Abstract

本实用新型公开一种光伏隔音屏障,该光伏隔音屏障包括双面光伏隔音墙和固定组件,所述双面光伏隔音墙设有双面光伏组件,所述双面光伏组件的采光区显露于所述双面光伏隔音墙的外侧和内侧;所述固定组件,用于安装在道路上,所述双面光伏隔音墙固定安装于所述固定组件。本实用新型技术方案通过双面光伏隔音墙设置双面光伏组件,可以更加有效地利用散射太阳辐射能量和反射太阳辐射能量,使得道路上车辆行驶鸣笛噪声对居民影响减小的同时,可以对太阳光能量进行高效利用,大大增加太阳能发电效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及新能源利用技术领域,特别涉及一种光伏隔音屏障。
背景技术
太阳能光电利用是太阳能利用的一个主要方向,通过太阳能光伏板可将光能转化为电能,以供人们使用。光伏组件可以用于道路的隔音屏障,实现光电转化的同时,降低噪音对城市环境的不利影响。
但目前现有的光伏隔音屏障,一般为单面光伏隔音屏障,单面光伏隔音屏障只有一个面可以接收利用太阳光,太阳光利用效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提出一种光伏隔音屏障,旨在解决光伏隔音屏障对太阳光利用率不佳的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出的光伏隔音屏障,该光伏隔音屏障包括:
双面光伏隔音墙,所述双面光伏隔音墙设有双面光伏组件,所述双面光伏组件的采光区显露于所述双面光伏隔音墙的外侧和内侧;
固定组件,用于安装在道路上,所述双面光伏隔音墙固定安装于所述固定组件。
在一实施例中,所述双面光伏隔音墙和所述固定组件均为两个,两所述固定组件用于分别安装在所述道路的两侧,两所述双面光伏隔音墙分别固定安装于所述固定组件上。
在一实施例中,所述双面光伏隔音墙包括竖直段和倾斜段,所述倾斜段与所述竖直段连接,所述倾斜段位于所述竖直段的上方,所述竖直段和所述倾斜段的外侧、内侧均设有所述双面光伏组件。
在一实施例中,所述固定组件包括龙骨和混凝土墩,所述竖直段的下端固定于所述混凝土墩,所述龙骨固定于所述混凝土墩,且附着在所述竖直段。
在一实施例中,所述光伏隔音屏障呈敞口设置。
在一实施例中,所述双面光伏组件通过汇流器和逆变器与电网连接。
在一实施例中,所述双面光伏组件与多个蓄电池连接。
在一实施例中,两所述双面光伏隔音墙呈相对设置。
本实用新型技术方案的光伏隔音屏障可以利用不同入射方向的太阳光进行发电,有效利用太阳散射光、反射光。在一天中的不同时刻,太阳处于天空不同位置,太阳辐射的入射角度时刻变化,而双面光伏可以尽可能多的利用太阳能资源,更加有效的利用散射太阳辐射和反射太阳辐射,其发电效率优于单面光伏组件。将双面光伏技术用于道路隔音屏障,可大大增加太阳能利用效率。同时本实用新型可以通过双面隔音墙中双面光伏组件的输出电线连接汇流器和逆变器,转化为交流电流汇入电网,实现并网。也可以双面光伏组件连接蓄电池,供电动汽车充电或者路灯照明。为保障道路的空气畅通和自然采光,光伏隔音屏障可以呈敞口设置。本实用新型光伏道路隔音屏障可以用于道路的隔音屏障,实现提升太阳能利用效率的同时,降低噪音对城市环境的不利影响,实现光伏发电在交通领域的高效利用,减少火力发电的碳排放和空气污染问题,为实现“双碳目标”做出贡献。

太阳能光电利用是太阳能利用的一个主要方向,通过太阳能光伏板可将光能转化为电能,以供人们使用。双面光伏组件可以用于道路700的隔音屏障,实现光电转化的同时,降低噪音对城市环境的不利影响。
但目前现有的光伏隔音屏障,一般为单面光伏隔音屏障,单面光伏隔音屏障只有一个面可以接收利用太阳光600,太阳光600利用效率低。
本实用新型提出一种光伏隔音屏障,可以用于公路,通过双面光伏隔音墙100可以更加有效地利用散射太阳辐射能量和反射太阳辐射能量,使得光伏隔音屏障的发电效率远超过光伏隔音墙单面设有双面光伏组件的发电效率。本实用新型光伏隔音屏障的双面光伏隔音墙100不仅可以隔绝道路700上车辆800产生的噪音,而且还可以大大增加太阳能利用效率。
本实用新型提出的光伏隔音屏障包括双面光伏隔音墙100和固定组件200,所述双面光伏隔音墙100设有双面光伏组件,所述双面光伏组件的采光区显露于所述双面光伏隔音墙100的外侧和内侧;所述固定组件200,用于安装在道路700上,所述双面光伏隔音墙100固定安装于所述固定组件200。
具体来说,常规光伏组件只能正面接收太阳光600线来发电,而双面光伏组件由于特殊的电池结构和透明的背板材料,使其除了正面发电外,背面也可有效利用接收到的光线来发电,这些光线包含地面的反射光、大气中的散射光、空气中粉尘的反射光、周围建筑物的反射光等。通常双面光伏组件的双面发电特性使其可比常规光伏组件发出更多的电能。
双面光伏组件可以采用不同种类型的材料,包括但不限于单晶硅、多晶硅、碲化镉、薄膜光伏等材料。双面光伏隔音墙100的外侧指的是双面光伏隔音墙100远离道路700的一侧面,双面光伏隔音墙100的内侧指的是双面光伏隔音墙100朝向道路700的一侧面。如此通过在双面隔音墙的外内两侧面设置双面光伏组件使得太阳光600照射在双面隔音墙的受光面积增大,随着太阳光600方向的改变,依然能够保证太阳光600辐射能量可以得到充分有效利用,提高太阳光600能量的利用率。双面光伏组件可以对照射在其上的太阳光600进行能量转换,将光能转化为电能,在起到隔音作用的同时,还能将光能转化为电能使用,实现无碳发电。
双面光伏隔音墙100可以是1个或者多个,可以根据现场实地情况进行选择。例如:处于一侧是高山,一侧是居民区的地段,由于高山一侧没有居民,可以只在道路700靠近居民区的一侧设置双面光伏隔音墙100,阻断噪声传递至居民楼中的居民,同时双面光伏隔音墙100的双面吸收太阳光600辐射能量使得利用率提高。双面光伏组件的设置,可以提高光伏隔音屏障的太阳光600利用效率。
为适应多种路况的道路700,提高光伏隔音屏障的太阳光600利用率,在本实施例中,所述双面光伏隔音墙100和所述固定组件200均为两个,两所述固定组件200用于分别安装在所述道路700的两侧,两所述双面光伏隔音墙100分别固定安装于所述固定组件200上。可以理解的是,当太阳光600自右向左照射时,右侧的双面光伏隔音墙100外侧采光区吸收太阳光600辐射能量,左侧的双面光伏隔音墙100内侧采光区也吸收太阳光600辐射能量,照射在地面上的太阳光600经过反射被左侧的双面光伏隔音墙100的内侧吸收。若光伏隔音墙设置的是单面光伏组件,当太阳光600自右向左照射时,光伏隔音墙只有外侧能够接收到太阳光600能量,太阳光600能量利用效率低。
光伏隔音墙可以是多种形状设置,可以是拱形、梯形、三角形、半圆等规则及不规则形状,在本实施例中,所述双面光伏隔音墙100包括竖直段120和倾斜段110,所述倾斜段110与所述竖直段120连接,所述倾斜段110位于所述竖直段120的上方,所述竖直段120和所述倾斜段110的外侧、内侧均设有所述双面光伏组件。可以理解的是,根据太阳的全天轨迹可知,太阳光600的入射角是在不断变化的,倾斜段110的倾斜角度可以根据当地纬度进行选择,倾斜段110的设置可以更好地吸收不同入射角的太阳光600,使得太阳光600与倾斜段110的双面光伏组件垂直,太阳光600能量吸收最大化。
为固定双面光伏隔音墙100,在本实施例中,所述固定组件200包括龙骨和混凝土墩,所述竖直段120的下端固定于所述混凝土墩,所述龙骨固定于所述混凝土墩,且附着在所述竖直段120。混凝土墩用于安装在道路700上,龙骨作为骨架固定在双面光伏隔音墙100的竖直段120上,可以用于支撑双面光伏隔音墙100的长度和厚度,保证双面光伏隔音墙100的安装稳定性。
为保证道路700的自然采光和通风效果,在本实施例中,所述光伏隔音屏障呈敞口设置。即道路700两侧的双面光伏隔音墙100之间分隔开,且顶部设置有开口。如此设置,太阳光600可以照射到双面光伏隔音墙100的内侧,且空气畅通,有利于道路700光线充足。
在本实施例中,所述双面光伏组件通过汇流器300和逆变器400与电网500连接。需要说明的是,双面光伏组件可以将光能转换成电能(直流电);汇流箱将多路双面光伏组件输出并联起来一路输出,起到汇流作用;逆变器400将双面光伏组件的直流转化为交流汇入电网500,实现并网。本实施例通过光伏隔音板的双面光伏组件将太阳光600能转化为直流电能,这些直流电通过双面光伏组件的输出电线经过汇流器300汇流起来,在经过逆变器400转化为交流电,供附近电网500使用,这种方式经济实用,不仅可以降噪,还可以起到发电的作用。
在本实施例中,所述双面光伏组件与多个蓄电池连接。可以理解的是,可以在公路旁设置充电站,蓄电池可以是以一定间隔设置在充电站,在双面光伏组件产生的电能用于给蓄电池充电,蓄电池的电能用于供给电动汽车充电,或者用于给路灯照明,做到绿色环保发电。双面光伏隔音墙100可以是错开设置,也可以是相对设置,在本实施例中,两所述双面光伏隔音墙100呈相对设置。
结合上述所有实施例,本实用新型的光伏隔音屏障可以利用不同入射方向的太阳光600进行发电,有效利用太阳散射光、反射光。在一天中的不同时刻,太阳处于天空不同位置,太阳辐射的入射角度时刻变化,而双面光伏组件可以尽可能多的利用太阳能资源,更加有效的利用散射太阳辐射和反射太阳辐射,其发电效率优于单面光伏组件。将双面光伏组件技术用于道路700隔音屏障,可大大增加太阳能利用效率。同时本实用新型可以通过双面隔音墙中双面光伏组件的输出电线连接汇流器300和逆变器400,转化为交流电流汇入电网500,实现并网。也可以双面光伏组件连接蓄电池,供电动汽车充电或者路灯照明。为保障道路700的空气畅通和自然采光,光伏隔音屏障可以呈敞口设置。本实用新型光伏道路700隔音屏障可以用于道路700的隔音屏障,实现提升太阳能利用效率的同时,降低噪音对城市环境的不利影响,实现光伏发电在交通领域的高效利用,减少火力发电的碳排放和空气污染问题,为实现“双碳目标”做出贡献。

双面光伏隔音墙,所述双面光伏隔音墙设有双面光伏组件,所述双面光伏组件的采光区显露于所述双面光伏隔音墙的外侧和内侧;
固定组件,用于安装在道路上,所述双面光伏隔音墙固定安装于所述固定组件。
2.如权利要求1所述的光伏隔音屏障,其特征在于,所述双面光伏隔音墙和所述固定组件均为两个,两所述固定组件用于分别安装在所述道路的两侧,两所述双面光伏隔音墙分别固定安装于所述固定组件上。
3.如权利要求2所述的光伏隔音屏障,其特征在于,所述双面光伏隔音墙包括竖直段和倾斜段,所述倾斜段与所述竖直段连接,所述倾斜段位于所述竖直段的上方,所述竖直段和所述倾斜段均设有所述双面光伏组件。
4.如权利要求3所述的光伏隔音屏障,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括龙骨和混凝土墩,所述竖直段的下端固定于所述混凝土墩,所述龙骨固定于所述混凝土墩,且附着在所述竖直段。
5.如权利要求4所述的光伏隔音屏障,其特征在于,所述光伏隔音屏障呈敞口设置。
