In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or may be connected through the use of two elements or the interaction of two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific situations by those of ordinary skill in the art.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the quick release structure of roller brush of the present invention comprises a mounting base 2, a roller brush module 1 and an elastic stopper 3. The mounting base 2 is provided with a first cavity 201, and the first cavity 201 is provided with an opening 2011; one end of the roll-brush module 1 comprises an abutting end 101, and the roll-brush module 1 enters the first cavity 201 through the opening 2011 to be mounted on the mounting base 2 or leaves the first cavity 201 through the opening 2011 to be dismounted from the mounting base 2. Wherein, the elastic stop member 3 can be rotatably disposed on the mounting base 2, and specifically can be located one end of the mounting base 2 close to the opening 2011, and the elastic stop member 3 is configured to elastically abut one end of the rolling brush module 1 close to the opening 2011, that is, the abutting end 101, when the rolling brush module 1 is mounted on the mounting base 2, the abutting end 101 is close to the opening 2011, that is, the abutting end 101 is located on one side of the opening 2011, when the elastic stop member 3 is in the first rotation position. When the elastic stopper 3 rotates to the first rotation position, the rolling brush module 1 is limited in the first cavity 201 (it is understood that the end of the mounting base 2 opposite to the opening 2011 is a closed end, and the end without the opening is the closed end). When the elastic stopper 3 rotates to the second rotation position, the elastic stopper 3 and the abutting end 101 are separated from each other or do not contact each other, and the limit of the abutting end 101 of the rolling brush module 1 can be released, so that the rolling brush module 1 can enter or separate from the first cavity 201 from the opening 2011. It can be understood that, when the user needs to install the roll brush module 1 on the mount pad 2, the user needs to rotate the elastic stop member 3 from the first rotation position to the second rotation position (to avoid the elastic stop member 3 to interfere with the roll brush module 1), pass through the opening 2011 with the roll brush module 1 into the first cavity 201 in order to install on the mount pad 2, then rotate the elastic stop member 3 to the first rotation position, make the elastic stop member 3 butt on the butt end 101, the roll brush module 1 is restricted in the first cavity 201 promptly, accomplish the fixed effect to the roll brush module 1. When the rolling brush module 1 needs to be maintained and replaced, the user needs to adjust the elastic stop member 3 from the first rotation position to the second rotation position again, so that the elastic stop member 3 and the abutting end 101 are separated from each other, and then the rolling brush module 1 and the mounting seat 2 can be separated.
As a further limitation of the present embodiment, the elastic stopper 3 includes: a stopper body 30, an elastic member 32, and a first shaft 33. The stopper body 30 is rotatably disposed on the mounting seat 2 through the first shaft 33, and the elastic member 32 is disposed between the stopper body 30 and the mounting seat 2, and is configured to provide an elastic force to the stopper body 30, so that the stopper body 30 can elastically abut on the abutting end 101, that is, when a user needs to mount the roller brush module 1 on the mounting seat 2, the user needs to rotate the elastic stopper 3 to a second rotation position (to avoid the elastic stopper 3 interfering with the roller brush module 1), and the roller brush module 1 passes through the opening 2011 to enter the first cavity 201 to be mounted on the mounting seat 2. In this process, the user's hand contacts the stopper body 30 to apply a force to the elastic stopper 3, so as to offset the elastic force of the elastic member 32, and further to rotate the stopper body 30 from the first rotational position to the second rotational position, thereby releasing the limit of the abutting end 101 of the roller brush module 1 of the stopper body 30. That is, when the acting force of the user on the stopper body 30 disappears, the stopper body 30 will maintain the state of abutting against the abutting end 101, that is, will return to the second position, and when the rolling brush module 1 works, the external resistance will drive the rolling brush module 1 to shift. That is, the elastic member 32 may provide an elastic restoring force so that the stopper body 30 can be rotated from the second rotational position to the first rotational position.
The function of the spring 32 is to keep the stopper body 30 in the first rotational position at all times when no force is applied, so that the roller-brush module 1 can be held in the first cavity 201. It can be understood that when the rolling brush module 1 needs to be maintained and replaced, the user needs to adjust the elastic stopper 3 from the first rotation position to the second rotation position again, so that the stopper body 30 and the abutting end 101 are separated from each other, and then the rolling brush module 1 and the mounting seat 2 can be separated. It will be appreciated that after the user has removed the roller brush module 1, the stopper body 30 will bring the stopper body 30 back from the second rotational position to the first rotational position due to the elastic force (the user does not contact the stopper body 30, i.e. the stopper body 30 is not subjected to other forces).
As a further limitation of the present embodiment, the elastic member 32 includes: a torsional spring and/or a tension spring, the torsional spring being sleeved on the first shaft 33. Alternatively, the torsion elastic member may be a torsion spring, and two ends of the torsion elastic member abut against the stopper body 30 and the mounting seat 2, respectively. Wherein, the tension elastic element can be a tension spring and the like, the tension spring is arranged between the stop part body 30 and the mounting seat 2, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected to the stop part body 30 and the mounting seat 2. Alternatively, one end of the stopper body 30 is rotatably connected to the mounting seat 2 through the first shaft 33, a tension spring is disposed at one end of the stopper body 30 away from the first shaft 33 (one end of the tension spring is connected to one end of the stopper body 30 away from the first shaft 33, and the other end of the tension spring is connected to a position of the mounting seat 2 away from the first shaft 33 and close to the opening 2011), that is, one end close to the abutting end 101, and the tension spring provides an elastic force of the stopper body 30 toward the opening 2011 so that the stopper body 30 always maintains a state that the abutting end 101 abuts against.
It is understood that the torsion elastic member and the tension elastic member may be provided to strengthen the elastic stopper 3, or may be provided separately. When torsion elastic component and pulling force elastic component set up simultaneously, the one end butt of extension spring in one side of stopper body 30, and the one end of extension spring is connected at the opposite side of stopper body 30 (stopper body 30 receives the effort of two elastic components simultaneously, and the direction is the same, but the action point distributes in the both sides wall of stopper body 30), carries out dual enhancement fixedly to round brush module 1.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the elastic stopper 3 further includes a connecting seat 31, the connecting seat 31 is fixedly installed on the mounting seat 2, and the stopper body 30 is rotatably disposed on the connecting seat 31 through a first shaft 33, which can be understood as a through hole or a slot for the first shaft 33 to pass through is disposed on the connecting seat 31. Correspondingly, the connecting seat 31 may be fixed to the mounting seat 2 by a fastener such as a screw. That is, two ends of the torsion elastic member or the tension elastic member respectively abut against the stopper body 30 and the connecting seat 31.

The handle portion 301 is configured to rotate relative to the first shaft 33 under an external force, that is, the handle portion 301 is configured to provide a hand-held portion for a user, so as to facilitate the user operation. The handle portion 301 is adapted to abut against the abutment end 101 of the roll brush module 1. That is, when the roll brush module 1 needs to be maintained and replaced, a user needs to hold the hand portion 301, and first adjust the elastic stopper 3 from the first rotation position to the second rotation position, so that the buckling portion 302 on the stopper body 30 and the abutting end 101 are separated from each other, and then the roll brush module 1 and the mounting base 2 can be separated.
As a further limitation of the present embodiment, the abutting end 101 of the roll brush module 1 is provided with a buckling part 12 and a clamping part 18 for matching with the buckling part 302. When the stopper body 30 rotates to the first rotation position, the locking member 18 and the locking portion 302 are matched with each other to fix the stopper body 30, and when the stopper body 30 rotates to the second rotation position, the locking member 18 and the locking portion 302 are separated from each other. Optionally, an inverse buckle is arranged at one end of the buckling part 302 close to the clamping piece 18, and the inverse buckle is buckled with the clamping piece 18 to better limit the rolling brush module 1, so as to prevent the rolling brush module 1 from shaking.
The handle 12 is used to assist a user in conveniently holding the roll brush module 1 when the roll brush module 1 is detached and installed.

The roller brush body 11 is rotatable with respect to the roller brush module 1 (the abutment end 101 and the support end 102) by the coupling action of the bearing 16 when rotated. Alternatively, the first positioning portion 14 is rotatably connected to the supporting end 102 by a bearing 16, and the bearing 16 may be provided between the abutting end 101 and an end (an end far from the first positioning portion 14) of the drum brush body 11 near the opening 2011. The reinforced connection at the two ends not only supports the rolling brush body 11, but also enhances the stability of the rolling brush body 11 in rotation, and prevents the occurrence of play and influences on cleaning efficiency.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the roller brush module 1 comprises a guide wheel 13 and a second shaft 131, the guide wheel 13 is rotatably mounted on the second shaft 131, the mounting base 2 is provided with a guide groove 21 parallel to the first cavity 201, the guide groove 21 is provided with a notch 211 for communicating with the first cavity 201, and one end of the guide groove 21 is communicated with an opening 2011. It will be appreciated that the side walls of the first cavity 201 match the shape of the roller brush module 1, i.e. the side walls of the first cavity 201 opposite the roller brush module 1 extend in the direction of extension of the roller brush module 1. Further, it can be seen that the guide groove 21 is also provided along the extending direction of the roll brush module (roll brush body 11), and the notch 211 is located on the side of the guide groove 21 close to the stopper body 30, that is, at the position of the opening 2011 of the roll brush module 1. It will be appreciated that the roller brush module (roller brush body 11) can enter the guide groove 21 through the notch 211, wherein the guide groove 21 is used for guiding the roller brush module (roller brush body 11) during the entrance into the first cavity 201. Therefore, the first positioning part 14 of the rolling brush module 1 can be well butted with the pin shaft 22 in the installation process, and the installation convenience is improved.
Alternatively, the second shaft 131 extends from the roller brush module 1 towards the mounting seat 2, i.e. the abutting end 101 or/and the supporting end 102 of the roller brush module 1, i.e. both the abutting end 101 and the supporting end 102, may have both the guide wheel 13 and the second shaft 131 arranged therebetween, or both may have both the guide wheel 13 and the second shaft 131. And is arranged in parallel with the surface of the object to be cleaned, the guide wheels 13 and the second shaft 131 can support the roll brush module 1 while slidably guiding in the guide grooves 21.

Correspondingly, the second positioning matching part 23 is located on a side wall of the mounting base 2 close to the opening 2011, optionally, the second positioning matching part 23 is a positioning hole, the second positioning part 15 is a tapered positioning column, that is, the end position of the second positioning part 15 is a relatively sharp structure, so that the situation that a user is misplaced or slightly deviated from the mounting base 2 when the rolling brush module 1 is mounted or dismounted is prevented, and the structure of the tapered positioning column provides an error range for the deviation of the rolling brush module 1. It is understood that both ends of the roller brush body 11, i.e., the abutting end 101 and the supporting end 102, may be provided with the second positioning portion 15, and the number of the second positioning portions 15 may be plural. When a user installs the rolling brush module 1, the stopper body 30 is operated to rotate the stopper body 30 from the first rotation position to the second rotation position, so that the clamping member 18 and the fastening part 302 are separated from each other, the guide wheel 13 is firstly aligned with the notch 211 and then slid into the guide groove 21, and after the pin 22 is aligned with the first positioning part 14, the second positioning part 15 and the second positioning matching part 23 can be fastened together by force to complete the positioning process of the rolling brush module 1. Then, the pressing force on the stopper body 30 is stopped, i.e. the elastic member 32 is not pressed by the elastic member 32, so that the locking member 18 and the locking portion 302 are locked with each other.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the roller brush quick release structure further includes two roller brush modules 1, the two roller brush modules 1 are oppositely disposed on the mounting base 2, the mounting manners are the same, and the rotation directions of the two roller brush modules 1 are opposite (the rotation directions are such that the dirt on the surface of the object to be cleaned is caught between the two roller brush modules 1, and the dirt recovery processing is completed), that is, each roller brush module 1 is respectively in driving connection with the output end of one driving motor 34. Or, the roller brush quick-release structure further comprises a transmission assembly 341, and the two roller brush modules 1 drive the transmission assembly 341 through one driving motor 34 to synchronously complete the rotation work in two directions.
Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a roller brush module of a quick release structure of a roller brush according to a second embodiment of the utility model. The second embodiment has the following differences compared with the first embodiment.
