An air fryer according to claim 5, wherein a mounting (5) is provided on the bottom surface of the base (13), the mounting (5) comprising a plate (51), a first riser (52) connected to a first side of the plate (51) and extending downwardly, a second riser (53) connected to a second side of the plate (51) and extending downwardly, a third riser (54) connected to a third side of the plate (51) and extending downwardly, and a fourth riser (55) connected to a fourth side of the plate (51) and extending upwardly, the first riser (52) being opposite to the third riser (54), the fourth riser (55) being opposite to the second riser (53) and being connected to the peripheral wall of the base (13), a circuit board (6) being mounted on the lower surface of the plate (51), the water tank detection switch (17) is connected with the circuit board (6).

An air fryer according to claim 5, wherein mounting posts (122) are provided on the top surface of the base plate (12), the mounting posts (122) are located on both sides of the guide hole (121), and the tank detection switch (17) is provided between the mounting posts (122) and pressed against the base plate (12) by a pressing piece (18) engaged with the mounting posts (122).
9. An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance (3) comprises a frying pan (31), a basket (32) provided on the frying pan (31) and a steamer (33) provided on the basket (32).
10. An air fryer according to any one of claims 1-9, further comprising a reminder disposed on said base (1), said reminder being at least one of a notification light, a speaker and a display screen, said reminder alerting by at least one of flashing said notification light, sounding a notification sound and displaying a notification when said water tank (2) is not placed within said receiving tank (112) and/or said cooking utensil (3) is not placed on said base (1).
