The projection of the cover bottom plate 213 in the top view direction is located within the projection range of the oil cup 11 in the top view direction, so that the oil flowing along the surface of the machine body 2 can flow into the oil cup 11.
Further, the upper end of the front side plate 112 is connected with a baffle 115, the baffle 115 extends forwards from bottom to top in an inclined manner, and the inclined angle of the baffle 115 relative to the vertical plane is preferably smaller than the inclined angle of the front side plate 112 relative to the vertical plane, so that the baffle 115 shields the connecting gap between the oil cup 11 and the machine body 2, and the appearance attractiveness is improved.
As shown in fig. 4-9, the mounting assemblies are respectively disposed at two ends of the oil cup 11 in a group to ensure the mounting stability of the oil cup 11 on the machine body 2. Specifically, the mounting assembly includes: the first mounting part 12 comprises a lug plate part 121 connected to the oil cup 11, and one side of the lug plate part 121 facing to or away from the other first mounting part 12 is provided with a first curved surface 12121; the second mounting pieces 13, it includes the extension board 132 and connects to the bearing board 131 of the lower end of the extension board 132, the bearing board 131 of two second mounting pieces 13 extends towards or back, the upper end of the extension board 132 is used for connecting with the bottom of the body 2, the one side of the extension board 132 facing to the bearing board 131 is the second curved surface 1321; the carrier plate portion 131 is inserted under the hanger plate portion 121 and attached to the lower surface of the hanger plate portion 121, and the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 are attached.
According to the oil cup assembly 1 and the range hood provided by the embodiment, the up-and-down limiting of the oil cup 11 is realized through the matching of the bearing plate part 131 and the ear hanging plate part 121, and the limiting of the oil cup 11 in the left-and-right direction and the front-and-back direction after being installed can be realized through the arrangement of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 which can be attached, so that the installation stability of the oil cup 11 in each direction is ensured, and the oil cup 11 is prevented from shaking in the left-and-right direction and the front-and-back direction; meanwhile, the first curved surface 12121 is arranged at the side of the ear hanging plate part 121, and the second curved surface 1321 is arranged at the side of the extension plate part 132, which is perpendicular to the direction of gravity, so that even if the bearing plate part 131 and the ear hanging plate part 121 deform under the action of the gravity of the oil cup 11 and oil, the deformation has a small influence on the matching of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321, thereby effectively ensuring the assembly reliability of the oil cup 11 in the long-term use process, and reducing the risk that the oil cup 11 slides down due to the deformation of the installation component.
In order to simplify the process of mounting the assembly, one of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 is a convex curved surface and the other is a concave curved surface, thereby enabling to simplify the structure of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321. However, it is understood that in other embodiments, the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 may also be a combination of a convex curved surface and a concave curved surface, such as a wave-shaped curved surface, as long as the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 are matched.
In the present embodiment, the first curved surface 12121 is a concave curved surface, and the second curved surface 1321 is a convex curved surface, so as to reduce the difficulty in processing the second mounting plate portion 133. In other embodiments, the first curved surface 12121 can also be a convex surface and the second curved surface 1321 can be a concave surface.
More preferably, the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 are both arc surfaces to further simplify the structure of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321, and the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 can rotate relatively, so that the other end of the oil cup 11 can rotate around the end of the oil cup 11 with the matching surface of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 at the end as a fulcrum during the assembling and disassembling process of the oil cup 11, and the two ends of the oil cup 11 do not need to be aligned with the two bearing plate portions 131 for assembling and disassembling synchronously, thereby improving the convenience of assembling and disassembling the oil cup 11, and ensuring the stability during the assembling and disassembling process of the oil cup 11.
In the present embodiment, the first curved surface 12121 is an arc surface that opens toward the adjacent end plate 114, the radius corresponding to the first curved surface 12121 is R1, the radius corresponding to the second curved surface 1321 is R2, and R1 is preferably greater than or equal to R2. Further, R2 is more than or equal to 20mm and less than or equal to R1 is more than or equal to 40mm, so that the first mounting piece 12 and the second mounting piece 13 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled while the tightness of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 after assembly is ensured.
To further improve the stability of the oil cup 11 after assembly, the hanger plate portion 121 extends from front to rear and the rear end is connected to the rear side plate 113 of the oil cup 11.
Further, the bearing plate portions 131 of the two second mounting members 13 are disposed opposite to each other, the hanger plate portion 121 is disposed at an interval from the adjacent end plate 114 of the oil cup 11, a mounting gap is formed between the hanger plate portion 121 and the end plate 114, and a first curved surface 12121 is disposed on a side of the hanger plate portion 121 facing the end plate 114. The carrier plate portion 131 can be inserted into the lower side of the ear plate portion 121 through the rear opening of the installation gap and attached to the ear plate portion 121, and the extension plate portion 132 can abut against the side of the ear plate portion 121 and can rotate by a set angle in the installation gap, the set angle being smaller than 90 °.
In the process of installing the oil cup 11, one set of installation components is firstly assembled, taking the installation component on the left side as an example: moving the position of the oil cup 11 to make the bearing plate part 131 in the set of mounting assemblies face the mounting gap; moving the oil cup 11 from front to back to insert the bearing plate part 131 between the ear plate part 121 and the end plate 114; thereafter, the oil cup 11 is moved in a direction away from the second fixture 13 (i.e., the oil cup 11 is moved leftward) so that the carrier plate portion 131 is inserted below the hanger plate portion 121, and at this time, the lower surface of the hanger plate portion 121 abuts against the upper surface of the carrier plate portion 131, and the first curved surface 12121 abuts against the second curved surface 1321. Thereafter, the mounting assembly at the other end of the oil cup 11 is mounted: the oil cup 11 is horizontally deflected by taking a matching surface of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 as a rotation fulcrum, so that the ear plate portion 121 at the other end of the oil cup 11 is rotatably inserted between the bearing plate portion 131 and the bottom surface of the machine body 2 until the first mounting member 12 and the second mounting member 13 are assembled in place.
When the oil cup 11 is disassembled, firstly one group of the mounting components is disassembled: the mating surface of the first curved surface 12121 and the second curved surface 1321 of another set of mounting assemblies is used as a rotation fulcrum, so that one detached end of the oil cup 11 is deflected forward, the bearing plate part 131 is rotated out of the lower side of the ear plate part 121, the tail end of the oil cup 11 is pulled forward, the bearing plate part 131 can be separated from the rear opening of the mounting gap, and the mounting assembly at the other end is detached thereafter.
That is, in the oil cup assembly 1 provided in this embodiment, by providing the installation gap and the extension plate portion 132 capable of rotating a set angle in the installation gap, in the process of detaching and installing one end of the oil cup 11, while the other end of the oil cup 11 can be supported on the bearing plate portion 131, and the oil cup 11 can rotate around the other end, so that in the process of detaching and installing the oil cup 11, even if an operator only applies an acting force to the end where the oil cup 11 is being detached, the other end of the oil cup 11 can be kept stable due to the supporting effect of the bearing plate portion 131, so that the stability of detaching and installing the oil cup 11 is ensured, and the operator can detach and install the two ends of the oil cup 11 step by step, thereby avoiding the problems of difficult alignment, easy jamming of the oil cup 11, and the like caused by the synchronous detaching and installing of the two ends of the oil cup 11; meanwhile, when the oil cup 11 is not completely disassembled, the un-disassembled end is supported on the bearing plate part 131, so that the stability of the oil cup 11 during disassembly can be improved, the oil is prevented from overflowing during disassembly of the oil cup 11, and the user experience is improved; simultaneously, the setting of first curved surface 12121 and second curved surface 1321, also can be better for extension board 132 and hangers board 121 relative rotation provide the direction, and can keep the butt all the time when effectively guaranteeing first installed part 12 and second installed part 13 relative rotation, further improve first installed part 12 and second installed part 13 relative rotation's smoothness nature and stability.
In order to further improve the convenience of assembly and disassembly and the stability of the first and second mounting members 12 and 13, it is preferable that the ear plate portion 121 includes a main plate portion 1211 and a flange portion 1212, the flange portion 1212 is provided to be protruded from a front end of the main plate portion 1211 facing the adjacent end plate 114, a distance between the main plate portion 1211 and the end plate 114 is greater than a plate length, a minimum gap between the flange portion 1212 and the end plate 114 is smaller than the plate length, a distance between the flange portion 1212 and the rear side plate 113 is smaller than a plate width of the carrier plate portion 131 in the front-rear direction, and a first curved surface 12121 is provided on a side of the flange portion 1212 facing the end plate 114. With the arrangement, after the first mounting part 12 and the second mounting part 13 are matched, the flange part 1212 can effectively limit the bearing plate part 131 from directly falling out of the gap between the flange part 1212 and the end plate 114, so as to ensure the assembling stability of the first mounting part 12 and the second mounting part 13; simultaneously, this kind of setting can strengthen the hangers board 121 to bear the weight of board 131 and extend the anticreep of board 132 in the upset process spacing, effectively reduces the probability that deviates from the installation clearance top when second installed part 13 deflects relative first installed part 12.
In the present embodiment, the first curved surface 12121 is disposed on the convex edge portion 1212, and the first curved surface 12121 preferably extends to both ends of the convex edge portion 1212, so as to increase the area of the first curved surface 12121 and increase the relative rotation range of the first mounting element 12 and the second mounting element 13 on the basis of the constant width of the ear plate portion 121. Further, the first curved surface 12121 and the rest of the side surfaces of the ledge portion 1212 are in smooth transition connection by using an arc, so as to reduce the edge of the ledge portion 1212 and reduce the scraping of the edge of the ledge portion 1212 on the second mounting component 13.
The plate width of the carrier plate portion 131 in the front-rear direction is preferably larger than the plate length of the carrier plate portion 131 in the left-right direction, and the rear opening of the installation gap is smaller than the plate width of the carrier plate portion 131, so that the carrier plate portion 131 can be prevented from easily coming out of the rear opening of the installation gap after the first mounting part 12 and the second mounting part 13 are relatively deflected, and the stability after the first mounting part 12 and the second mounting part 13 are assembled can be further improved.
To facilitate the connection between the first mounting member 12 and the oil cup 11, the first mounting member 12 further includes a connecting plate portion 122, a lower end of the connecting plate portion 122 is connected to an upper end of the rear side plate 113 of the oil cup 11, an upper end of the connecting plate portion 122 is connected to a rear end of the ear hanging plate portion 121, and a height of the connecting plate portion 122 protruding out of an upper end surface of the rear side plate 113 is greater than or equal to a thickness of the bearing plate portion 131. With this arrangement, the lower surface of the ear plate portion 121 can be made higher than the upper end surface of the rear side plate 113, and preferably, the distance between the lower surface of the ear plate portion 121 and the upper end of the rear side plate 113 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the carrier plate portion 131. That is, after the carrier plate portion 131 is inserted into the mounting gap from the rear side opening of the mounting gap, the carrier plate portion 131 can be inserted below the ear plate portion 121 by horizontal movement, thereby improving the convenience of mounting; meanwhile, when the oil cup is detached, the bearing plate portion 131 can be retreated from the mounting gap by the horizontal movement of the oil cup 11. Preferably, the connecting plate portion 122 is disposed flush with the rear side plate 113 to improve the overall aesthetic appearance of the oil cup assembly 1.
In order to simplify the processing of the oil cup assembly 1, the first mounting part 12 is preferably integrally formed with the oil cup 11, so that the structural stability of the first mounting part 12 is improved, and the problems of local fatigue and the like caused by local stress of the first mounting part 12 are avoided. In other embodiments, the first mounting member 12 may be disposed on the oil cup 11 by welding or detachable connection.
To facilitate the installation of the second mounting member 13 on the machine body 2, the second mounting member 13 further includes a mounting plate portion 133, the mounting plate portion 133 is connected to the upper end of the extension plate portion 132, and the mounting plate portion 133 is detachably connected to the bottom surface of the machine body 2. Preferably, the mounting plate 133 is screwed to the bottom of the body 2 to improve the connection stability and the convenience of assembly and disassembly. In other embodiments, the mounting plate 133 and the body 2 may be connected by clamping or welding.
Specifically, the mounting plate portion 133 is provided with a mounting hole 1331, the cover bottom plate 213 is provided with a threaded hole, and the mounting plate portion 133 and the cover bottom plate 213 are connected by a screw inserted into the mounting hole 1331 and the threaded hole. The mounting holes 1331 are preferably provided in two at intervals in the front-rear direction.
Further, the mounting plate portion 133 and the bearing plate portion 131 are respectively located on the left and right sides of the extension plate portion 132, so as to avoid the arrangement of the bearing plate portion 131 from affecting the dismounting and mounting of the screw. In other embodiments, the mounting plate portion 133 may also be disposed opposite to and spaced apart from the bearing plate portion 131, and in this case, the mounting plate portion 133 may be connected to the machine body 2 by a snap-fit connection or other connection method.
In the present embodiment, the thicknesses of the ear plate portion 121 and the carrier plate portion 131 are preferably 0.8mm to 2mm, so that the ear plate portion 121 and the carrier plate portion 131 have certain elasticity after being mounted, thereby further improving the convenience of mounting and dismounting the first mounting piece 12 and the second mounting piece 13. More preferably, the thicknesses of the ear plate portions 121 and the carrier plate portions 131 are 1mm to 1.5 mm.
To improve the convenience of mounting and dismounting the oil cup 11, the height of the extension plate portion 132 is greater than the thickness of the ear plate portion 121, that is, when the ear plate portion 121 is inserted between the bearing plate portion 131 and the machine body 2, a gap is formed between the ear plate portion 121 and the machine body 2, so that the insertion of the ear plate portion 121 between the bearing plate portion 131 and the bottom surface of the machine body 2 can be facilitated. Preferably, the height of the extension plate portion 132 is preferably greater than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 4mm, so as to ensure that the hanger plate portion 121 is smoothly inserted between the bearing plate portion 131 and the machine body 2, and avoid the problem that the hanger plate portion 121 is easily dropped due to an excessively large gap between the hanger plate portion 121 and the bottom surface of the machine body 2.
The lower surface of the ear plate 121 is preferably inclined downward from front to back, and the upper surface of the bearing plate 131 is inclined downward from front to back, and the inclination angle of the upper surface of the bearing plate 131 is the same as that of the lower surface of the ear plate 121, so that the upper surface of the bearing plate 131 can be attached to the lower surface of the ear plate 121 after the first mounting part 12 and the second mounting part 13 are fitted. By the arrangement, after the hanger plate part 121 and the bearing plate part 131 are assembled, the hanger plate part 121 has a backward inclined acting force relative to the machine body 2, the oil cup 11 is prevented from inclining forwards under the action of gravity, and even if the oil cup 11 has a tendency of inclining successively, the oil cup is kept stable due to the limiting effect of the wall body because the rear side of the oil cup 11 is the wall body, namely, the oil cup 11 stably abuts against the wall body, and the stability of the oil cup 11 after being assembled is further improved.
Further, the inclination angle of the lower surface of the hanger plate portion 121 relative to the horizontal plane is less than 20 °, that is, the inclination angle of the upper surface of the bearing plate portion 131 relative to the horizontal plane is less than 20 °, so as to better ensure the bearing effect of the bearing plate portion 131 on the oil cup 11.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the utility model.
