Of course, the present application is not so limited; in other embodiments of the present application, the plurality of screen assemblies 5 may also be sequentially arranged along the front-back direction or the left-right direction, and at least one of the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 is shared by at least two screen assemblies 5, so that the plurality of screen assemblies 5 may be reliably mounted through a smaller number of first guide grooves 41 and second guide grooves 42, which is beneficial to simplifying the structure of the screen mounting assembly 4.
For example, two filter screen assemblies 5 are provided, and the two filter screen assemblies 5 are arranged in the left-right direction, wherein one filter screen assembly 5 can be inserted into the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 from the left side of the filter screen mounting assembly 4, and the other filter screen assembly 5 can be inserted into the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 from the right side of the filter screen mounting assembly 4, and at this time, the two filter screen assemblies 5 share the same first guide groove 41 and the same second guide groove 42; taking the example that two screen assemblies 5 are provided and the two screen assemblies 5 are stacked in the front-rear direction, the two screen assemblies 5 may share the same first guide groove 41 and the same second guide groove 42, and of course, the two screen assemblies 5 may share one of the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 8, the plurality of screen assemblies 5 include a first screen assembly 5a and a second screen assembly 5b, the first screen assembly 5a and the second screen assembly 5b are sequentially arranged in an up-down direction, a second guide groove 42 corresponding to the first screen assembly 5a and a first guide groove 41 corresponding to the second screen assembly 5b are oppositely disposed, and the second guide groove 42 corresponding to the first screen assembly 5a and the first guide groove 41 corresponding to the second screen assembly 5b are connected, for example, the second guide groove 42 corresponding to the first screen assembly 5a and the first guide groove 41 corresponding to the second screen assembly 5b are directly or indirectly connected, which is advantageous to reduce a distance between the second guide groove 42 and the first guide groove 41 in the up-down direction, thereby effectively reducing a distance between the first screen assembly 5a and the second screen assembly 5b in the up-down direction, effective purification of the air flow at the air inlet 1a is ensured, and excessive air is prevented from flowing into the air conditioner 100 from the gap between the first screen assembly 5a and the second screen assembly 5 b.
For example, in the example of fig. 7 and 15, the first guide groove 41 is located above the second guide groove 42, the first screen assembly 5a is located on the upper side of the second screen assembly 5b, and the second guide groove 42 corresponding to the first screen assembly 5a is directly connected to the first guide groove 41 corresponding to the second screen assembly 5b, wherein the second guide groove 42 corresponding to the first screen assembly 5a may support the first screen assembly 5a, and the first guide groove 41 corresponding to the second screen assembly 5b may not support the second screen assembly 5b, so that a proper distribution of material may be achieved. Of course, the first channel 41 may also be located below the second channel 42, in which case the first screen assembly 5a is located on the underside of the second screen assembly 5 b.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-8 and 15, the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 respectively include a first side wall 4a, a second side wall 4b and a bottom wall 4c, the bottom wall 4c is connected between the first side wall 4a and the second side wall 4b, the second guide groove 42 corresponding to the first screen assembly 5a and the first guide groove 41 corresponding to the second screen assembly 5b share the same bottom wall 4c, the first side wall 4a and the second side wall 4b of the second guide groove 42 corresponding to the first screen assembly 5a are connected to one of upper and lower sides of the shared bottom wall 4c, and the first side wall 4a and the second side wall 4b of the first guide groove 41 corresponding to the second screen assembly 5b are connected to the other of the upper and lower sides of the shared bottom wall 4 c.
From this, effectively saved filter screen installation component 5 with the material volume, reduce cost has further reduced first filter screen subassembly 5a and second filter screen subassembly 5b interval in upper and lower side simultaneously, guarantees the comprehensive purification of air inlet 1a department air current.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, at least one of the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 has a guide groove 43 at one end of its length, which may include the following solutions: 1. the first guide groove 41 has a guide groove 43 at one end of its length; 2. one end of the length in the second guide groove 42 has a guide groove 43; 3. the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 each have a guide groove 43 at one end of the length thereof.
The width of the guide groove 43 is gradually reduced along the direction toward the center of the filter screen assembly 5, two ends of the length of the guide groove 43 may be a first end and a second end, respectively, the width of the first end is greater than the width of the second end, the second end is correspondingly communicated with the first guide groove 41 or the second guide groove 42, and the filter screen assembly 5 may be smoothly inserted into the first guide groove 41 or the second guide groove 42 under the guidance of the guide groove 43, so as to improve the installation efficiency of the filter screen assembly 5.
For example, the length end of the first guide slot 41 has a guide slot 43, the guide slot 43 may have two opposite wall surfaces, the width of the guide slot 43 may be understood as the distance between corresponding positions of the two wall surfaces, at least one of the two wall surfaces is formed as a guide surface 43a, the guide surface 43a is connected with the wall surface of the first guide slot 41, for example, the guide surface 43a is smoothly and transitionally connected with the wall surface of the first guide slot 41, which is beneficial to further improve the installation smoothness of the filter screen assembly 5. In the example of fig. 6 to 8, both the opposite wall surfaces of the guide groove 43 are formed as the guide surfaces 43a, each of the guide surfaces 43a is formed as a flat surface, and the two guide surfaces 43a may extend in a direction toward each other in a direction toward the second end at the first end, so that the guide groove 43 is simple in structure and convenient to machine; of course, the guide surface 43a may also be formed as a curved surface.
It is understood that when the first guide groove 41 extends in the left-right direction, one end of the length of the first guide groove 41 may refer to the left or right end of the first guide groove 41; when the first guide groove 41 extends in the front-rear direction, one end of the length of the first guide groove 41 may refer to a front end or a rear end of the first guide groove 41. Similarly, the length of the second guiding groove 42 is also the same, and will not be described in detail herein.
Furthermore, when one end of the length of the first guide groove 41 has the guide groove 43 and one end of the length of the second guide groove 42 also has the guide groove 43, the one end of the length of the first guide groove 41 may correspond to the one end of the length of the second guide groove 42, so that the two guide grooves 43 are located on the same side of the screen mounting assembly 4; for example, taking an example that the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 both extend in the left-right direction, if the left end of the first guide groove 41 has the guide groove 43, the guide groove 43 is located at the left end of the second guide groove 42 if the one end of the length of the second guide groove 42 also has the guide groove 43.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 9 and 12, the filter screen assembly 5 is drawably inserted into the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42, at least one of the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 has a guide groove 43 at one end of the length thereof, and the rear housing 12 is formed with a mounting opening 1b, the mounting opening 1b being disposed corresponding to the guide groove 43 such that the filter screen assembly 5 is inserted into the guide groove 43 through the mounting opening 1b to be smoothly inserted into the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42.
Of course, the first guide groove 41 and the second guide groove 42 may not have the guide groove 43, and the filter screen assembly 5 may be installed smoothly.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the air outlet 1c is formed on the front panel 11, the front panel 11 includes a first panel 111, a second panel 112 and a third panel 113, the first panel 111 has an opening formed thereon, and the second panel 112 and the third panel 113 are respectively disposed at an upper end and a lower end of the opening to block a portion of the opening, such that the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the third panel 113 jointly define the air outlet 1 c; the rear sides of the second panel 112 and the third panel 113 are respectively provided with a panel bracket 8 to realize the installation of the second panel 112 and the third panel 113. The air conditioner 100 further includes a top cover 13 and a bottom plate 14, the top cover 13 being provided on top of the front panel 11 and the rear case 12, and the bottom plate 14 being provided on bottom of the front panel 11 and the rear case 12.
Other configurations and operations of the air conditioner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

1. An air conditioner, comprising:

the bracket is arranged in the mounting space and connected with the rear shell, and the bracket is used for mounting a heat exchanger of the air conditioner;
the filter screen mounting assembly is arranged in the mounting space and fixedly arranged on the bracket, is positioned between the bracket and the rear shell and is mutually independent from the rear shell;
at least one filter screen subassembly, the filter screen subassembly is located air intake department, and install in filter screen installation component.
2. The air conditioner of claim 1, further comprising an air inlet grille, wherein the air inlet grille is disposed at the air inlet, the filter screen mounting assembly is disposed between the bracket and the air inlet grille, and the air inlet grille and the rear housing are integrated.
3. The air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the screen mounting assembly is integral with the bracket.
4. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein reinforcing members are provided at opposite sides of the rear case, respectively, and each reinforcing member is fixedly connected to the bracket and the rear case, respectively.

The air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the reinforcing member includes a first reinforcing portion and a second reinforcing portion connected to each other by bending, the first reinforcing portion is fixed to the bracket by a fastening member, and the second reinforcing portion is fixed to the rear case by a fastening member.
6. The air conditioner of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the screen mounting assembly comprises:
first guide slot and second guide slot, first guide slot with the second guide slot is upper and lower interval sets up, but the upper and lower both ends of filter screen subassembly insert respectively with the pull join in marriage in first guide slot with the second guide slot.

The air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the screen assemblies are plural and include a first screen assembly and a second screen assembly, each screen assembly corresponds to one of the first guide groove and one of the second guide groove, the first screen assembly and the second screen assembly are sequentially arranged in an up-down direction, and the second guide groove corresponding to the first screen assembly and the first guide groove corresponding to the first screen assembly are disposed opposite to each other and connected to each other.
9. The air conditioner of claim 8, wherein the first and second channels each include a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a bottom wall connected between the first and second sidewalls, the second channel corresponding to the first screen assembly and the first channel corresponding to the first screen assembly sharing the same bottom wall.
10. The air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein at least one of the first guide groove and the second guide groove has a guide groove at one end of a length thereof, and a width of the guide groove is gradually decreased in a direction toward a center of the screen assembly.
