本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：设计一种塑料画笔杆、画笔杆头部呈长方形口状。把画笔毛插入长方形口中，再用金属固定片压进画笔毛中，使画笔毛牢固在画笔杆头部。使用者不能直接接触金属片，所以使用安全，又因为画笔杆头部呈长方形口状，画笔毛插入后呈扁平状，使用时可以随意改变画线的宽度，使用方便。
下面结合附图1和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
附图1是本实用新型的立体示意图，画笔头4的顶部呈长方形口状1，内部呈长方体槽状2。把画笔毛从长方形口状1插入长方体槽状2中，再用一小片金属固定片压入画笔毛中，使画笔毛牢固在长方体槽状2中。使用时，用手拿画笔杆3，可以随意画图、写字。当画笔毛需要更换时，拨出旧的画笔毛，按上述方法，更换新的画笔毛即可使用，节约木材和金属原料，制造和使用都很容易。
