and the elastic gasket is arranged on the fastening screw in a penetrating way and is clamped between the pump main body and the seat main body.

the seat main body is provided with a guide post which is inserted into the chute and slides along the chute.
10. A medical pump comprising a pump body and a multipurpose rotary fastening device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, said multipurpose rotary fastening device being rotatably connected to said pump body.
