For example, the top cover 10 and the cabinet housing 30 are respectively provided with the above-mentioned adapting structures, at least one of the adapting structures of the top cover 10 and the adapting structures of the cabinet housing 30 extends for a distance along the thickness direction of the case cover 20, for example, one of the adapting structures can exceed the thickness of the case cover 20, or both of the adapting structures extend for a distance along the thickness direction of the case cover 20, and the case cover 20 is kept away from the adapting position where the adapting structures of the top cover 10 and the adapting structures of the cabinet housing 30 are adapted.
In a preferred embodiment, the top cover 10 and the cover 20 are respectively provided with a first adapting structure 11 and a second adapting structure 21, and the first adapting structure 11 and the second adapting structure 21 are both in a semi-open shape. The first fitting structure 11 may be embodied as a notch structure whose arc-shaped opening is open toward the cover 20, and the second fitting structure 21 may be embodied as a notch structure whose notch is open toward the top cover 10. The present embodiment does not specifically limit the half-open structure, and the adapting structure may be configured to adapt the structure profile to the profile of the flexible structure 52 on the basis of the pressable half-open structure.
The half openings of the first adapter structure 11 and the second adapter structure 21 are positively pressed in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the flexible structure 52, so as to close and enclose the flexible structure 52, the flexible structure 52 is hermetically press-fitted between the pole piece main body 51 and the first adapter structure 11 and the second adapter structure 21, and then the pole piece main body 51 is hermetically press-fitted between the top cover 10 and the box cover 20. The metal portion 51b is exposed outside the top cover 10 and the case cover 20, and the electrical connection portion 51a is press-sealed inside the top cover 10 and the case cover 20.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the pole piece structure 50 fitted between the top cover 10 and the case lid 20 is a charging pole piece 502, and there are two charging pole pieces 502. The water tank structure is installed in the cleaning robot, the cleaning robot stops at the maintenance base station, the charging pole piece 502 is electrically connected with the charging pole piece of the maintenance base station in a contact manner, and the maintenance base station charges the battery in the robot main body through the electrical contact of the charging pole piece.
In a preferred embodiment, the top cover 10 is provided with a first receiving structure 12, the first receiving structure 12 includes a first waterproof chamber 12a and a first recess structure 12b, and the first waterproof chamber 12a and the first recess structure 12b are respectively disposed at two sides of the first adapting structure 11. The mouth of the first waterproof chamber 12a is open to the lid 20, the notch of the first notch structure 12b is open to the lid 20, and the mouth of the first waterproof chamber 12a and the notch of the first notch structure 12b communicate through the half-opening of the first fitting structure 11. In the orientation shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first waterproof chamber 12a, the first fitting structure 11 and the first notch structure 12b communicate in a space for accommodating the upper half of the pole piece structure 50.
The cover 20 is provided with a second receiving structure 22, the second receiving structure 22 includes a second waterproof cavity 22a and a second concave structure 22b, and the second waterproof cavity 22a and the second concave structure 22b are respectively disposed at two sides of the second adapting structure 21. The mouth of the second waterproof chamber 22a is open to the top cover 10, the notch of the second notch structure 22b is open to the top cover 10, and the mouth of the second waterproof chamber 22a and the notch of the second notch structure 22b are communicated through the half-opening of the second fitting structure 21. In the orientation shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second waterproof chamber 22a, the second fitting structure 21 and the second notch structure 22b communicate in a space for accommodating the lower half of the pole piece structure 50.
The openings of the first waterproof cavity 12a and the second waterproof cavity 22a are pressed, and the electric connection part 51a is accommodated in a space formed by pressing the first waterproof cavity 12a and the second waterproof cavity 22 a; the notches of the first notch structure 12b and the second notch structure 22b are pressed, the metal part 51b is accommodated in a space formed by pressing the first notch structure 12b and the second notch structure 22b, and the side openings of the first notch structure 12b and the second notch structure 22b are exposed out of the metal part 51 b.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in the embodiment of the present application, both the top cover 10 and the tank cover 20 are press-fitted with sealing by a waterproof structure which surrounds the periphery side of the water tank. The waterproof structure preferably includes the first waterproof structure 13 or the second waterproof structure described below, or includes a structure in which the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 described below are fitted to each other.
Pole piece structure 50 locates the outside of waterproof construction, is equipped with waterproof chamber between pole piece structure 50 and the waterproof construction. The waterproof cavity preferably comprises the first waterproof cavity 12a or the second waterproof cavity 22a, or comprises a positive cavity body formed by pressing the mouths of the first waterproof cavity 12a and the second waterproof cavity 22 a.
At least one of the top cover 10 and the case cover 20 has a wiring slot 25, and the wiring slot 25 is used for accommodating an electrical connection wire electrically connected to the electrical connection portion 51 a. The wiring groove 25 penetrates through the waterproof structure, the wiring groove 25 is provided with an inner wiring opening and an outer wiring opening communicated with the inner wiring opening, the inner wiring opening is arranged on the inner side of the waterproof structure, the outer wiring opening is arranged between the waterproof structure and the pole piece structure 50, and the outer wiring opening is communicated with the waterproof cavity. The specific arrangement of the cabling channel is described in detail below with reference to the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23.
The first adaptive structure 11, the second adaptive structure 21 and the flexible structure 52 are adapted to seal the pole piece structure 50 between the top cover 10 and the lid 20, and this seal constitutes a first layer of waterproof seal. Because the wiring groove 25 penetrates through the waterproof structure, the waterproof structure and the curing adhesive layer which can be filled in the waterproof structure cannot be continuous at the position, and therefore the penetrating position forms a weak sealing position of the waterproof structure. This application embodiment is equipped with waterproof chamber between waterproof construction and pole piece structure 50, makes the outer mouth of walking and the waterproof chamber intercommunication of trough 25, and outer holding electrical connection line that walks mouthful, towards pole piece structure 50's clearance between outer mouth of walking and the electrical connection line, accessible pole piece structure 50 itself carries out adaptation and shutoff, or optionally fills sealing material in trough 25 and waterproof intracavity, solidification colloid for example to this forms the waterproof sealing of second floor. Through first layer waterproof sealing and second floor waterproof sealing, form splendid sealed effect in pole piece structure 50's the position that sets up, when guaranteeing the good leakproofness of electric connection portion, make to form good sealed transition between electric connection line and the waterproof construction, and then guaranteed the high reliable leakproofness between top cap and the case lid.
In other embodiments, the first receiving structure 12 and the second receiving structure 22 may be eliminated, and the pole piece structure 50 may be stabilized by pressing the first adapting structure 11 and the second adapting structure 21 onto the pole piece main body 51.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the space where the first waterproof chamber 12a, the first adapting structure 11 and the first recess structure 12b are communicated and the thickness of the space where the second waterproof chamber 22a, the second adapting structure 21 and the second recess structure 22b are communicated are symmetrically arranged. In other embodiments, the thickness dimension of the space where the first waterproof cavity 12a, the first adapting structure 11 and the first recess structure 12b communicate with each other may be larger than or smaller than the space where the second waterproof cavity 22a, the second adapting structure 21 and the second recess structure 22b communicate with each other, and the whole space formed by the two communicating spaces is adapted to the whole outer contour of the pole piece structure 50.
In a preferred embodiment, the top cover 10, the case cover 20 and the case shell 30 are respectively provided with an adapting structure, which is a first adapting structure 11, a second adapting structure 21 and a third adapting structure 34, the first adapting structure 11 and the third adapting structure 34 are both in a semi-open shape, the second adapting structure 21 is in a channel shape, and the second adapting structure 21 penetrates through the case cover 20 along the thickness direction of the case cover 20. The first adapting structure 11 may be a U-shaped structure, and the U-shaped opening of the first adapting structure is open toward the case cover 20, and the second adapting structure 21 may be a U-shaped structure, and the U-shaped opening of the second adapting structure is open toward the case cover 20, and the two U-shaped openings are opposite to the two opposite passage openings of the second adapting structure 21. The present embodiment does not specifically limit the half-open structure, and the adapting structure may be configured to adapt the structure profile to the profile of the flexible structure 52 on the basis of the pressable half-open structure.
The half opening of the first adapting structure 11 and one channel opening of the second adapting structure 21 are positively pressed in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the flexible structure 52, the half opening of the third adapting structure 34 and the other channel opening of the second adapting structure 21 are positively pressed in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the flexible structure 52, the first adapting structure 11, the second adapting structure 21 and the third adapting structure 34 surround the flexible structure 52 from the outer periphery side of the flexible structure 52, the flexible structure 52 is in seal press fit between the pole piece main body 51 and the first adapting structure 11, the second adapting structure 21 and the third adapting structure 34, and then the pole piece main body 51 is in seal press fit between the top cover 10, the case cover 20 and the case shell 30.
In this embodiment, pole piece structure 50 preferably fits between top cover 10, lid 20, and housing 30 is an electrical connector 501. In this embodiment, it is preferable that the number of the electrical connectors 501 is one, the electrical connectors 501 are rectangular, and the annular circumference of the electrical connectors 501 is larger than the annular circumference of the charging pole piece 502, so that the size of the flexible structure 52 adapted to the electrical connectors 501 is larger than the size of the flexible structure 52 adapted to the charging pole piece 502.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4 to 7, a first waterproof structure 13 is disposed on one side of the top cover 10 facing the case cover 20, a second waterproof structure 23 is disposed on one side of the case cover 20 facing the top cover 10, the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 are both in a surrounding type, one of the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 is embedded in the other, and a curing adhesive layer is disposed between the embedded surfaces of the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23, so that the above-mentioned sealing press-fit installation is achieved between the top cover 10 and the case cover 20.
Wherein, one of the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 has a surrounding type groove, the other one of the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 has a surrounding type protrusion, and the top cover 10 and the case cover 20 are detachably press-fitted and mounted by mutually embedding the surrounding type groove and the surrounding type protrusion. Wherein, one of the third waterproof structure 33 and the fourth waterproof structure 24 has a surrounding type groove, the other of the third waterproof structure 33 and the fourth waterproof structure 24 has a surrounding type projection, and the detachable press-fit installation is realized between the case shell 30 and the case cover 20 by mutually embedding the surrounding type groove and the surrounding type projection. Before the groove and the protrusion are embedded, curing glue is filled in the groove, then the protrusion is embedded in the groove, a curing glue layer is formed between the embedding surfaces embedded in the groove and the protrusion, and thus good sealing is realized between the box shell 30 and the box cover 20 through the mode that the waterproof structure is combined with the curing glue layer.
In one embodiment, most of the first waterproof structure 13 surrounds the outer edge of the top cover 10, most of the second waterproof structure 23 surrounds the outer edge of the cover 20, and is close to the arrangement region of the pole piece structure 50, and both the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 are deflected towards the inside, and after the arrangement region of the pole piece structure 50 is avoided, the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 are deflected towards the outside and reach the outer edge again. Thus, the pole piece structure 50 is disposed outside the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23, and a certain distance is spaced between the pole piece structure 50 and the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23.
The first receiving structure 12 is located outside the first waterproof structure 13, the second receiving structure 22 is located outside the second waterproof structure 23, when the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 are embedded, the table top of the first receiving structure 12 and the table top of the second receiving structure 22 are seamlessly pressed together, and the first adapting structure 11 and the second adapting structure 21 are seamlessly pressed together on the outer peripheral side of the flexible structure 52, so that complete sealing is realized between the top cover 10 and the box cover 20.
In a preferred embodiment, a wire trough 25 is formed on one side of the box cover 20 facing the top cover 10, the wire trough 25 crosses and penetrates the second waterproof structure 23, an outer opening of the wire trough 25 located on the outer side of the second waterproof structure 23 is communicated with the second waterproof cavity 22a, and sealing materials can be selectively filled in the wire trough 25 and the second waterproof cavity 22 a.
In an embodiment, the top cover 10 is provided with a wiring groove, the wiring groove crosses and penetrates the first waterproof structure 13, an outer opening of the wiring groove located outside the first waterproof structure 13 is communicated with the first waterproof cavity 12a, and the wiring groove and the first waterproof cavity 12a can be selectively filled with sealing materials.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the cabling duct 25 starts from the inner wall of the first housing structure 12, passes through the second waterproof structure 23 in the width direction of the second waterproof structure 23, and extends to the inside of the second waterproof structure 23. The wire slot 25 is used to accommodate an electrical connection wire, which is used to electrically connect the charging pole piece 502 and the electrical connector 501, so that the charging pole piece 502 is electrically connected to the control center in the robot body through the electrical connector 501. The wiring groove 25 is filled with curing glue, and the curing glue in the wiring groove 25 and the curing glue in the second waterproof structure 23 are integrally connected to form complete sealing.
In other embodiments, the first waterproof structure 13 is disposed at the outer edge of the top cover 10, the second waterproof structure 23 is disposed at the outer edge of the box cover 20, two ends of the first adapting structure 11 in the length direction are connected to the first waterproof structure 13, and two ends of the second adapting structure 21 in the length direction are connected to the second waterproof structure 23. Before recess and arch are inlayed mutually, place pole piece structure 50 on second adaptation structure 21, make the latter half adaptation of pole piece structure 50 in second adaptation structure 21, it solidifies to glue to fill in the recess, and fill in the joint department of second adaptation structure 21 and recess and solidify and glue, then make the arch embedded in the recess, meanwhile, first adaptation structure 11 adaptation is in the upper half of pole piece structure 50, it forms the solidification glue film to inlay between the face of establishing so recess and arch are inlayed mutually, arch and first adaptation structure 11, the joint department of recess and second adaptation structure 21 all is formed with the solidification glue film, pass through waterproof construction and adaptation structure between case lid 30 and the case lid 20, and combine the mode on solidification glue film to realize good complete sealing. In this embodiment, the first waterproof structure 13 is flush with the first adapting structure 11, and the second waterproof structure 23 is flush with the second adapting structure 21, so that the pole piece structure 50 can be avoided without inward deflection.
In the embodiment of the present application, the cover 20 has a key groove 26 formed by stretching toward the housing 30, and the key groove 26 and the storage chamber 31 are isolated from each other. The key-press groove 26 has a front notch 26a facing the top cover 10 and a groove side notch 26b opening to the outside of the casing 30, the key structure 70 is movably fitted in the key-press groove 26, and the pressing portion of the key structure 70 is exposed to the outside of the casing 30 through the groove side notch 26b so that the operator can press the key structure 70. The top cover 10 is provided with a fitting notch 16 penetrating the thickness thereof, the breaking notch direction of the notch is consistent with the opening direction of the groove side notch 26b, the fitting notch 16 is opposite to the key groove 26, and the key cover 80 is detachably fitted on the fitting notch 16 and used for covering the positive notch 26a of the key groove 26 so as to limit the key structure 70 in the key groove 26.
In this embodiment, most of the first waterproof structure 13 surrounds the outer edge of the top cover 10, most of the second waterproof structure 23 surrounds the outer edge of the case cover 20, and is close to the setting region of the key structure 70, and both the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 are deflected towards the inside, and after the key structure 70 is avoided, the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 are deflected towards the outside and reach the outer edge again. In this way, the key structure 70 is disposed outside the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23, and the key structure 70 is spaced apart from the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 by a certain distance.
The assembly notch 16 is located on the outer side of the first waterproof structure 13, the key groove 26 is located on the outer side of the second waterproof structure 23, when the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 are embedded, the inner edge of the assembly notch 16 and the table top of the key groove 26 are seamlessly pressed, and the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 are combined to realize complete sealing between the top cover 10 and the box cover 20.
A wiring groove (not shown in the figure) is formed on the second waterproof structure 23 and the top of the key groove 26, and the wiring groove passes through the second waterproof structure 23 from the inner wall of the key groove 26 along the width direction of the second waterproof structure 23 and extends to the inner side of the second waterproof structure 23. The wiring slot is used for accommodating an electrical connection line, and the electrical connection line is used for electrically connecting the key structure 70 and the electrical connector 501, so that the key structure 70 is electrically connected with a control center in the robot main body through the electrical connector 501. The inside of the wiring groove is filled with curing glue, and the curing glue inside the wiring groove and the curing glue inside the second waterproof structure 23 are integrally connected to form complete sealing.
In the embodiment of the present application, an air pump accommodating structure 27 is disposed on a side of the case cover 20 facing the top cover 10, the air pump accommodating structure 27 has an accommodating cavity 27a, and the air pump 60 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 27 a. The structure wall of the air pump accommodating structure 27 includes a waterproof and breathable structure 27d, and the waterproof and breathable structure 27d prevents water from entering the air pump accommodating structure 27, and meanwhile, the air enters the air pump accommodating structure 27 from the waterproof and breathable structure 27 d.
The air pump accommodating structure 27 is disposed at an interval inside the second waterproof structure 23, and the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 realize a first-layer blocking effect, so that water outside the water tank structure is prevented from entering an environment where the air pump accommodating structure 27 is located, and air outside the water tank structure is allowed to enter the environment where the air pump accommodating structure 27 is located. The waterproof and air-permeable structure 27d realizes a second layer of blocking function, which blocks water in the environment where the air pump accommodating structure 27 is located from entering the accommodating cavity 27a of the air pump accommodating structure 27, and allows air in the environment where the air pump accommodating structure 27 is located to enter the accommodating cavity 27a of the air pump accommodating structure 27. The present embodiment provides the air pump accommodating structure 27 without opening an air inlet on the structural wall of the box cover 20, so as to further improve the waterproof and airtight performance of the environment where the air pump accommodating structure 27 is located.
Referring to fig. 3 and 11, in this embodiment, a wire hole 27e penetrating through the thickness of the air pump accommodating structure 27 is formed in the structure wall, a wire groove 27f is formed in the outer wall of the structure wall, the wire hole 27e and the wire groove 27f are used for accommodating an electrical connection wire, the electrical connection wire is used for electrically connecting the air pump 60 and the electrical connector 501, so that the air pump 60 is electrically connected with a control center in the robot main body through the electrical connector 501, and the wire hole 27e and the wire groove 27f are filled with a cured colloid, so that the wire is routed, and the wire hole 27e and the wire groove 27f are sealed through the cured colloid, so that the air pump accommodating structure 27 achieves the purpose of complete water resistance.
In a preferred embodiment, the structural wall of the air pump accommodating structure 27 includes an annular vertical wall 27b and an air pump 60 cover, one side end of the annular vertical wall 27b is integrally connected to the case cover 20, and the air pump 60 cover is hermetically welded to the port at the other side end of the annular vertical wall 27 b; and, at least one of annular founds wall 27b and air pump 60 lid is equipped with waterproof ventilative structure 27d, and waterproof ventilative structure 27d is including reserving the through-hole and locating the waterproof ventilated membrane that reserves the through-hole and extend along its cross section.
Further preferably, the air pump 60 cover is welded on the annular vertical wall 27b by an ultrasonic welding process, the waterproof and breathable structure 27d is arranged on the air pump 60 cover, the reserved through hole penetrates through the thickness of the air pump 60 cover, and the waterproof and breathable film is attached to the outer edge of the reserved through hole and covers the reserved through hole.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, in the embodiment of the present application, a first sealing structure 18 is disposed on a side of the top cover 10 facing the case cover 20, and the first sealing structure 18 surrounds a periphery of the first inlet 111; the side of the cover 20 facing the top cover 10 is provided with a second sealing structure 28, and the second sealing structure 28 surrounds the periphery of the second inlet 211. The sealing member 90 is fitted and press-sealed between the first sealing structure 18 and the second sealing structure 28, and the first sealing structure 18 is disposed inside the first waterproof structure 13, and the second sealing structure 28 is disposed inside the second waterproof structure 23. Thus, the first waterproof structure 13 and the second waterproof structure 23 form an outer layer waterproof against water in the environment outside the tank structure from entering the inside of the tank cover 20, and the first seal structure 18, the seal member 90, and the second seal structure 28 constitute an inner layer waterproof against water passing through the first inlet 111 and the second inlet 211 from entering the inside of the tank cover 20.
In the present embodiment, the first seal structure 18, the seal 90, and the second seal structure 28 are each in the shape of an opening tab structure, and each have a large end side and a small end side. The first sealing structure 18, the sealing element 90 and the second sealing structure 28 are all provided with a circular ring structure on the large end side, the circular ring structure of the first sealing structure 18 surrounds the periphery of the first inlet 111, the circular ring structure of the second sealing structure 28 surrounds the periphery of the second inlet 211, and the circular ring structure of the sealing element 90 is hermetically press-fitted between the circular ring structure of the first sealing structure 18 and the circular ring structure of the second sealing structure 28.
In this embodiment, the first fastening hole 112 penetrating the thickness of the top cover 10 is formed in the region of the top cover 10 located on the small end side of the first sealing structure 18, the first fastening hole 112 is formed in the region of the cover 20 located on the small end side of the second sealing structure 28, and the second fastening hole 212 may penetrate the thickness of the cover 20, or may be a blind hole. The sealing member 90 is hollowed out at regions corresponding to the first fastening hole 112 and the second fastening hole 212.
The sealing cap 40 of the water tank structure is detachably press-fitted to the top cap 10, and the sealing cap 40 has a cap portion 41, and a first closing portion 42 and a second closing portion 43 provided on the cap portion 41. The cover body 41 is detachably fitted to the top cover 10, and the first blocking portion 42 is detachably inserted into the first inlet 111, the annular structure of the sealing member 90, and the second inlet 211, so as to block the communication path between the first inlet 111 and the second inlet 211. The second blocking portion 43 is detachably inserted into the first fastening hole 112, the hollow area of the sealing member 90, and the second fastening hole 212, and blocks the first fastening hole 112 and the second fastening hole 212. Among them, the first fastening holes 112 and the second fastening holes 212 are used to fasten the coupling strength between the flap 40 and the top cover 10 and the cover 20.
In the present embodiment, the top lid 10 has a first depressed portion 19 formed by being pulled in the direction of the lid 20, and the lid portion 41 of the sealing lid 40 is press-fitted to the first depressed portion 19. The case cover 20 has a second depressed portion 29 formed by stretching toward the case housing 30, the sealing member 90 and the second sealing structure 28 are both disposed in the area of the second depressed portion 29, and the first depressed portion 19 is press-fitted into the space of the second depressed portion 29, so that the first sealing structure 18, the sealing member 90 and the second sealing structure 28 are tightly press-fitted.

1. A water tank structure, characterized in that:
comprises a box shell (30), a box cover (20), a top cover (10) and a pole piece structure (50);
the box shell (30) is provided with a storage cavity (31) and an opening (32) communicated with the storage cavity (31), the box cover (20) is in sealing press fit on the opening (32), and the top cover (10) is in sealing press fit on one side, away from the opening (32), of the box cover (20);
the pole piece structure (50) comprises a pole piece main body (51) and a flexible structure (52), wherein the pole piece main body (51) is provided with an electric connection part (51a) and a metal part (51b) which are opposite; the flexible structure (52) is arranged on the pole piece main body (51) in a surrounding mode, and the electric connection part (51a) and the metal part (51b) are arranged on two sides of the flexible structure (52) respectively along the axial direction of the flexible structure (52);
at least two of the top cover (10), the box cover (20) and the box shell (30) are provided with adaptive structures, at least two adaptive structures are pressed together along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the flexible structure (52), and the flexible structure (52) is surrounded by the at least two adaptive structures, so that the flexible structure (52) is pressed and assembled between the pole piece main body (51) and the at least two adaptive structures in a sealing manner; the metal part (51b) is exposed out of the adapting structure, and the electrical connection part (51a) is pressed and sealed on the inner side of the adapting structure.
2. The water tank structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
among the top cover (10), the box cover (20) and the box shell (30), at least two adjacent to each other are provided with the adaptive structures.
3. The water tank structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the top cover (10) and the box cover (20) are respectively provided with the adaptive structures which are respectively a first adaptive structure (11) and a second adaptive structure (21), and the first adaptive structure (11) and the second adaptive structure (21) are both in a semi-open shape;
the half openings of the first adaptive structure (11) and the second adaptive structure (21) are positively pressed to surround the flexible structure (52), and the flexible structure (52) is hermetically pressed between the pole piece main body (51) and the first adaptive structure (11) and the second adaptive structure (21).
4. The water tank structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein:
the top cover (10) is provided with a first accommodating structure (12), the first accommodating structure (12) comprises a first waterproof cavity (12a) and a first notch structure (12b), the first waterproof cavity (12a) and the first notch structure (12b) are respectively arranged at two sides of the first adapting structure (11), and a cavity opening of the first waterproof cavity (12a) is communicated with a notch of the first notch structure (12b) through a half opening of the first adapting structure (11);
the box cover (20) is provided with a second accommodating structure (22), the second accommodating structure (22) comprises a second waterproof cavity (22a) and a second notch structure (22b), the second waterproof cavity (22a) and the second notch structure (22b) are respectively arranged at two sides of the second adapting structure (21), and a cavity opening of the second waterproof cavity (22a) is communicated with a notch of the second notch structure (22b) through a half opening of the second adapting structure (21);
the openings of the first waterproof cavity (12a) and the second waterproof cavity (22a) are pressed, and the electric connection part (51a) is accommodated in a space formed by pressing the first waterproof cavity (12a) and the second waterproof cavity (22 a); the notches of the first notch structure (12b) and the second notch structure (22b) are pressed, the metal part (51b) is contained in a space formed by pressing the first notch structure (12b) and the second notch structure (22b), and the side openings of the first notch structure (12b) and the second notch structure (22b) are exposed out of the metal part (51 b).
5. The water tank structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the top cover (10), the box cover (20) and the box shell (30) are respectively provided with the adaptation structures, namely a first adaptation structure (11), a second adaptation structure (21) and a third adaptation structure (34), the first adaptation structure (11) and the third adaptation structure (34) are both in a half-open shape, and the second adaptation structure (21) is in a channel shape;
the half opening of the first adaptive structure (11) and one channel opening of the second adaptive structure (21) are in positive press fit, the half opening of the third adaptive structure (34) and the other channel opening of the second adaptive structure (21) are in positive press fit, the first adaptive structure (11), the second adaptive structure (21) and the third adaptive structure (34) surround the flexible structure (52), and the flexible structure (52) is in sealing press fit between the pole piece main body (51) and the first adaptive structure (11), the second adaptive structure (21) and the third adaptive structure (34).
6. The water tank structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the top cover (10) and the tank cover (20) are hermetically pressed and assembled through a waterproof structure, and the waterproof structure surrounds the periphery of the water tank; the pole piece structure (50) is arranged on the outer side of the waterproof structure, and a waterproof cavity is arranged between the pole piece structure (50) and the waterproof structure;
at least one of the top cover (10) and the box cover (20) is provided with a wiring groove (25), the wiring groove (25) is used for accommodating an electrical connecting wire, and the electrical connecting wire is electrically connected to the electrical connecting part (51 a);

an air pump accommodating structure (27) is arranged on one side, facing the top cover (10), of the box cover (20), the air pump accommodating structure (27) is provided with an accommodating cavity (27a), and the structural wall of the air pump accommodating structure (27) comprises a waterproof and breathable structure (27 d); the water tank structure further comprises an air pump (60), and the air pump (60) is accommodated in the accommodating cavity (27 a);
wherein the air pump accommodating structure (27) is arranged on the inner side of the second waterproof structure (23).
11. The water tank structure as claimed in claim 10, wherein:
the structure wall of the air pump accommodating structure (27) comprises an annular vertical wall (27b) and an air pump cover (27c), one side end of the annular vertical wall (27b) is integrally connected to the box cover (20), and the air pump cover (27c) is welded to the port of the other side end of the annular vertical wall (27b) in a sealing mode;
and at least one of the annular vertical wall (27b) and the air pump cover (27c) is provided with the waterproof and breathable structure (27d), and the waterproof and breathable structure (27d) comprises a reserved through hole and a waterproof and breathable film which is arranged on the reserved through hole and extends along the cross section of the reserved through hole.

the water tank arrangement further comprising a seal (90), the seal (90) being adapted and press-sealed between the first seal arrangement (18) and the second seal arrangement (28);
wherein the first sealing structure (18) is arranged on the inner side of the first waterproof structure (13), and the second sealing structure (28) is arranged on the inner side of the second waterproof structure (23).
13. The water tank structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein:
the flexible structure (52) is a soft rubber ring of sleeve beer.
14. A cleaning robot, characterized in that:
comprising a robot body, and a water tank arrangement according to any of claims 1-13;
the water tank structure is detachably mounted on the robot main body.
