Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a fixing structure of a lower decorative plate 10 and a housing 20, and the fixing structure of the lower decorative plate 10 and the housing 20 is used for an air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner includes a casing 50, a heat exchanger and a fan 40, the casing 50 defines an air outlet duct 60, the heat exchanger and the fan 40 are located in the air outlet duct 60, and under the driving action of the fan 40, outside air enters from an air inlet of the air outlet duct 60, exchanges heat with the heat exchanger, and is blown out from an air outlet of the air outlet duct 60, so as to implement cooling or heating of the air conditioner.
The casing 50 includes a housing 20 and a front panel 70, the front panel 70 is located in front of the housing 20 and above the air outlet, an air deflector 30 is disposed at the air outlet, the air deflector 30 is used for opening or closing the air outlet, and the air outlet direction can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the air deflector 30 in a state of opening the air outlet. When the air deflector 30 is disposed at the air outlet, the lower decorative plate 10 is located behind the air deflector 30.
The fixing structure of the lower decoration plate 10 and the housing 20 includes the housing 20 and the lower decoration plate 10.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, one of the housing 20 and the lower decorative plate 10 is provided with a buckle 101, and the other is provided with a slot 203 adapted to the buckle 101, so that the housing 20 and the lower decorative plate 10 are clamped.
The cover shell 20 is provided with a buckle 101, the lower decorative plate 10 is provided with a clamping groove 203 matched with the buckle 101, or the cover shell 20 is provided with the clamping groove 203, and the lower decorative plate 10 is provided with the buckle 101 matched with the clamping groove 203.
The buckle 101 is inserted into the clamping groove 203 to realize the clamping connection between the housing 20 and the lower decorative plate 10; the buckle 101 is pulled out from the clamping groove 203, so that the shell 20 can be separated from the lower decorative plate 10.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, one of the cover 20 and the lower garnish 10 is provided with a hook rib 106, and the other is provided with a hook groove 204, and the hook rib 106 is detachably provided in the hook groove 204.
The housing 20 is provided with a hook rib 106, the lower ornamental plate 10 is provided with a hook groove 204 matched with the hook rib 106, or the housing 20 is provided with the hook groove 204, and the lower ornamental plate 10 is provided with the hook rib 106 matched with the hook groove 204.
The hooking rib 106 is inserted into the hooking groove 204, so that the lower decorative plate 10 is hooked in the hooking groove 204, that is, the lower decorative plate 10 is hooked with the housing 20, and the lower decorative plate 10 is prevented from being separated from the housing 20; the hooking rib 106 is disengaged from the hooking groove 204, and the lower trim panel 10 can be separated from the housing 20.
In the scheme, the detachable connection between the lower decorative plate 10 and the housing 20 is realized together in a clamping and hooking mode. On one hand, compared with hooking, clamping can realize more stable positioning between the lower decorative plate 10 and the housing 20, and reduce more degrees of freedom of the lower decorative plate 10, but the clamping has high requirement on the adaptability of the buckle 101 and the clamping groove 203, and the processing cost of the buckle 101 and the clamping groove 203 is high; the hooking has less limitation on the degree of freedom of the lower trim panel 10 and allows the lower trim panel 10 to have a strong moving capability, but compared with the clamping, the requirement on the degree of fitting between the hooking rib 106 and the hooking groove 204 is low, so that the allowable design error between the hooking rib 106 and the hooking groove 204 is large, and the design cost of the hooking rib 106 and the hooking groove 204 can be reduced. On the other hand, compared with the clamping, the combination of the clamping and the hooking is low in the requirement of the hooking on the adaptation degree of the hooking rib 106 and the hook groove 204, and the tolerance of the assembly error of the hooking rib 106 and the hook groove 204 is large, so that the requirement on the assembly degree of the buckle 101 and the clamping groove 203 can be reduced, in other words, the hooking of the hooking rib 106 and the hook groove 204 can be still realized under the condition that the assembly error of the buckle 101 and the clamping groove 203 is large, the requirement on the assembly precision of the buckle 101 and the clamping groove 203 can be reduced, and the cost of the air conditioner is further reduced.
Therefore, the detachable connection between the lower decorative plate 10 and the housing 20 is realized in the clamping and hooking mode, and the cost of the air conditioner can be reduced on the basis of fixing and detaching the lower decorative plate 10 and the housing 20.
Optionally, the lower trim panel 10 is located below the housing 20, and the hooking rib 106 is provided on a surface of the lower trim panel 10 facing the housing 20, for example, the hooking rib 106 is provided on an upper surface of the lower trim panel 10. The hook groove 204 is now provided in the housing 20.
In the front-to-rear direction, the hooking rib 106 is inclined upward and passes through the hooking groove 204, and the lower surface of the hooking rib 106 abuts against the housing 20 after passing through the hooking groove 204, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, after the hooking rib 106 passes through the hooking groove 204, the hooking rib 106 abuts against the upper surface of the housing 20 behind the hooking groove 204, so that the hooking rib 106 can limit the downward movement of the lower trim plate 10 relative to the housing 20, and play a role in limiting the downward movement of the hooking rib 106.
The hooking rib 106 is inclined upward in the front-to-rear direction, so that when the lower trim panel 10 is detached, the hooking rib 106 is disengaged from the hooking groove 204 by pulling the lower trim panel 10 in the rear-to-front direction, and the lower trim panel 10 is separated from the housing 20. The indoor unit 100 is generally installed close to a wall, and has a rear side close to the wall and a front side far from the wall. The trim panel 10 is removed in a rear-to-front direction, in other words, the lower trim panel 10 moves forward during the removal, so that it is possible to prevent the lower trim panel 10 from interfering with the wall body during the removal, leaving a space enough for the removal of the lower trim panel 10.
The hooking rib 106 is inclined upward in the front-to-rear direction, and the inclination degree of the hooking rib 106 affects the abutting area of the lower trim panel 10 and the housing 20 and the movement length of the lower trim panel 10 relative to the housing 20 during the detachment process. In practical applications, the inclination of the hooking rib 106 can be designed according to the requirements on the abutting area and the movement length of the lower decorative plate 10.
The hook rib 106 may be a solid structure or a structure partially provided with a groove 107, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the surface of the hook rib 106 is provided with the groove 107, and the groove 107 extends along the length direction of the hook rib 106, and the design of the groove 107 can reduce the cost of the hook rib 106. The groove 107 is provided with a reinforcing rib 108 for connecting two opposite groove walls of the groove 107 to increase the length of the hooking rib 106.
Alternatively, the inclination direction of the hooking rib 106 is the same as the detachment direction of the catch 101 and the catch groove 203.
Hook rib 106 inserts hook groove 204 along the incline direction, and the dismantlement direction of buckle 101 and draw-in groove 203 is the same with hook rib 106's incline direction, and when this buckle 101 inserted draw-in groove 203 like this, hook rib 106 inserted hook groove 204 along self (hook rib 106) incline direction in-step, realized buckle 101 draw-in groove 203 department and the synchronous assembly of hook rib 106 hook groove 204 department, need not install earlier buckle 101 draw-in groove 203 and then install hook rib 106 hook groove 204 or install hook rib 106 hook groove 204 earlier and then install buckle 101 draw-in groove 203. When the buckle 101 is disengaged from the slot 203, the hooking rib 106 starts to be disengaged from the hook groove 204 along the inclination direction of the hooking rib 106, so that the hook groove 204 of the buckle 101 and the hook groove 203 of the hooking rib 106 can be removed synchronously, and the hook groove 204 of the hooking rib 106 and the hook groove 203 of the buckle 101 do not need to be removed first after the hook groove 203 of the buckle 101 is removed, or the hook groove 204 of the hooking rib 106 is removed first before the hook groove 203 of the buckle 101 is removed.
Alternatively, the opening size of the hook groove is larger than the outer size of the portion of the hooking rib located inside the hook groove to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the hooking rib and the hook groove. Because the fixed upper surface looks butt of lower surface and the housing that mainly relies on the hook muscle between hook muscle and the housing, rather than the butt of hook muscle and hook groove, consequently, the opening size in hook groove is greater than the external dimension who lies in the part that lies in the hook groove on the hook muscle to do not influence the intensity of hook.
Alternatively, the number of the hooking ribs 106 is plural, and the plural hooking ribs 106 are arranged in order in the front-to-rear direction.
The plurality of hooking ribs 106 may limit a plurality of positions of the lower trim panel 10 from front to rear, respectively, so that stability of the lower trim panel 10 assembled to the housing 20 may be improved. Moreover, the plurality of hook ribs 106 are sequentially arranged along the front-to-rear direction, so that when the lower decorative plate 10 is pulled from the rear to the front relative to the housing 20, the plurality of hook ribs 106 can be synchronously detached from the hook grooves 204; when it is desired to assemble the lower trim panel 10 to the housing 20, the plurality of hooking ribs 106 can be simultaneously inserted into the hooking grooves 204 by pushing the lower trim panel 10 from the front to the rear direction.
It is to be understood that the plurality of hooking ribs 106 may be provided in order along the longitudinal direction of the lower trim 10 (the longitudinal direction of the indoor unit 100).
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the lower trim panel 10 includes a panel body 112 and an extension panel 111.
The extension plate 111 is provided at the front end of the plate body 112; the buckle 101 or the locking groove 203 is disposed on the extension plate, and the hooking rib 106 or the hooking groove 204 is disposed on the plate body.
The extension plate is provided at a front end of a longitudinal end of the panel body and is located above the panel body where the extension plate is connected. The extension plate is smaller in size than the plate body, and thus the extension plate is more easily deformed. The limiting effect of joint is stronger than the limiting effect of hook joint, consequently, locate extension board with buckle 101 or draw-in groove 203 and can strengthen the limiting effect to the extension board, avoid the extension board to take place to warp.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, the catch 101 comprises a first resilient arm 102 and a second resilient arm 103.
The second elastic arm 103 is disposed opposite to the first elastic arm 102, and any one of the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 can move toward the other, in other words, both the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 can be elastically deformed, and any one of the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 can be elastically deformed toward a position between the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103.
As shown in fig. 8, the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 are protruded from the surface of the lower trim panel 10, so that both the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 have the capability of elastic deformation. The first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 are arranged oppositely and sequentially along the circumferential direction of the card slot 203.
As shown in fig. 8, a surface of the first elastic arm 102 facing away from the second elastic arm 103 is provided with a first protrusion 104, a surface of the second elastic arm 103 facing away from the first elastic arm 102 is provided with a second protrusion 105, the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 pass through the slot 203, and the first protrusion 104 and the second protrusion 105 are located on a side of the slot 203 facing away from the lower trim panel 10 and protrude outward from a slot wall of the slot 203.
The first bump 104 and the second bump 105 are located on one side of the slot 203, and the lower decorative plate 10 is located on the other side of the slot 203, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first bump 104 and the second bump 105 are located above the slot 203, and the lower decorative plate 10 is located below the slot 203.
The first protrusion 104 and the second protrusion 105 protrude outward from the walls of the slot 203, wherein the direction near the middle of the slot 203 is inward, and the direction far from the middle of the slot 203 is outward. Thus, the first protrusion 104 and the second protrusion 105 cannot be removed from the slot 203 without the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm being elastically deformed.
Alternatively, an outer wall surface (a surface facing away from the second elastic arm 103) of the first elastic arm 102 and an outer wall surface (a surface facing away from the first elastic arm 102) of the second elastic arm 103 are both abutted against a groove wall of the card slot 203, so that the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 can limit the movement of the buckle 101 relative to the card slot 203 along the radial direction of the card slot 203.
When the buckle 101 needs to be separated from the snap groove 203, the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 are simultaneously pressed inwards, so that the first elastic arm 102 moves towards the second elastic arm 103, the second elastic arm 103 moves towards the first elastic arm 102, the distance between the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 is reduced, the first bump 104 and the second bump 105 can both pass through the snap groove 203 along with the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103, after the first bump 104 and the second elastic arm 103 pass through the snap groove 203, the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 are stopped being pressed, so that the first bump 104 and the second bump 105 protrude outwards out of the snap groove 203, and the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 are prevented from falling out of the snap groove 203.
As shown in fig. 7, the upper surface of the lower trim panel 10 is provided with a buckle 101, the first elastic arm 102 and the second elastic arm 103 are protruded from the upper surface of the lower trim panel 10, the locking groove 203 is provided in the housing 20, the first protrusion 104 and the second protrusion 105 abut against the upper surface of the housing 20, and the lower trim panel 10 abuts against the lower surface of the housing 20, thereby limiting the downward movement of the lower trim panel 10 relative to the housing 20.
Optionally, the housing 20 includes an end cap 201 and a mounting plate 202.
The end cover 201 is located at the end of the indoor unit 100 in the longitudinal direction, and the mounting plate 202 is disposed inside the end cover 201 and connected to the bottom end of the end cover 201, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom end of the end cover 201 extends downward to form the mounting plate 202.
The lower decorative plate 10 is positioned below the mounting plate 202 and detachably connected with the mounting plate 202, so that the lower decorative plate 10 is detachably connected with the housing 20.
One of the buckle 101 and the clamping groove 203 is arranged on the lower decorative plate 10, and the other is arranged on the assembly plate 202, so that the lower decorative plate 10 is clamped with the assembly plate 202; one of the hooking rib 106 and the hooking groove 204 is provided on the lower decorative plate 10, and the other one is provided on the mounting plate 202, so that the lower decorative plate 10 is hooked to the mounting plate 202, and the lower decorative plate 10 is detachably connected to the mounting plate 202.
