Background
In the coating process, the device to be coated is often required to be fixed. When the sizes of the parts to be coated are different, the problems of infirm fixation, incapability of fixing and the like easily occur, the clamps with different applicable sizes need to be replaced to fix the parts, the number of the used clamps is increased, and the coating efficiency is relatively low.
Therefore, a clamp suitable for parts to be coated with different sizes is needed.

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a clip according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the jig includes a first support having a plate shape. The first fixing component 5 of the clamp comprises a first adjusting member movably connected to the first support member 1, the first adjusting member is a first rack 51, and the first rack 51 comprises: the first strip 511; a plurality of teeth 512 adapted to be fixed to the first strip 511; gaps between adjacent tooth protrusions 512 form slot positions 513, and the slot positions 513 are suitable for accommodating one side of a piece to be fixed; the plurality of teeth 512 form a plurality of slots 513 adapted to receive a plurality of members to be secured simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the first adjusting piece may be a plate, and a groove is formed on the first adjusting piece, and the groove forms a slot position so as to accommodate the piece to be fixed; the groove is provided with a plurality of grooves, each groove is suitable for accommodating one piece to be fixed, and the plurality of grooves are suitable for accommodating a plurality of pieces to be fixed simultaneously.

Referring to fig. 2, a second supporting member 2 is disposed opposite to the first supporting member 1, a second fixing member 6 is disposed on the second supporting member 2, and the second fixing member 6 has a plurality of slots adapted to receive an edge of a member to be fixed.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the first fixing assembly 5 further includes a first adjusting screw 52 adapted to adjust a distance between the first rack 51 and the first support 1 so as to change a slot width defined by the distance between the first rack 51 and the second fixing assembly 6, thereby accommodating to-be-fixed members of different sizes.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a first adjusting screw of the clamp of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 3, the first adjustment screw 52 includes: a first adjusting screw head 521; a first adjusting screw 522, one end of which is fixed to the first adjusting screw head 521 and is adapted to be in threaded fit connection with the first supporting member 1; the first clamping member 523 is fixed to the first adjusting screw 522, and is adapted to clamp the first rack 51 with the first adjusting screw head 521 from two ends.
Referring to fig. 3, a rack through hole is formed in the first rack 51, and is adapted to allow the first adjusting screw 522 to pass therethrough; the first adjusting screw head 521 is positioned at one side of the rack through hole, and the diameter of the first adjusting screw head 512 is larger than that of the rack through hole; the first clamping member 523 is located at the other side of the rack through hole, and the diameter of the first clamping member 523 is greater than that of the rack through hole. The first adjusting screw head 521 and the first clamping member 523 clamp the first rack 51 from two ends of the first rack respectively, so that when the first adjusting screw 52 rotates, the first adjusting screw 52 and the first clamping member 523 drive the first rack 51 to move together, thereby changing the distance between the first rack 51 and the first support 1.
Referring to fig. 3, the first adjustment screw 52 further includes: and a first wave washer 524 adapted to fit over the first adjusting screw 522 and located between the first rack 51 and the first clamping member 523. After the first adjusting screw 52 is adjusted to the proper position, the first wave washer 524 contacts and abuts against the first rack 51 and the first clamping member 523, and is adapted to prevent the first adjusting screw 522 from further rotating and slipping due to static friction, thereby fixing the position of the first adjusting screw 52.
Referring to fig. 3, a hole is formed in the first support member 1 of the clamp, and a first fitting nut 11 is disposed in the hole and is in threaded fit connection with the first adjusting screw 52. When the first adjusting screw 52 rotates, the first engaging nut 11 pushes the first adjusting screw 52 to move along the radial direction of the first adjusting screw 522, and drives the first rack 51 to move along the same moving direction as the first adjusting screw 522, so that the distance between the first rack 51 and the first supporting member 1 is changed, and the adjustment of the slot width is realized.

In some embodiments, a plurality of apertures are provided at different high and low positions on the second support, and the apertures have the same function as the apertures on the first support. With continued reference to fig. 4, the second fixing assembly comprises a third adjusting member, which is a third rack 62, disposed on the second support 2, said third rack 62 comprising: a third strip 621; a plurality of tooth protrusions 622 adapted to be fixed to the third strip 621; gaps between adjacent tooth protrusions 622 form slot positions 623, and the slot positions 623 are suitable for accommodating one side of a piece to be fixed; the plurality of teeth 622 define a plurality of slots 623 adapted to simultaneously receive one side of a plurality of members to be secured. The slot 613 of the second rack 61 and the slot 623 of the third rack 62 together receive an edge of a member to be fixed.
In some embodiments, the third rack 62 is arranged between the second support 2 in the same way as described above for the first rack 51 and the first support 1. The distance between the third rack 62 and the second support 2 can be adjusted to vary the slot width.

In some embodiments, the slot on the first baffle plate 1 'is formed by providing a gear rack with a gear protrusion, and the gear rack is fixed on the first baffle plate 1' by a fixing screw or an adjusting screw. In some embodiments, at least one positioning hole set is disposed on the side of each of the third baffle plate 3 'and the fourth baffle plate 4' adjacent to the second baffle plate 2 ', each of the positioning hole sets comprises a plurality of positioning holes from outside to inside, and the positioning hole set and the positioning holes are disposed in the same manner as the positioning hole set and the positioning holes disposed on the side of each of the third baffle plate 3' and the fourth baffle plate 4 'adjacent to the first baffle plate 1'.
In some embodiments, at least one fixing hole is respectively disposed on two sides of the second baffle plate 2 ' adjacent to the third baffle plate 3 ' and the fourth baffle plate 4 ', and the fixing hole is adapted to be correspondingly connected and fixed with the positioning hole of each positioning hole group on the third baffle plate 3 ' and the fourth baffle plate 4 ' by a fastener.
In some embodiments, the side of the bottom barrier 7 'adjacent to the second barrier 2' is provided with at least one positioning hole set, each of which comprises a plurality of positioning holes from outside to inside, and the positioning hole sets and the positioning holes are arranged in the same manner as the positioning hole sets and the positioning holes arranged on the side of the bottom barrier 7 'adjacent to the first barrier 1' described above.
In some embodiments, the second baffle plate 2 'further includes a bottom edge, and the bottom edge is provided with at least one fixing hole, and the fixing hole on the bottom edge is adapted to be correspondingly connected and fixed with the positioning hole in each positioning hole group of the bottom baffle plate 7' by a fastener.

The number of the racks can be multiple, and the tooth protrusions on the multiple racks jointly form a slot on the second baffle 2' and are suitable for accommodating multiple pieces to be fixed at the same time.
In some embodiments, the to-be-fixed member clamped by the clamp in the embodiments of the present disclosure is a lamp panel, a display screen or a panel.
In some embodiments, the member to be fixed is regularly shaped or irregularly shaped.
In some embodiments, the clamp is adapted to clamp and fix a long plate-shaped member to be fixed.
An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a coating apparatus, including: a film coating chamber; and the clamp is suitable for being placed in the coating chamber for clamping a piece to be coated during coating.

Claims (21)
1. A clamp, comprising:
the first fixing component is provided with a plurality of slot positions, and each slot position is suitable for accommodating one side of the piece to be fixed;
the second fixing component is provided with a plurality of groove positions, and each groove position is suitable for accommodating the other side of the piece to be fixed;
the first fixing component and the second fixing component are suitable for being oppositely arranged, and the slot positions of the first fixing component and the second fixing component correspond to each other one by one to form slots for accommodating two sides of the piece to be fixed so as to clamp the piece to be fixed;
the distance between the first fixing component and the second fixing component can be adjusted so as to accommodate different sizes of pieces to be fixed.
2. The clamp of claim 1, wherein the first fixing assembly is disposed on a first support member, the first support member is plate-shaped, and the distance between the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly is adjusted by adjusting the distance between the first support member and the first fixing assembly.
3. The clamp of claim 2, wherein the first securing assembly comprises:
the first adjusting piece is movably connected to the first supporting piece of the clamp and is a first rack, teeth are arranged on the first rack in a protruding mode, and a slot is formed in a gap between the teeth in the protruding mode.
4. The clamp of claim 2, wherein the first securing assembly comprises:
the first adjusting piece is movably connected to the first supporting piece of the clamp and is plate-shaped, a groove is formed in the first adjusting piece, and the groove forms a groove position.
5. The clamp of claim 3, wherein the first securing assembly further comprises:
the first adjusting screw is suitable for driving the first rack to move so as to change the distance between the first rack and the first support piece.
6. The clamp of claim 5, wherein the first adjustment screw comprises:
a first adjusting screw head;
one end of the first adjusting screw rod is fixed on the first adjusting screw head and is suitable for being in threaded fit connection with the first supporting piece;
the first clamping piece is fixed with the first adjusting screw rod and is suitable for clamping the first rack from two ends of the first adjusting screw head respectively.
7. The clamp of claim 6, wherein the first adjustment screw further comprises: and the first wave washer is suitable for being sleeved on the first adjusting screw rod and is positioned between the first rack and the first clamping piece.
8. The clamp of claim 6, wherein the second securing assembly comprises:
and the second adjusting piece is arranged on the second supporting piece, and the second adjusting piece has the same structure as the first adjusting piece.
9. The clamp of claim 8, wherein the second adjustment member is disposed on the second support member by a second adjustment screw having a configuration identical to the first adjustment screw; or, the second adjusting piece is fixed on the second supporting piece.
10. The clamp of claim 9, wherein the second securing assembly further comprises:
the third adjusting piece is arranged on the second supporting piece, the structure of the third adjusting piece is the same as that of the first adjusting piece, the third adjusting piece is arranged on the second supporting piece through a third adjusting screw, and the structure of the third adjusting screw is the same as that of the first adjusting screw; or, the third adjusting piece is fixed on the second supporting piece.
11. A clamp according to claim 9, further comprising a third support, a fourth support, an upper support, and a lower support adapted to enclose a chamber with the first support and the second support for receiving a member to be fastened, wherein at least one of the first support, the second support, the third support, the fourth support, the upper support, and the lower support is provided with a plurality of through holes communicating the inside and the outside of the enclosed chamber.
12. The clamp of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the member to be fixed is a lamp panel, a display screen, or a panel.
13. A clamp, comprising:
the first baffle plate is provided with a plurality of slot positions, and each slot position is suitable for accommodating one side of the piece to be fixed;
the second baffle plate is provided with a plurality of slot positions, and each slot position is suitable for accommodating the other side of the piece to be fixed;
the first baffle and the second baffle are suitable for being oppositely arranged, and the slot positions of the first baffle and the second baffle are in one-to-one correspondence to form two sides of a slot for accommodating a piece to be fixed so as to clamp the piece to be fixed;
the distance between the first baffle and the second baffle can be adjusted so as to accommodate different sizes of pieces to be fixed.

The clamp of claim 13, further comprising: the third baffle plate and the fourth baffle plate are respectively positioned on two sides of the first baffle plate and are oppositely arranged, at least one positioning hole group is arranged on one side of each of the third baffle plate and the fourth baffle plate, which is adjacent to the first baffle plate, and each positioning hole group comprises a plurality of positioning holes from outside to inside;
at least one fixing hole is formed in each of two adjacent side edges of the first baffle plate, the third baffle plate and the fourth baffle plate, and the fixing holes are suitable for being fixed with the positioning holes of each positioning hole group through fasteners.
15. The clamp of claim 14, further comprising a bottom baffle, wherein the side of the bottom baffle adjacent to the first baffle is provided with at least one positioning hole group, and each positioning hole group comprises a plurality of positioning holes from outside to inside;
the first baffle plate also comprises a bottom edge, and at least one fixing hole is formed in the bottom edge;
the fixing holes on the first baffle are suitable for being correspondingly connected and fixed with the positioning holes in each positioning hole group of the bottom baffle through fasteners.

The clamp of claim 13, wherein the slot of the first stop plate is formed by providing a tooth protrusion on a rack, the rack is fixed on the first stop plate by a fixing screw or an adjusting screw, and the adjusting screw is adapted to drive the rack to move so as to change a distance between the rack and the first stop plate.
17. The clamp of claim 14, wherein the third baffle plate and the fourth baffle plate are provided with at least one positioning hole group on the side adjacent to the second baffle plate, and each positioning hole group comprises a plurality of positioning holes from outside to inside;
at least one fixing hole is formed in each of two adjacent side edges of the second baffle plate, the third baffle plate and the fourth baffle plate, and the fixing holes are suitable for being fixed with the positioning holes of each positioning hole group through fasteners.
18. The fixture of claim 17, further comprising a bottom baffle, wherein a side of the bottom baffle adjacent to the second baffle is provided with at least one positioning hole group, and each positioning hole group comprises a plurality of positioning holes from outside to inside;
the second baffle plate also comprises a bottom edge, and at least one fixing hole is formed in the bottom edge;
the fixing holes on the second baffle are suitable for being correspondingly connected and fixed with the positioning holes in each positioning hole group of the bottom baffle through fasteners.

The clamp of claim 13, wherein the slot of the second plate is formed by providing a tooth protrusion on a rack, the rack is fixed on the second plate by a fixing screw or an adjusting screw, and the adjusting screw is adapted to drive the rack to move so as to change a distance between the rack and the second plate.
20. The clamp of any one of claims 13-19, wherein the member to be fixed is a lamp panel, a display screen, or a panel.
21. A coating equipment is suitable for coating a piece to be coated, and is characterized by comprising:
a film coating chamber; and
the fixture of any one of claims 1-12 or the fixture of any one of claims 13-20, adapted to be placed in the coating chamber for holding a member to be coated during coating.
