A needle assembly according to claim 7 wherein the handle includes a slidable portion slidably mounted to the housing and at least one push-pull portion secured to the slidable portion, the push-pull portion being disposed on a side of the slidable portion and being slidable against the first blocking member and the slidable portion being slidable against the second blocking member.
9. The device of claim 7, wherein the device body further comprises a slider slidably mounted to the housing and disposed between the second stopper and the handle, the slider having a protrusion disposed in the passageway, and an end of the tube extending into the passageway extends through the second stopper and is secured to the protrusion.
10. A needle assembly according to claim 5 wherein said second blocking member is removably mounted to said housing, said second blocking member being of a tapered configuration.
