As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the bridge-type contact lens shielding device 100 is disposed on a PCB 300 of an electronic device and covers a camera 200 of the electronic device, the bridge-type contact lens shielding device 100 includes a mounting base 1, a light-shielding sheet 2, a driving assembly 3, a metal reinforcing plate 6 and a contact conductive copper sheet 5, the mounting base 1 covers the camera 200, and a view-finding hole 11 is formed on the mounting base 1 corresponding to a view-finding end of the camera 200; the shading sheet 2 is connected with the mounting base 1 in a sliding manner; the driving assembly 3 comprises a driving mechanism and a swing arm 31 which is rotatably connected with the mounting base 1, the swing arm 31 is connected with the light shielding sheet 2, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the swing arm 31 to rotate so as to drive the light shielding sheet 2 to reciprocate between a first position and a second position; the number of the metal reinforcing plates 6 is two, the two metal reinforcing plates 6 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the camera 200, and the two metal reinforcing plates 6 are embedded in the mounting base 1; the contact conductive copper sheet 5 penetrates through the mounting base 1, one end of the contact conductive copper sheet 5 is conducted with the driving mechanism, and the other end of the contact conductive copper sheet is abutted to the conductive contact on the PCB 300; when the light shielding sheet 2 is in the first position, the light shielding sheet 2 covers the side of the viewing hole 11 departing from the camera 200, and when the light shielding sheet 2 is in the second position, the camera 200 is exposed from the viewing hole 11.
In the above embodiments, the first position is a shielding position, and the second position is an opening position. Installation base 1 provides the installation position, plays simultaneously for inner structure like camera, drive assembly 3, anti-dazzling screen 2 etc. prevent colliding with dustproof effect. The swing arm 31 in the driving assembly 3 pulls the light shielding sheet 2 to slide along the front-back direction, when a user starts the function of the camera 200, the camera 200 is started, and the light shielding sheet 2 moves to the second position, so that the camera 200 can obtain light from the view finding hole 11, and the normal use of the camera 200 is ensured; when the user does not start the function of the camera 200, the light shielding sheet 2 moves to the first position to shield the view opening 11, and the user cannot acquire a picture even if the camera 200 is turned on. Therefore, the camera 200 can be prevented from secretly shooting or peeping the surrounding environment and even recording videos, and personal privacy information and safety of users are protected.
Moreover, the metal reinforcing plates 6 are embedded in the positions on the two sides of the camera 200, so that the strength of the mounting base 1 is improved, the mounting base 1 is prevented from being deformed or damaged, the overall strength can be ensured under the condition that the width of the mounting base 1 needs to be consistent with the size of the camera 200, and the volume of the bridge type contact power supply lens shielding element 100 is reduced as much as possible. Damage does not occur because the cover portion becomes thin on both sides of the camera head 200. Through setting up the electrically conductive copper sheet of contact that switches on with PCB board butt, reduce the use of wire, improve the clean and tidy degree that the crane span structure formula contact power supply camera lens sheltered from component 100, simplify the installation degree of difficulty and the maintenance degree of difficulty that the crane span structure formula contact power supply camera lens sheltered from component 100.
Wherein, the metal reinforcing plate 6 comprises a base plate and inserting parts positioned at two ends of the base plate, and the shape of the side part of the cover part is matched. The metal reinforcing plate 6 can be embedded into the mounting base in the injection molding process of the mounting base, and can also be provided with mounting grooves matched with the technical reinforcing plate, and after the mounting base is processed, the metal reinforcing plates are embedded into the mounting grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Based on the above embodiment, the contact conductive copper sheet 5 includes the substrate 51 and the abutting portion 52 connected, the width of the abutting portion 52 is larger than the width of the substrate 51, the substrate 51 is inserted into the mounting base 1, and one end of the substrate 51 away from the abutting portion 52 is connected to the driving mechanism; the contact portion 52 is exposed to the mounting base 1, and the contact portion 52 is bent to form a contact surface with which the conductive contact on the PCB 300 is brought into contact. Because the abutting part 52 is greater than the width of the substrate 51, a step structure or a transition surface exists at the joint of the abutting part 52 and the substrate 51, when the abutting part 52 abuts against the conductive contact on the PCB 300, the step structure or the transition surface can play a limiting role, and the contact conductive copper sheet 5 is prevented from being stressed and being displaced to cause instability at the joint. The abutting portion 52 is bent to form a contact surface, which is equivalent to increase the area of contact with the conductive board, and even if a positional deviation occurs during assembly, the PCB 300 and the driving mechanism can be surely electrically connected.
