The waterproof coiled material is mainly divided into an asphalt waterproof coiled material, a synthetic polymer waterproof coiled material and the like, and is a waterproof material product manufactured by dipping asphalt or polymer waterproof materials on a matrix; the waterproof coiled material is usually paved and adhered to the base layer of buildings such as building walls, roofs, roads, refuse landfills and the like, plays a role in resisting external rainwater and underground water leakage, and is a waterproof first barrier for the whole project.
At present, in the laying of waterproof rolls, the edges of two adjacent waterproof rolls are usually overlapped, then are bonded by asphalt, and finally are poured, so as to form a waterproof protective layer. In this kind of laying mode, two adjacent waterproofing membrane only connect through pitch, and joint strength is lower, when pouring the waterproof layer, the edge of two waterproofing membrane can take place to curl, warp such as dislocation, leads to waterproofing membrane can't cover the basic unit completely even to reduce the waterproof performance of waterproof layer, influence whole building structure's life.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to increase the connection strength of the two waterproof rolls 1 in the width direction, a plurality of reinforcing grooves 211 are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the connection portion 21, the cross section of each reinforcing groove 211 is semicircular, the plurality of reinforcing grooves 211 are uniformly arranged at intervals in the length direction of the waterproof roll 1, and the reinforcing grooves 211 above the connection portion 21 and the reinforcing grooves 211 below the connection portion are arranged in a staggered manner; the lower surface of the support piece 3 positioned on the upper waterproof roll 1 and the upper surface of the support piece 3 positioned on the lower waterproof roll 1 are integrally provided with reinforcing strips 4, the reinforcing strips 4 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the reinforcing grooves 211, and the reinforcing strips 4 are embedded in the reinforcing grooves 211; the upper and lower two sides of connecting portion 21 are connected with two support piece 3 respectively through a plurality of reinforcing strips 4 to the edge of waterproofing membrane 1 is restricted along self width direction's removal, makes two waterproofing membrane 1 inseparabler along self width direction's connection.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to increase the connection stability between the connecting member 2 and the two waterproof rolls 1, gaps are provided at the portions of the connecting member 2 contacting the two supporting members 3, an upper bonding channel 5 is formed between the connecting member 2 and the upper supporting member 3, and a lower bonding channel 6 is formed between the connecting member 2 and the lower supporting member 3; the upper bonding channel 5 and the lower bonding channel 6 are filled with waterproof bonding agents, so that the connecting piece 2 is tightly connected with the two supporting pieces 3; the waterproof adhesive in the embodiment is non-cured asphalt waterproof paint, and the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint needs to be heated to a liquid state when in use.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the upper surface of the connecting portion 21 is provided with an accommodating groove 212, the accommodating groove 212 is recessed, and a plurality of diversion holes 213 are formed through the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 212; the diversion holes 213 are oblong, a plurality of diversion holes 213 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the length direction of the waterproof roll 1 and are arranged in groups, the diversion holes 213 are arranged in groups at intervals along the width direction of the waterproof roll 1, and at least one group of diversion holes 213 is arranged between two adjacent reinforcing strips 4 positioned below; in injecting waterproof adhesive into the accommodation groove 212, the waterproof adhesive can flow into the lower bonding passage 6 through the plurality of flow guide holes 213, thereby playing a role of connection between the connection member 2 and the support member 3 below. The set of guiding holes 213 disposed near the lower insertion portion 31 are disposed to be inclined toward the insertion portion 31 so that the waterproof adhesive flows between the lower insertion portion 31 and the insertion groove 221.
Referring to fig. 2, the ends of the upper and lower adhesive passages 5 and 6, which are far away from each other, are closed to block the waterproof adhesive.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, one side of the receiving groove 212 close to the upper bonding channel 5 is communicated with the upper bonding channel 5, and an injection channel 222 is formed above the position of the limiting portion 22 matched with the upper support 3; the injection channel 222 is communicated with the upper bonding channel 5, the injection channel 222 is continuously arranged along the length direction of the waterproof roll material 1, the injection channel 222 is obliquely arranged towards the embedding part 31, and the lower side of the injection channel 222 is positioned at the position where the embedding part 31 is connected with the fixing part 32; the waterproof adhesive is injected into the upper bonding passage 5 through the injection passage 222 and flows into the receiving groove 212, so that the waterproof adhesive in the upper bonding passage 5 and the receiving groove 212 are fused with each other to make the connection between the connection member 2 and the support member 3 above tighter.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the supporting member 3 and the connecting member 2 are both made of epdm rubber, the supporting member 3 is disposed along with the waterproof roll 1 in a roll, and the connecting member 2 is installed when the waterproof roll 1 is laid.
The implementation principle of the connection structure of the waterproof roll material in the embodiment of the application is as follows: firstly, laying the lower waterproof coiled material 1 on a base layer, then embedding the embedding grooves 221 of the connecting pieces 2 on the embedding parts 31 in a matched and embedded mode, and enabling the reinforcing strips 4 to be embedded in the corresponding reinforcing grooves 211 respectively, and forming a lower bonding channel 6 between the connecting pieces 2 and the lower supporting pieces 3; waterproof adhesive is injected into the accommodating groove 212, flows into the lower bonding channel 6 through the diversion hole 213, and is filled up until the accommodating groove 212 and the lower bonding channel 6 are filled with the waterproof adhesive, so that the connecting piece 2 and the waterproof roll 1 can be connected with each other.
When the waterproof rolls 1 at adjacent positions are laid, the supporting pieces 3 on the adjacent waterproof rolls 1 are embedded in the embedding grooves 221 above the connecting pieces 2, and at the moment, an upper bonding channel 5 is formed between the connecting pieces 2 and the supporting pieces 3 above; waterproof adhesive is injected into the upper bonding channel 5 from the injection channel 222, and the waterproof adhesive in the upper bonding channel 5 and the waterproof adhesive in the receiving groove 212 are fused with each other, so that the connecting member 2 can be stably connected with the waterproof roll 1 at an adjacent position. Through the scheme, the two adjacent waterproof coiled materials 1 can be connected more tightly, so that the possibility of deformation of the connecting positions of the two adjacent waterproof coiled materials 1 during subsequent pouring construction is reduced, and the waterproof performance of the building structure is improved.
