Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of cleaning devices, in particular to a cleaning device adopting a hot water cleaning mode.
Background
Cleaning fluids at room temperature do not provide optimum cleaning results and therefore cleaning devices with hot water as the cleaning fluid are currently available. And the self-heating mode of generating hot water by adopting chemical reaction does not need electric power, so that an external power supply is not needed, and the convenience and the flexibility are better. For example, chinese patent application with application publication No. CN101036571A discloses a cleaning device with hot water cleaning method. The structure is shown in fig. 1-3, and comprises a handle 1a, a cleaning part 2a, a fluid container 3a, a fluid delivery nozzle 4a and a self-heating unit 5 a; the self-heating unit 5a comprises a first chamber 6a provided with a first reactant and a second chamber 7a provided with a second reactant, and a fragile partition plate 8a is arranged between the first chamber 6a and the second chamber 7 a; the self-heating cleaning device punctures the fragile partition plate 8a of the self-heating unit 5a by using the trigger 9a, so that the first reactant in the first chamber 6a and the second reactant in the second chamber 7a are mixed and react, the heat generated by the reaction is used for heating the cleaning fluid in the fluid container 3a, and the heated cleaning fluid is conveyed to the cleaning part 2a through the fluid conveying nozzle 4 a.
However, the prior cleaning device using hot water still has the following technical problems: the self-heating unit 5a and the fluid container 3a are disposed at positions very far from the cleaning part 2a, not only the structure is not compact, but also only the conduction of the heat generated from the heating unit 5a to the cleaning fluid is considered, and the direct conduction of the heat generated from the heating unit 5a to the cleaning part 2a is not considered at all, so that the heat generated from the heating unit 5a cannot be sufficiently utilized; in addition, the self-heating unit 5a is installed in the fluid container 3a for heat conduction, so that the temperature of the fluid in the fluid container 3a is higher at a position closer to the self-heating unit 5a and lower at a position farther from the self-heating unit 5a, thereby causing uneven and insufficient heating of the fluid in the fluid container 3a and being unfavorable for heating of the cleaning fluid.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The technical problem to be solved by the utility model is as follows: the cleaning device has the advantages of higher heat utilization rate, more compact structure and more favorable hot water cleaning mode for heating cleaning fluid.
The technical solution of the utility model is as follows: a cleaning device of a hot water cleaning mode comprises a cleaning part, a fluid container and a self-heating unit, and is characterized in that: the self-heating unit is clamped between the fluid container and the cleaning part, a steam pipeline is further arranged at the top of the self-heating unit, the steam pipeline penetrates through the fluid container from the bottom of the fluid container to the upper side, the fluid output of the fluid container is communicated with the fluid injection port of the self-heating unit, and the hot water output of the fluid container is sprayed onto the cleaning part and/or the surface to be cleaned through the fluid conveying nozzle.
After adopting the structure, the utility model has the following advantages:
the cleaning device adopting the hot water cleaning mode has the advantages that the self-heating unit is clamped between the fluid container and the cleaning part, so that the heat generated by the self-heating unit can be directly conducted downwards to heat the cleaning part, and meanwhile, the fluid container can be conducted upwards to heat the fluid container to generate hot water for cleaning, and the heat utilization rate is high; secondly, the fluid container, the self-heating unit and the cleaning part are arranged in a close fit manner in sequence, so that the structure is compact; thirdly, the steam pipeline arranged on the self-heating unit upwards penetrates through the fluid container to carry out heat exchange, so that the steam pipeline can directly utilize the space in the fluid container, does not additionally occupy other spaces, has more compact structure, and can be extended to any place needing to be heated as required due to the flexible design of the steam pipeline, thereby being more favorable for heating the cleaning fluid.
Preferably, the steam pipeline is isolated from the fluid container, and the steam pipeline penetrates the tail end of the fluid container to be communicated with the atmosphere. This arrangement can release the overpressure steam generated from the heating unit, and is safer to use.
Preferably, the self-heating unit includes a self-heating container, the fluid injection port is disposed on the self-heating container, and the self-heating container further includes a heating pack input port for inputting a heating pack, which is disposed on the self-heating container, and the self-heating container is interposed between the fluid container and the cleaning portion. The self-heating unit can be reused only by adding fluid and/or a heating bag, and the use cost is very low.
Preferably, the top of the outer side surface of the fluid container is provided with a steam release opening, and the steam pipeline penetrates through the fluid container from the center of the bottom of the fluid container vertically and upwards and then is horizontally communicated with the steam release opening. This setting makes steam conduit pass along fluid container's axial, and the heating is more even abundant, and sets up steam release mouth at fluid container's lateral surface, can discharge the excessive pressure steam to the outside reliably, and steam release mouth set up comparatively conceals.
Preferably, the heating bag feeding port is arranged at the top of the self-heating container, and one side of the fluid container is hinged with the self-heating container and used for exposing the heating bag feeding port when the fluid container is turned upwards and closing the heating bag feeding port when the fluid container is turned downwards. The arrangement can not only connect the fluid container and the self-heating container together through the hinge structure, but also facilitate the installation together; and after the two are connected, the heating bag feeding opening can be opened and closed only by turning the fluid container upwards/downwards through the hinge structure, the integral structure is simple and ingenious, and the use is flexible and convenient.
Preferably, the other side of the fluid container is connected to or separated from the self-heating container by an opening button. The opening button is arranged, so that the heating bag throwing port can be conveniently and reliably opened or closed.
