explained to better understand the present invention.

Referring first to fig. 1a, 1b and 2, an earth leakage protection plug according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein fig. 1a and 1b are a front perspective view and a bottom perspective view of the earth leakage protection plug, respectively, and fig. 2 is an exploded schematic view of the earth leakage protection plug. As shown in fig. 1 a-2, the earth leakage protection plug includes a housing upper cover 1, a movement assembly 3, a power supply unit 8, a housing bottom cover 6, a housing rear cover 7, and an arc protection cover 4 disposed between the movement assembly 3 and the housing. In the illustrated embodiment, the housing includes a housing upper cover 1, a housing lower cover 6, and a housing rear cover 7 that are connected together by fasteners (e.g., screws 9), wherein the housing lower cover 6 and the housing rear cover 7 may also be formed as one body to constitute a housing lower cover. The housing bottom cover 6 is provided with openings so that the N plug blades 301, the L plug blades 302 and the ground plug blades protrude outside the housing.
According to the utility model, an arc protection device 5 is advantageously arranged between the core assembly 3 and the housing. The movement assembly 3 includes a coil, a leakage detecting circuit, a driving structure, a switch part, and a reset part 310. Specifically, the coil, the leakage detection circuit and the driving structure are used for driving the input contact and the output contact of the switch component to be closed or opened so as to realize the on-off of the circuit.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the input contacts and the output contacts of the switch member include an L-side input contact 303 and an L-side output contact 304, and an N-side input contact 305 and an N-side output contact 306. Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the arc protection device 5 includes a body 510 and at least two arc baffles 520, wherein the two arc baffles 520 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the body 510. One arc baffle 520 is adjacent to the L-side input and output contacts 303, 304 and the other arc baffle (not shown) is adjacent to the N-side input and output contacts 305, 306, whereby both pairs of contacts are spaced from the housing.
In the present embodiment, the two arc baffles 520 are made of high temperature and arc resistant material, and the body 510 may be made of other insulating material. An arc may be generated when the coil, the leakage detection circuit and the driving structure of the core assembly 3 cooperate to drive the two pairs of contacts open. Based on the disclosed leakage protection plug, the arc protection device 5 can coat the engine core assembly 3, and the generated arc is isolated from the shell by the arc baffle 520 of the arc protection device 5, so that the shell is prevented from being damaged by the arc, or a user can observe arc light through the shell when using the leakage protection plug; therefore, the use safety of the product and the use experience of the user are improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the disclosed arc protection device 5 further includes through holes 511 and 512 through which the neutral (N) plug blade 301 and the hot (L) plug blade 302 of the movement assembly 3 pass, and a through hole 513 through which the reset means 310 passes.
In addition, in a preferred embodiment, the arc protection device 5 can be arranged against the inner wall of the housing and have a certain thickness, whereby damage to the housing by an arc can be prevented at least by the properties of the material itself and the thickness of the arc baffle 520 of the arc protection device 5. Specifically, the thickness of arc baffle 520 is determined by the dimensions of the housing and engine assembly.
In other preferred embodiments, the body 510 and the arc baffle 520 of the arc protection device 5 may be integrally formed of a high temperature and arc resistant material.
The leakage protection plug disclosed by the utility model has the advantages of simple circuit structure, low cost, convenience in installation and the like. The arc protection device can be correspondingly changed according to the structure of the leakage protection plug which is actually applied, and the application is wide.

a housing;
a deck assembly disposed within the housing and including a switch component; and
a power supply component coupled with the deck assembly;
the arc protection device is arranged between the movement assembly and the shell and isolates an input contact and an output contact of the switch component from the shell;
wherein the arc protection device comprises at least one or more arc baffles, each arc baffle being disposed proximate to a respective one of the input contact and the output contact to isolate the input contact and the output contact from the housing.
2. A residual current protective plug with an arc protection device according to claim 1, characterized in that said arc protection device further comprises a body, each of said arc baffles being connected at an angle to a respective side of said body.
3. A residual current protective plug with an arc protection device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said arc baffle is made of a high temperature and arc resistant material.
4. A residual current protective plug with an arc protection device according to claim 2, characterized in that said arc protection device is integrally formed of a high temperature and arc resistant material.
5. A residual current protection plug with an arc protection device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the arc protection device is arranged against an inner wall of the housing.
6. A residual current protection plug with an arc protection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the arc protection device is formed with a through hole for passing the blade of the switch component.
7. A residual current protection plug with an arc protection device according to claim 6, characterized in that the arc protection device is further formed with a through hole for passing the resetting member.
