For example, the water in the upper cavity flows out of the bottom plate 81, and falls into the water tank 5 below the bottom plate 81 through the water leakage gap 811 on the bottom plate 81 by means of gravity, so that the outflow water is prevented from affecting other parts, the water can be recycled, and the waste of the water is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the mist-free humidifier further includes a wet curtain housing 9 disposed in the accommodating chamber of the box 85, the wet curtain housing 9 includes a U-shaped frame 91 and a water distribution groove 92 disposed at the top of the U-shaped frame 91, and the wet curtain 4 is disposed in the U-shaped frame 91 and water is supplied to the wet curtain 4 through the water distribution groove 92. Wet curtain shell 91 is the platelike of the cuboid form of roughly, with the shape adaptation of the box 85 of mounting bracket 8, through setting up wet curtain shell 9, can improve wet curtain 4's structural strength and overall structure compactness, avoids water and steam to escape from wet curtain 4's both sides, guarantees that steam is discharged from discharge port 112, has improved the humidification effect, has avoided the influence of steam to other spare parts in the casing 1.
As described above, if the amount of water in the wet curtain 4 is too much, the water overflows the U-shaped frame 91 and flows back into the water tank 6 through the water leakage gap 811 of the bottom plate 81.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a water inlet 82 connected to the water pump 6 is provided on the bottom plate 81 of the mounting bracket 8, and a water outlet 83 communicated with the water inlet 82 and used for supplying water to the water distribution tank 92 is provided in the top wall of the mounting bracket 8. The water inlet 82 and the water outlet 83 can be communicated through a pipeline, for example, the water inlet is connected through a hose, so that an independent communication pipeline does not need to be arranged, the structure is simple, and the hose is better and convenient. The water pump 6 disposed in the cabinet 1 pumps the water in the water tank 5 to the water outlet hole 83 through the water inlet hole 82, and flows into the water distribution groove 92 through the water outlet hole 83.
As shown in fig. 11, a plurality of water distribution holes 921 for supplying water to the wet curtain 4 are formed in the bottom wall of the water distribution groove 92, and the plurality of water distribution holes 921 are uniformly distributed on the bottom wall of the water distribution groove 92, so that the uniform distribution of water in the wet curtain can be ensured, and the effect of water evaporation can be improved.
In some embodiments, a plurality of weirs 922 are disposed in the water distribution tank 92, the weirs 922 divide the inner cavity of the water distribution tank 92 into a plurality of water distribution areas, and each water distribution area has at least one water distribution hole 921 on the bottom wall, thereby further improving the uniformity and evaporation effect of water distribution.
As shown in fig. 11, a hemispherical protrusion is disposed at the middle position of the water distribution groove 92, the hemispherical protrusion faces the water outlet 83, the plurality of water distribution areas are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the hemisphere, so that the water flowing out from the water outlet 83 flows to different water distribution areas uniformly along the hemisphere and flows to the wet curtain 4 through the water distribution holes 921 in each water distribution area, thereby further ensuring that the water flows into different positions of the wet curtain 4 uniformly.
In some embodiments, the wet curtain 4 may be a HEAP filter screen or made of wet filter paper, preferably a HEPA filter screen. The HEPA filter screen can remove particles with the diameter of more than 0.3 micron by more than 99.97 percent, thereby playing a role in filtering air flow and improving the cleanliness of humidified air.
In some embodiments, the distance between the fan 2 and the electric heating element 3 is 8 mm to 25mm, for example, 12mm, 16mm, 20 mm. The inventor of the present invention found through research that an excessively large distance between the fan 2 and the electric heating member 3 may increase the size of the entire mist-free humidifier, which may affect compactness, and an excessively small distance between the fan 2 and the electric heating member 3 may cause the fan 2 to be susceptible to aging and a reduced life due to heat generated by the electric heating member 3, and thus the above distance range is preferable.
In other embodiments, the distance between the wet curtain 4 and the electric heating element 3 is 10 mm to 45 mm, and may be, for example, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40 mm. The inventor of the present invention found through research that an excessively large distance between the wet curtain 4 and the electric heating member 3 may increase the size of the entire humidifier, which may affect compactness, an excessively small distance between the wet curtain 4 and the electric heating member 3 may cause water and steam of the wet curtain 4 to easily affect the electric heating member 3, which may cause short-circuit and other problems, which may affect the service life of the humidifier, and scale may easily adhere to the electric heating member 3, which may affect the heating efficiency and the service life of the electric heating member 3.
