In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the utility model and thus more clearly define the scope of the utility model as claimed, it is described in detail below with respect to certain specific embodiments thereof. It should be noted that the following is only a few embodiments of the present invention, and the specific direct description of the related structures is only for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and the specific features do not of course directly limit the scope of the present invention. Such alterations and modifications as are made obvious by those skilled in the art and guided by the teachings herein are intended to be within the scope of the utility model as claimed.
A storage box integrally comprises a frame body 100 and a door panel 200, wherein at least one cavity 101 is formed in the frame body 100. The frame body 100 includes two opposite laminate sheets 110 and two opposite side plates 120, the laminate sheets 110 form upper and lower walls of the chamber 101, and the side plates 120 form both side walls of the chamber 101. The two door panels 200 are respectively fitted to the front and rear surfaces of the frame 100 and can be switched between an open state and a closed state to open or close the storage case.
The storage box (also called as a storage box) can be applied to various use scenes in life or production, including but not limited to: the shoe box is formed to receive or display shoes, the cabinet is formed to store articles such as clothes, toys, etc., the file cabinet is formed to store documents or books, or the goods display frame is formed to display goods.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a storage box for storing shoes is formed as a shoe box, and a frame body 100 of the shoe box is foldably provided to form a folding shoe box.
The folding shoe box is composed of a frame body 100 and a door panel 200, and the door panel 200 is openably/closably fitted to the frame body 100 for the purpose of opening or closing the shoe box.
As shown in fig. 2, the frame 100 includes two chambers 101 disposed up and down, forming two chambers 101 for accommodating articles vertically stacked. Of course, the number of the cavities 101 is not limited to two, and it may be less than one, or more than three, and may be set according to the requirement.
As shown in fig. 3, the frame body 100 includes two opposite laminate sheets 110 and two oppositely disposed side sheets 120 to be formed in an overall shape of a rectangular parallelepiped or a square. In this embodiment, the shoe box has a rectangular parallelepiped shape.
As shown in fig. 2, the door panel 200 has two and is fitted at the front and rear of the frame 100, respectively, and can be switched between an opened or closed state. Among them, the door panel located at the front side of the frame 100 is formed as a first door panel 210, and the door panel located at the rear side thereof is formed as a second door panel 220.
Thus, the laminate 110 is formed as upper and lower walls of the chamber 101, the side panels 120 are formed as left and right side walls of the chamber 101, and the door panel 200 is formed as front and rear walls of the chamber 101, thereby forming a sealed or substantially sealed chamber 101 in which the articles to be accommodated are placed. Of course, a completely sealed structure is sometimes disadvantageous for the storage of the articles for the chamber 101, and thus a vent may be provided, for example, in the side panel 120 or the door panel 200.
In this embodiment, the lamina 110 can be further defined as a first lamina above the chamber 101 and a second lamina below. When the shoe box has a plurality of chambers 101 in the vertical direction, two chambers 101 adjacent up and down may share the same laminate, i.e., the first and second laminates in the middle are formed of the same laminate 110. Of course, it is also possible to use two laminates 110 arranged separately.
In this embodiment, the frame body 100 is foldable, and can be folded to reduce the volume for storage, packaging or transportation.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the side plates 120 include a first side plate 121 and a second side plate 122 disposed above and below, an upper end of the first side plate 121 is hinged to the first layer plate, a lower end of the second side plate 122 is hinged to the second layer plate, and a lower end of the first side plate 121 is hinged to an upper end of the second side plate 122, so that the side plates 120 can be unfolded or folded in a vertical direction. After being folded, the first side plate 121 and the second side plate 122 are overlapped with each other and disposed between the first layer plate and the second layer plate to achieve the purpose of folding.
As shown in fig. 6a and 6b, the upper end of the first side plate 121 and the lower end of the second side plate 122 are respectively formed with a second pivot shaft 123, and the layer plate 110 is correspondingly provided with a second pivot sleeve 124 for the second pivot shaft 123 to cooperate; the lower end of the first side plate 121 is formed with a connecting pivot sleeve 126, and the upper end of the second side plate 122 is provided with a connecting pivot 125, which are matched to hinge the first side plate 121 and the second side plate 122. In the embodiment, the connecting pivot 125 is disposed at two sides of a protrusion protruding from the upper end of the second side plate 122, the lower end of the first side plate 121 is correspondingly disposed with a notch, and the connecting pivot 126 is disposed at two sides of the notch.
In the present embodiment, the two side plates 120 located at both sides of the frame body 100 are respectively disposed to be folded inward, so that the width of the frame body 100 after being folded is the smallest. Of course, it is also possible if both side panels 120 are folded outwardly to reduce the thickness of the frame body 100 in the folded state, but the width thereof is increased.
As shown in fig. 3, the frame body 100 further includes a support column 130, an upper end of the support column 130 is hingedly coupled to the first layer, and a lower end thereof is detachably coupled to the second layer, so that the lower end of the support column 130 is coupled to or separated from the corresponding layer 110 to be folded upward. Of course, the post 130 may be detachably engaged at its upper end and hingedly engaged at its lower end.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the post 130 is a complete, continuous rod-like structure that includes a post pivot 131 at its upper end and a mating end 132 at its lower end. The post pivot 131 is adapted to fit into a post boss 133 disposed on the upper plate 110 (i.e., the first plate) such that the post 130 is rotatably disposed about the post pivot 131 for unfolding or folding, the mating end 132 is adapted to fit onto a surface of the next plate 110 (i.e., the second plate) or another mating structure disposed on the surface thereof, such as a separation limiting hole 134 as shown in fig. 7, such that the lower end of the post 130 is formed into a separably-fitting connection, i.e., the lower end thereof can contact the plate 110 under an external force to form a connection for supporting and/or limiting, and an opposite force can separate the mating end 132 from the corresponding plate 110 such that the mating end and the corresponding plate 110 are integrally rotated about the post pivot 131 to form a folded state. In the folded state, the support posts 130 are generally horizontally attached to the lower surface of the upper deck 110 (i.e., the first deck).
The matching relationship between the lower end of the pillar 130 and the second layer plate may be that the length thereof is slightly larger than the distance between the two layer plates to form a positioning force, or a convex position interfering with the mating end 132 or a concave position for the mating end 132 to enter is provided on the surface of the second layer plate, or magnetic attraction structures (two magnets with opposite polarities or a magnet and a ferromagnetic member) are respectively provided on the mating end 132 and the second layer plate.
Therefore, the supporting column 130 also has an unfolding state and a folding state, and in the unfolding state, the supporting column is supported between the first laminate and the second laminate, so that a supporting and/or limiting effect can be achieved, the first laminate and the second laminate are supported by the structural rigidity of the supporting column during supporting, and the side plates 120 are limited by the structural rigidity of the supporting column during limiting, so that the first laminate and the second laminate are prevented from pivoting and folding inwards in the unfolding state, the stability of the shoe box is improved, and the number of layers of the shoe boxes which are overlapped is increased.
Preferably, the top and bottom of the frame body 100 are respectively provided with a concave-convex structure (i.e., a concave portion and a convex portion) to be engaged with each other when a plurality of receiving cassettes are stacked, so that each receiving cassette is stabilized. Preferably, each receiving case has a plurality of protrusions 112 at the top and a corresponding recess (not shown) at the bottom.
Also, in the present embodiment, the pivot axes of the support posts 130 are higher than the pivot axes of the side plates 120, so that the support posts 130 are positioned above the deck 110 in the folded state.
In this embodiment, the first side plate 121 and the second side plate 122 of the side plates 120 located at two sides of the chamber 101 are respectively folded toward the middle, and the supporting column 130 is disposed at the inner wall of the side plate 120 to prevent the side plate 120 from being folded toward the middle in the unfolded state, so that the frame body 100 can form a stable structure in the unfolded state.
As shown in fig. 2, the door panel 200 is hinged to the outer sides of the front and rear surfaces of the frame 100, a first side (hinged side) of the door panel is hinged to the frame 100, and a second side (movable side) of the door panel is detachably engaged with the frame 100, so that the frame 100 can pivot to open or close the front and rear openings of the frame 100, thereby opening or closing the chamber 101.
In the present embodiment, the pivot of the door panel 200 is vertically disposed and is located at a position on one side of the door panel 200 near the edge.
As shown in the figure, the door panel 200 is provided with a first pivot 201, the front and rear surfaces of the frame 100 are correspondingly provided with a first pivot sleeve 202, and the first pivot 201 is engaged with the first pivot sleeve 202, so that the door panel 200 can be rotatably engaged with the frame 100 around the first pivot 201 as a pivot shaft thereof, thereby achieving the purpose of opening or closing the door panel 200.
The first pivot 201 and the first pivot sleeve 202 constitute an embodiment of a hinge structure.
In this embodiment, the movable side of the door panel 200 can be engaged with the frame 100 by a locking structure, or the like. For example, in the present embodiment, the movable side of the door panel 200 is provided with a first magnetic attraction piece 205 and a second magnetic attraction piece 206 at positions corresponding to the frame, one of the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece is a magnet, and the other is a ferromagnetic piece or another magnet with opposite polarity, so that the door panel 200 can be detachably fitted to the front end or the rear end of the frame 100 in a magnetic attraction manner, thereby achieving the purpose of opening or closing the door panel 200.
Of course, the magnetic attraction structure is only one embodiment for realizing the separable structure, and other structures may be adopted to realize the same function, for example, a snap structure or a locking structure to lock the second side of the door panel 200 with the frame 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, in the present embodiment, the shoe box is integrally composed of three parts, i.e., a frame body 100 and two door panels 200 respectively located at the front and rear sides of the frame body 100. The door panel 200 is detachably fitted with respect to the frame body 100, and is fitted on both front and rear sides thereof after the frame body 100 is unfolded to form a complete shoe box in a use state.
When the shoe box needs to be folded, the door panel 200 can be detached from the frame body 100, the lower end of the support column 130 is pushed to be separated from the laminate 110, and the support column 130 is rotated along the upper end thereof to form a folded state; a force is applied to the middle of the two side plates 120 to make the two side plates 120 fold and rotate inwards respectively, so as to form the frame 100 in a folded state as shown in fig. 9; finally, the two door panels 200 and the folded frame 100 are placed together, for example, the door panels 200 are placed on or under the frame 100 in an overlapping manner.
The folding process of the shoe box is carried out, and the unfolding process is reverse to the operation, so that the description is omitted.
In the present embodiment, the side plates 120 and the laminates 110, the pillars 130 and the laminates 110, the first side plates 121 and the second side plates 122, and the door panel 200 and the frame body 100 are formed in a hinge-fitting relationship, and they are mutually hinge-fitted by a hinge structure disposed between them.
The hinge structure is preferably implemented by a pivot shaft and a pivot sleeve which are matched with each other, and the specific structure can be as described above.
Of course, the hinge structures may be replaced by additional hinges, or a shaft may penetrate two shafts respectively disposed on the hinge parts, without limitation.
Example two
As shown in fig. 10-13, a folding shoe box has the same main structure as the first embodiment except that: first, the width of the shoe box of this embodiment is wider, and the width of the chamber 101 is twice as wide as that of the first embodiment, so that two pairs of shoes can be placed side by side in one chamber 101; furthermore, the shoe box of this embodiment further has a partition 140 disposed in at least one chamber 101 to form two sub-chambers separated by the partition in the front and back directions of the chamber 101.
That is, unlike the through-front chamber 101 of the first embodiment, the chamber 101 of the present embodiment is divided into two sub-chambers, a front sub-chamber and a rear sub-chamber, by the partition 140.
As shown in fig. 11, the partition plate 140 has an upper end hinged to the first layer and a lower end detachably engaged with the second layer. When folded, the lower end of the partition plate 140 is forced to be separated from the second laminate and rotated upward to form a folded state parallel or substantially parallel to the laminate 110.
As shown in fig. 12, the lower surface of the layer plate 110 as the first layer plate is provided with a rib 111, and one side of the rib 111 is provided with a third pivot sleeve 142 for a third pivot 141 at the upper end of the partition plate 140 to fit therein, so that the partition plate 140 is rotatably fitted at its upper end to the first layer plate. As shown in fig. 12, the first pivot bushing 202 on the deck 110 for engaging the door panel 200 is different from the third pivot bushing 142 on the lower surface of the deck 110 in the specific structure and orientation; however, both of them are based on the principle that a cylindrical pivot cavity is formed in the pivot sleeve for the corresponding pivot to fit in for rotation, and an opening for the pivot to fit in or to come out is formed. The structure is easy to manufacture and assemble and convenient to use.
As shown in fig. 13, a limiting rib 143 is formed on a portion of the second layer, a limiting member 144 is formed on the limiting rib 143 and faces one side of the partition plate 140 in the folding direction, the limiting member 144 protrudes from the surface of the second layer and has elasticity, a certain distance is formed between the limiting member 144 and the limiting rib 143 to form an engaging position 145 therebetween, and the engaging position 145 is used for the lower end of the partition plate 140 to be engaged therein. The stopper 144 has elasticity so as to limit the lower end of the partition plate 140 at the engaging position 145 to form a stable unfolded structure, and when the partition plate 140 needs to be folded, the partition plate 140 can be allowed to pass over the stopper 144 due to external force to form a folded state.
Although the partition plate 140 is integral and rotates about one end thereof to be folded in the present embodiment, this is not exclusive. It may be provided to have upper and lower portions similar to the side panel 120 and be folded to be disposed between the upper and lower plates.

As shown in fig. 14, a folding shoe box has the same main structure as that of the first or second embodiment except that the shoe box of the present embodiment is formed in at least two rows in parallel in the horizontal direction.
In this embodiment, the chambers 101 are arranged in two rows arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, each row consisting of two chambers 101 vertically stacked on top of each other, to form a folding shoe box with four chambers 101.
In the present embodiment, the upper and lower chambers 101 of each row share the same door panel 200, and the others are similar to those in the first or second embodiment and are not described again.
Example four
A folding shoe box has the same main structure as the embodiment, and is different from the embodiment in that two side plates 120 of the shoe box of the embodiment are of an integral structure, similar to a partition plate 140; the lower ends of the two side plates 120 are hinged to the layer plate 110, and the lower ends are detachably engaged with the other layer plate 110.
Meanwhile, the partition plate 140 and the support 130 are hinged to the layer plate 110 at the lower end thereof and detachably engaged with the other layer plate 110 at the upper end thereof, respectively, so as to achieve the purpose of folding the frame body 100.
In the present embodiment, the layer 110 located above the chamber 101 (i.e., the other layer 110 described above) is formed as a single, separable part, and the two side plates 120, the pillars 130, and the partition plate 140 are hinged to the layer below the chamber 101 to be formed as an integral part.
Of course, for a folding shoe box with two chambers 101 in the vertical direction, the side panels 120, the pillars 130 and the partition panels 140 of the next chamber 101 may be hinged below the layer panel on the basis of the above. In other words, the folding shoe box of the present embodiment can be regarded as formed by separating the uppermost and lowermost laminate 110 of the shoe box of the second embodiment.
