In a scenario where there are many and concentrated devices such as a laboratory, device management is an important part of daily work. The device management needs to manage not only basic information such as the number, name, category, and person responsible for each device, but also real-time information such as the usage rate of the device. However, in the device management in the related art, the basic information can be accurately managed, but the real-time information of the device cannot be accurately detected, so that the real-time information cannot be accurately managed.

The information detection device is used for detecting the electrical parameters of the detected device 500 and reporting the detection result to the server, so that the server can conveniently determine real-time information such as the use state and the use rate of the detected device 500 according to the electrical parameters, and accurately manage the detected device 500. The device 500 to be tested may be any one of a plurality of devices in a device management scenario, and correspondingly, the server may be a server in the device management scenario.
The power supply line 101 may be the power supply line 101 of the device under test 500, that is, one end of the power supply line 101 is connected to the power supply 400, and the other end is connected to the device under test 500, so that the device under test 500 can be powered by the power supply 400 to enable the device under test 500 to work normally. The sampling resistor 102 may be connected in series to the supply line 101.
The connection mode of the sampling resistor 102 and the power supply line 101 and the connection mode of the electricity meter chip 103 and the sampling resistor 102 can be matched with each other, so that the purpose that the electricity meter chip 103 collects the electrical parameters of the sampling resistor 102 is achieved. The electrical parameter may include at least one of a voltage and a current. The electricity meter chip 103 can realize the collection of the electrical parameters, the power supply of the electricity meter chip 103 and the communication connection between the electricity meter chip 103 and the second module 200 through different pins, that is, the electricity meter chip 103 includes at least one current pin for collecting the current of the sampling resistor 102; and/or the electricity meter chip 103 comprises at least one voltage pin for collecting the voltage of the sampling resistor 102; and/or, the electricity meter chip 103 includes at least one communication pin for communication connection with the second module 200; and/or, the electricity meter chip 103 includes at least one power supply pin for connecting with the power supply line 101 and obtaining electric energy. For example, referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a sampling of the fuel gauge chip 103 is shown, where the schematic diagram includes a load (i.e., a device 500 to be detected), a sampling resistor 102, and a connection manner of the fuel gauge chip 103, so that, as can be seen in fig. 2, the load and the sampling resistor 102 are respectively connected in series in a loop formed by a live line and a neutral line of the power supply line 101, and the fuel gauge chip 103 is connected to the sampling resistor 102 through two pins, i.e., a pin IAP 1 and a pin IAN 2, so as to collect a current of the sampling resistor 102, and a filter formed by a capacitor, an inductor, and the like is further provided between the fuel gauge chip 103 and the sampling resistor 102, so as to improve accuracy of collecting the current; in addition, the electric quantity meter chip 103 is connected with the sampling resistor 102 through a No. 3 pin VP and a No. 4 pin GND, so that the voltage of the sampling resistor 102 can be acquired, and a plurality of divider resistors are arranged between the electric quantity meter chip 103 and the sampling resistor 102, so that the magnitude order and the accuracy of the sampled voltage value can be improved; the electricity meter chip 103 is in communication connection with the second module 200 through a pin TX No. 6 and a pin RX No. 7, so that the acquired electrical parameters can be sent to the second module 200; pin No. 5 and pin No. 8 of the electricity meter chip 103 are connected to the power supply line 101, and a second AC/DC conversion module (AC-DC) is provided between the two power supply pins, i.e., the power supply line 101, pin No. 5 VREF, and pin No. 8 VDD, and the second AC/DC conversion module can be used to convert the AC power (e.g., 220V AC power or 380V AC power) transmitted through the power supply line 101 into DC power and supply the DC power to the power supply pins, so that the electricity meter chip 103 can obtain 3.3V DC power supply.
According to the information detection device provided by the present disclosure, the power supply line 101 in the first module 100 can be connected to the power supply 400 and the device under test 500, so as to supply power to the device under test 500, the sampling resistor 102 connected to the power supply line 101 can facilitate the collection of electrical parameters on the power supply line 101, and the electricity meter chip 103 can collect electrical parameters on the sampling resistor 102, so that the first module 100 can realize the collection of electrical parameters of the device under test 500 while supplying power to the device under test 500; the second module 200 can obtain the electrical parameters collected by the fuel gauge chip 103 in the first module 100 and send the electrical parameters to the server, so that the server can determine the information of the device 500 to be tested according to the electrical parameters, such as the use state, the use rate, and the like, and therefore the second module 200 realizes the report of the electrical parameters of the device 500 to be tested. If the information detection device is used for equipment management in scenes such as laboratories and the like, the electrical parameters of the equipment can be reported while the power is supplied to the equipment, so that the server can determine real-time information such as the use state and the use rate of the equipment, the accuracy of the equipment management is improved, and the information range of the equipment management is expanded.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second module 200 includes a controller 201 and a communication module that are connected to each other, where the controller 201 is connected to the fuel gauge chip 103, and is configured to obtain the electrical parameters acquired by the fuel gauge chip 103, and control the communication module to send the electrical parameters to the server.
The controller 201 may be an MCU (micro controller Unit). The communication module includes at least one of a wired communication module 202 and a wireless communication module 203, and the wireless communication module 203 may be a WiFi module or the like. The controller 201 may communicate with the server through the communication module, and complete information interaction, for example, information upload from the controller 201 to the server and information issue from the server to the controller 201, where the information upload may be upload of an electrical parameter, and the information issue may be that the server issues configuration information to the controller 201, and for example, the configuration information is used to configure an electrical parameter reporting frequency of the controller 201.
In a possible embodiment, the electric quantity meter further comprises an optical coupling isolation module, the controller 201 is connected with the electric quantity meter chip 103 through the optical coupling isolation module 301, and the optical coupling isolation module 301 is used for isolating signal interference between the controller 201 and the electric quantity meter chip 103. The optical coupler can play a role in isolating signals, and the optical coupler can realize unidirectional transmission of the signals due to unidirectional transmission, so that the input end (the electricity meter chip 103) and the output end (the controller 201) are completely electrically isolated, the output signals have no influence on the input end, the anti-interference capability is strong, and the work is stable; and because the optical coupler is photoelectric, the service life is long, and the defect that a mechanical contact is limited by the absorption times is overcome.
The information interaction between the second module 200 and the first module 100 and the information interaction between the second module and the server can be realized through the cooperation of the controller 201 and the communication module, so that the electrical parameters can be accurately transmitted between the first module 100 and the server.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the information detecting apparatus further includes a display screen 600, the second module 200 further includes a display module 204 connected to the controller 201, and the display module 204 is configured to drive the display screen 600 to display the target content according to a display instruction of the controller 201.
The target content may be the number, name, responsible person, and other basic information of the detected device 500, and these basic information may be sent to the controller 201 by the server, that is, the controller 201 is further configured to receive the device information of the detected device 500 sent by the server through the communication module, and generate the display instruction with the device information as the target content.
In this embodiment, the display screen 600 is arranged to display the device information, so that the information detection apparatus can function as an electronic tag, and compared with a conventional paper tag and a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag, the display content of the electronic tag can be changed according to the device information issued by the server, so that the device information can be timely and accurately presented to users such as device management staff, and the users can be helped to complete the tasks such as inventory in device management.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the present disclosure further includes a first AC/DC conversion module 302, where the first AC/DC conversion module 302 (e.g., isolated AC-DC) is connected to the power supply line 101 and the second module 200, respectively, and is configured to convert an AC power transmitted on the power supply line 101 into a DC power and then supply the DC power to the second module 200.
The first ac/dc conversion module 302 can convert ac power of 220V or 330V transmitted on the power supply line 101 into dc power, for example, dc power of 3.3V, so as to respectively supply power to the controller 201, the wired communication module 202, the wireless communication module 203, the display module 204, the display screen 600, and the like of the second module 200.
The electric energy meter further comprises a power isolation module 303, which is arranged between the first alternating current/direct current conversion module 302 and the electricity meter chip 103 and used for isolating electric energy transmission between the electricity meter chip 103 and the first alternating current/direct current conversion module 302. The power isolation module 303 can prevent the alternating current in the first module 100 from being transmitted to the second module 200 through the electricity meter chip 103, thereby causing an electric shock hazard.

the fuel gauge chip comprises at least one current pin for collecting the current of the sampling resistor; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the electricity meter chip comprises at least one voltage pin for collecting the voltage of the sampling resistor; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the electricity meter chip comprises at least one communication pin for being in communication connection with the second module; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the electricity meter chip comprises at least one power supply pin which is used for being connected with the power supply line and obtaining electric energy.

The information detecting device according to claim 9, wherein a second ac/dc conversion module is provided between the power supply line and the power supply pin, and the second ac/dc conversion module is configured to convert ac power transmitted on the power supply line into dc power and supply the dc power to the power supply pin.
