Referring to fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 7 again, in the present embodiment, the key 121 and the face cover 111 are rotatably engaged, so that the key 121 can engage the triggering portion 123 with the electronic engaging key 109 in the process of rotating relative to the face cover 111 through the rotatable engagement, thereby ensuring the normal transmission and output of signals.
In detail, in this embodiment, the key 121 further has an engaging groove 137, the corresponding position of the surface cover 111 has an engaging shaft 143, and the engaging shaft 143 is rotatably connected to the engaging groove 137. Of course, in other embodiments, the engaging groove 137 may be opened on the face cover 111, and the engaging shaft 143 may be correspondingly disposed on the key 121. Meanwhile, the fixing frame 101 has the larger accommodating chamber 103, so that the position layout of the electronic matching key 109 can be adjusted according to the position layout of the trigger part 123 on the key 121, and the electronic matching key 109 can be fully ensured to be always positioned on the motion path of the trigger part 123, thereby ensuring the matching effect of the electronic matching key and the trigger part.
In more detail, referring to fig. 4 again, in the present embodiment, the matching groove 137 is substantially in a "C" shape, the matching groove 137 is specifically opened at a position centered in the length of the key 121, the matching groove 137 has a notch 139 facing the face cover 111, and the size of the notch 139 is smaller than that of the body 141 of the matching groove 137. Correspondingly, fig. 9 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 7 at a position III, please refer to fig. 9, in which the fitting shaft 143 is specifically disposed at a central position of the length of the face cover 111, and the fitting shaft 143 has a first shaft portion 145 and a second shaft portion 147, the first shaft portion 145 is substantially an arc-shaped cylindrical structure, the groove body 141 is fitted with the first shaft portion 145 and can rotate around the first shaft portion 145, the notch 139 is fitted with the second shaft portion 147, and the size of the notch 139 is larger than that of the second shaft portion 147, so that the wall body forming the notch 139 can abut against the upper surface or the lower surface of the second shaft portion 147 when the groove body 141 rotates around the first shaft portion 145.
Through the arrangement, on one hand, the key 121 is not easy to fall off from the first shaft part 145 in the process of rotating around the first shaft part 145, and the stability and the reliability of the key 121 in the motion process are ensured; on the other hand, the second shaft portion 147 can limit the limit position of the key 121 in the process of rotating around the first shaft portion 145, so that the key 121 is prevented from damaging the face cover 111 and the control panel 107, and the service life of the intelligent switch 100 is ensured.
As an optional scheme, in this embodiment, each key 121 is provided with two engaging grooves 137, and the two engaging grooves 137 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the intelligent switch 100. Correspondingly, a matching shaft 143 is arranged at the position of the surface cover 111 opposite to each matching groove 137, and each matching groove 137 can be rotatably matched with the corresponding matching shaft 143. Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the intelligent switch 100 specifically includes three keys 121, the three keys 121 are arranged side by side, each key 121 is provided with two matching grooves 137, the surface cover 111 is correspondingly provided with six matching shafts 143, the six matching shafts 143 can be six shaft bodies arranged in a split manner, and can also be a shaft body structure formed by fastening connection, so as to be matched with the six matching grooves 137 respectively, and thus the reliability and stability of the movement of the keys 121 are fully ensured. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the keys 121 and the number of the matching grooves 137 on each key 121 may be increased or decreased according to the requirement, and the embodiment is not limited.
Further alternatively, referring to fig. 4 again, in the present embodiment, the triggering portion 123 is disposed adjacent to an end of the key 121 at either end along the width direction of the intelligent switch 100, and is disposed at a position where the end of the key 121 is located in the middle along the length direction of the intelligent switch 100 (i.e., a position where the end of the key 121 is located in the middle along the width direction). Because the trigger part 123 is arranged in the center, the trigger part 123 is located on the longitudinal central axis of the key 121, and the electronic matching key 109 is located on the moving path of the trigger part 123, so that the electronic matching key 109 is located on the axis parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the key 121, and the two axes are arranged at intervals in the depth direction of the intelligent switch 100. Through the arrangement, a user can apply acting force to the central position of the end part of the key 121 to enable the key 121 to rotate around the face cover 111, and drive the trigger part 123 to be matched with the electronic matching key 109, and compared with the arrangement that two axes are staggered or deviated, better pressing hand feeling can be ensured, and the use experience of the user is improved. Meanwhile, because the accommodating chamber 103 of the fixing frame 101 provided in this embodiment is relatively large in size, it can be further ensured that the position of each electronic matching key 109 on the control board 107 can be adjusted along with the position of the triggering portion 123 of the corresponding key 121, so that it can be ensured that the triggering portion 123 can be stably matched with the electronic matching key 109 at the corresponding position along the pressing direction of the key 121.
It should be noted that the number of the triggering portions 123 of each key 121 may be multiple, for example, two, and the two triggering portions 123 are sequentially disposed at intervals along the width direction of the key 121. Referring to fig. 10, corresponding to the six triggering portions 123 of the three keys 121, the control board 107 of the present embodiment is provided with three electronic matching keys 109, each electronic matching key 109 is located on a motion path of the two corresponding triggering portions 123 rotating along with the keys 121 relative to the face cover 111, and the face cover 111 is provided with a plurality of through slots 115 corresponding to the plurality of electronic matching keys 109 one by one, so that each triggering portion 123 can pass through the corresponding through slot 115 to match with the corresponding electronic matching key 109 in the process of the keys 121 rotating around the face cover 111.
Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the electronic engagement keys 109 may also be adjusted according to requirements, for example, six electronic engagement keys 109 may be set as a group, two groups of electronic engagement keys 109 are set at the upper and lower ends of the face cover 111 at intervals along the width direction of the intelligent switch 100, and three electronic engagement keys 109 of each group of electronic engagement keys 109 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the intelligent switch 100. Correspondingly, two triggering parts 123 can be respectively arranged at the positions of each key 121, which are adjacent to the upper end and the lower end of the intelligent switch 100 in the width direction, the through groove 115 is arranged at the position, opposite to the triggering part 123, of the face cover 111, so that when the key 121 is pressed along the upper end of the intelligent switch 100 in the width direction, the triggering part 123 at the upper end of the key 121 can penetrate through the through groove 115 to be matched with the electronic matching key 109 at the upper end of the face cover 111, so as to output an electric signal, and when the key 121 is pressed along the lower end of the intelligent switch 100 in the width direction, the triggering part 123 at the lower end of the key 121 can also penetrate through the corresponding through groove 115 to be matched with the electronic matching key 109 at the lower end of the face cover 111, so as to output another electric signal, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the operation of the intelligent switch 100.
Fig. 11 is a second schematic structural diagram of the key 121 of the intelligent switch 100 provided in this embodiment. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, a light emitting element 149 is disposed at a position of the control board 107 adjacent to the electronic matching key 109, the light emitting element 149 may be an LED lamp bead, and the light emitting element 149 can be exposed through the through groove 115. Correspondingly, a light emitting portion 151 is disposed at a position of the key 121 opposite to the light emitting member 149, and the light emitting portion 151 is used for guiding out light emitted by the light emitting member 149. Through the arrangement, a merchant can carve functional words, such as information of trademarks, model information and the like, on the key 121 according to market demands, backlight can be carried out through the light-emitting piece 149, and the functional words can be better identified by a user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, each of the light emitting members 149 includes three LED lamp beads sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the intelligent switch 100, and the arrangement of the three LED lamp beads can sufficiently illuminate the light emitting portion 151, so as to facilitate the user to recognize. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the lamp beads can be adjusted according to requirements, and this embodiment is not limited.
It should be further noted that the light emitting portion 151 of each key 121 is located at the center of the width of the key 121 itself, and is just located at the back of the triggering portion 123, so as to ensure that the light of the lamp bead can be effectively transmitted out, and ensure the user experience.
The following describes the installation process, operation principle and beneficial effects of the intelligent switch 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention in detail:
when the intelligent switch 100 is installed, the control board 107 can be installed in the accommodating chamber 103, the elastic matching buckle 105 of the fixing frame 101 is buckled with the matching step 113 of the face cover 111, the elastic mounting arm 127 is fastened and connected with the fixing frame 101 by the fastener 131, and finally the matching groove 137 of the key 121 is matched with the matching shaft 143 on the face cover 111. When the intelligent switch 100 works, a user can manually press the key 121, so that the trigger part 123 of the key 121 can pass through the through groove 115 and then be matched with the electronic matching key 109, and output and transmission of electric signals are realized.
In the above process, the intelligent switch 100 can stably connect the fixing frame 101 and the face cover 111 through the cooperation of the elastic matching buckle 105 and the matching step 113 and the cooperation of the elastic mounting arm 127 and the fastener 131, so that the stress of the fixing frame 101 mounted on the wall surface can be reduced and buffered through the elastic matching buckle 105 and the elastic mounting arm 127, thereby reducing or avoiding the transmission of the acting force to the face cover 111, and further ensuring the stability and reliability of the pressing of the key 121; meanwhile, after the elastic matching buckle 105 and the elastic mounting arm 127 are arranged, the side wall of the fixing frame 101 does not need to be thickened to ensure the strength, so that the size of the accommodating cavity 103 can be enlarged to fully ensure the mounting reliability and the safety of the control panel 107.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent switch 100 with high safety and reliability.

a fixed frame (101) having an accommodating chamber (103);
the control board (107) is accommodated in the accommodating cavity (103), and the control board (107) is provided with an electronic matching key (109);
the face cover (111) is matched with the fixed frame (101) through an elastic matching piece, and a through groove (115) is formed in the face cover (111) in a penetrating mode;
the key (121) is movably arranged on one side, away from the control panel (107), of the face cover (111), the key (121) is provided with a trigger part (123), and the trigger part (123) can penetrate through the through groove (115) to be matched with the electronic matching key (109).
2. The intelligent switch of claim 1, wherein:
the elastic matching piece comprises an elastic matching buckle (105), the elastic matching buckle (105) is arranged on the fixed frame (101), and the elastic matching buckle (105) is provided with a hook part (117);
the face cover (111) is correspondingly provided with a matching step (113), and the hook part (117) is buckled with the matching step (113).
3. The intelligent switch of claim 2, wherein:
the fixing frame (101) comprises a plurality of elastic matching buckles (105), and the elastic matching buckles (105) are sequentially arranged at intervals around the circumferential direction of the fixing frame (101);
the face cover (111) comprises a plurality of matching steps (113) which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the elastic matching buckles (105), and each matching step (113) is matched with the elastic matching buckle (105) at the corresponding position.
4. The intelligent switch according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the fixed frame (101) is also provided with a first mounting hole (125), the elastic fitting piece comprises an elastic mounting arm (127) arranged on the face cover (111), and the elastic mounting arm (127) is provided with a second mounting hole (129);
the intelligent switch (100) further comprises a fastener (131), and the fastener (131) penetrates through the second mounting hole (129) and the first mounting hole (125) to connect the face cover (111) and the fixed frame (101).
5. The intelligent switch of claim 4, wherein:
the elastic mounting arm (127) is provided with a connecting part (135), the connecting part (135) is fixedly connected with the face cover (111), and the elastic mounting arm (127) and the face cover (111) are arranged at intervals except the circumferential direction of the connecting part (135) and form a clearance groove (133) together.
6. The intelligent switch of claim 4, wherein:
the fixed frame (101) is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes (125), the face cover (111) is provided with a plurality of elastic mounting arms (127) which are correspondingly arranged in the plurality of first mounting holes (125) one by one, and each elastic mounting arm (127) is provided with one second mounting hole (129);
the intelligent switch (100) further comprises a plurality of fastening pieces (131) which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the first mounting holes (125), and each fastening piece (131) penetrates through the corresponding second mounting hole (129) and the corresponding first mounting hole (125) to be connected with the face cover (111) and the fixed frame (101).

a matching groove (137) is formed in the key (121), a matching shaft (143) is correspondingly arranged on the surface cover (111), or the matching shaft (143) is arranged on the key (121), and the matching groove (137) is correspondingly formed in the surface cover (111); the matching shaft (143) is rotatably connected with the matching groove (137);
the triggering part (123) is arranged on one side of the key (121) close to the face cover (111), and the electronic matching key (109) is arranged on a motion path of the triggering part (123) rotating along with the key (121) relative to the face cover (111).
8. The intelligent switch of claim 7, wherein:
the matching groove (137) is arranged on the key (121), the matching groove (137) is provided with a notch (139) facing the surface cover (111), and the size of the notch (139) is smaller than that of a groove body (141) of the matching groove (137);
the matching shaft (143) is arranged on the face cover (111), the matching shaft (143) is provided with a first shaft part (145) and a second shaft part (147), the groove body (141) is matched with the first shaft part (145) and can rotate around the first shaft part (145), the notch (139) is matched with the second shaft part (147), the size of the notch (139) is larger than that of the second shaft part (147), and a wall body forming the notch (139) can abut against the upper surface or the lower surface of the second shaft part (147) when the groove body (141) rotates around the first shaft part (145).
9. The intelligent switch of claim 7, wherein:
the intelligent switch (100) comprises a plurality of keys (121), each key (121) is provided with at least one matching groove (137), the surface cover (111) is provided with a plurality of matching shafts (143) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the matching grooves (137), and each matching shaft (143) is rotatably connected with the matching groove (137) at the corresponding position;
the control panel (107) is provided with a plurality of electronic matching keys (109) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of triggering parts (123), and each electronic matching key (109) is positioned on a movement path of the corresponding triggering part (123) rotating along with the key (121) relative to the face cover (111); the face cover (111) is provided with a plurality of through grooves (115) which correspond to the electronic matching keys (109) one by one; each triggering part (123) can penetrate through the corresponding through groove (115) to be matched with the corresponding electronic matching key (109) in the process that the key (121) rotates around the face cover (111).
10. The intelligent switch of claim 7, wherein:
the matching groove (137) is formed in the middle of the key (121) in the length direction, and the trigger part (123) is arranged at the end of the key (121) and is located in the middle of the key (121) in the width direction.
11. The intelligent switch according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the control panel (107) is provided with a light-emitting piece (149) at a position adjacent to the electronic matching key (109); the key (121) is provided with a light-emitting part (151) at a position opposite to the light-emitting part (149), and the light-emitting part (151) is used for guiding out light emitted by the light-emitting part (149).
