When the light guide element 1 of the present embodiment is applied to a switch, the light incident portion 11 of the light guide element 1 is abutted to an LED lamp of a switch device, and the light incident portion 11 receives light emitted from the LED lamp of the device, guides the light to the light guide portion 13, guides the light to the light emitting portion 12 through the light guide portion 13, and emits the light to the outside from the light emitting portion 12.
The light guide portion 13 includes a curved portion 131 and a linear portion 131, the light incident portion 11 is connected to the curved portion 131, the curved portion 131 is connected to the linear portion 131, and the other end of the linear portion 131 is connected to the light emitting portion 12. In the light-guiding element 1, the direction of the light rays transmitted therein is changed by the curved sections 131 of the light-guiding part 13, so that the light rays taken in by the light-entering part 11 form an angle with the light rays taken out by the light-exiting part 12.
Preferably, this angle may be, for example, 90-180 °. The angle between the light beam taken in by the light incident part 11 and the light beam taken out by the light emitting part 12 needs to be smoothly connected by an arc.
In the present embodiment, the light beam taken in by the light incident portion 11 and the light beam taken out by the light exit portion 12 form an angle of 90 °.
In the present embodiment, in order to fix the straight line segments 131 of the light guide part 13 better, the light guide element 1 is further provided with the first positioning parts 133 protruding in the direction perpendicular to the straight line segments 131 of the light guide part 13. Preferably, the first positioning portion 133 may be provided in plurality.
For example, the first positioning portion 133 can be a positioning hook, a positioning corner, and the like, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the positioning hook is respectively disposed at one end of the straight line portion 131 of the light guide portion 13 close to the curved portion 131 and the other end of the straight line portion 131 far away from the curved portion 131, and the positioning corner is disposed between the two positioning hooks. It is understood that the first positioning portion 133 may have other shapes according to different design requirements, as long as it can fix the straight line segment 131 of the light guide portion 13.
Meanwhile, in order to fix the curved section 131 of the light guide part 13 better and ensure the stable bending angle of the curved section 131, a second positioning part 134 protruding from the connection part of the curved section 131 of the light guide part 13 and the light incident part 11 is further provided on the light guide element 1.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the second positioning portion 134 is a positioning cylinder. It is understood that, according to different design requirements, the second positioning portion 134 can also take other forms as long as it can fix the bending portion 131 of the light guide portion 13.
Further, in order to better fix the bending section 131 of the light guide part 13 and stabilize the bending angle, a rib 136 is further disposed on the light guide element 1, and one end of the rib 136 is connected to the second positioning part 134 and the other end is connected to the light guide part 13.
On the other hand, in order to support the light emitting portion 12 more favorably, a support portion 135 extending in a direction perpendicular to the linear portion 131 is further provided at a position where the linear portion 131 of the light guide portion 13 is close to the light emitting portion 12, and one end of the support portion 135 away from the light guide portion 13 is a support surface. The contact between the support surface and another component can support the straight segment 131 of the light guide unit 13, thereby ensuring the position stability of the light emitting unit 12.
Further, in the present embodiment, in order to better fix the position of the light exit part 12, a plurality of positioning protrusions are further uniformly provided along the axis of the light exit part 12 outside the light exit part 12.
In this embodiment, the light guide element 1 is made of a flexible material. Preferably, the light guide element 1 is made of PC material.
In the present embodiment, the light guide element 1 is integrally formed.
Compared with the existing mode that the Cable wire and the fan wire for the LED lamp are assembled and connected to the connector together, the light guide element 1 of the embodiment is simple and small in structure and convenient to install and disassemble, can reasonably utilize the existing guide rail space of each hot plug module in the exchanger, reduces the size of each hot plug module, and reduces the space layout difficulty of the whole machine and the type selection difficulty of other element parts.
The present embodiment further provides a mounting assembly for mounting a light guide element 1 as described in any one of the above embodiments. The mounting assembly comprises a guide rail 2 and a mounting bracket 3, wherein the position of the guide rail 2 in the switch is shown in fig. 5, and the guide rail 2 is a structure of a chassis of the switch and is used for mounting and fixing a slide rail of each hot plug module 900 and the hot plug module 900 in the switch. The installation of the light guide elements in the guide rails 2 saves space and provides more space for the switchboard backplane layout.
As shown in fig. 2, the guide rail 2 includes an installation plate 21 and a display panel 22, one end of the installation plate 21 is an open end 23, the other end is connected to the display panel 22 and forms an accommodation cavity together with the display panel 22, a first mounting and dismounting portion 25 is disposed on the installation plate 21, and a display hole 24 is disposed on the display panel 22.
As shown in fig. 3, the mounting bracket 3 is provided with a second detachable portion 33 that fits the first detachable portion 25, a first fixing portion 31 that fits the first positioning portion 133, and a second fixing portion 32 that fits the second positioning portion 134.
As shown in fig. 4, the mounting bracket 3 can be mounted in the housing cavity of the rail 2 by engaging the first detachable portion 25 with the second detachable portion 33. After the mounting bracket 3 and the guide rail 2 are fixed to each other, a mounting cavity is formed between the mounting bracket 3 and the display panel 22, the light guide element 1 is inserted into the mounting cavity from the open end 23, the first positioning portion 133 on the light guide element 1 is matched with the first fixing portion 31 on the mounting bracket 3, meanwhile, the second positioning portion 134 on the light guide element 1 is matched with the second fixing portion 32 on the mounting bracket 3, so that the light guide element 1 is detachably mounted in the mounting cavity, the supporting surface of the supporting portion 135 on the light guide element 1 is in contact with the upper surface of the mounting bracket 3, the light emitting portion 12 is supported, and the light emitting portion 12 can be abutted with the display hole 24 on the display panel 22 of the guide rail 2 to display the light guided by the light guide portion 13 to the outside.
In this embodiment, the light guide element 1 is provided with a plurality of first positioning portions 133 at intervals, and the mounting bracket 3 is provided with a plurality of first fixing portions 31 at the same intervals.
