In the above structure, as a more preferable implementation manner, the first transition guide assembly 5 in the embodiment of the present invention is horizontally disposed at an end close to the feeding end, and the second transition guide assembly 6 is horizontally disposed at an end close to the discharging end.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the first guiding arc surface 51 close to the feeding end is horizontally disposed, and since the material segment 8 is horizontally conveyed to the first anti-backlash disc 21 at the feeding end, the material segment 8 can smoothly enter the accommodating section 25 of the first anti-backlash disc 21 by horizontally disposing one end of the first guiding arc surface 51 close to the feeding end, and the material segment can smoothly reach the discharging conveyor belt by horizontally disposing one end of the fourth guiding arc surface 62 close to the discharging end.

1. A gap eliminating device for a cigarette filter stick is characterized by comprising:
a frame (1);
a first anti-backlash disc (21), a second anti-backlash disc (22) and a third anti-backlash disc (23) which are rotatably connected with the rack (1) and sequentially arranged from the feeding end to the discharging end of the filter rod, wherein the connecting lines of the centers of circles of the first anti-backlash disc (21), the second anti-backlash disc (22) and the third anti-backlash disc (23) form a triangle;
the first driving mechanism (3) drives the first anti-backlash disc (21) and the second anti-backlash disc (22) to synchronously rotate;
and the second driving mechanism (4) is connected with the rotating shaft of the third gap eliminating disc (23) and drives the third gap eliminating disc (23) to accelerate, decelerate and rotate at a constant speed.
2. The cigarette filter rod gap eliminating device according to claim 1,
further comprising:
the discharging conveyer belt is arranged at the discharging end and is matched with the third gap eliminating disc (23) for use, and the discharging conveyer belt is driven by an external motor;
the rotating speed of the third gap eliminating disc (23) moving at a constant speed is equal to the conveying speed of the discharging conveying belt.
3. The cigarette filter rod gap eliminating device according to claim 2,
the second drive mechanism (4) comprising:
the output end of the servo motor is connected with the rotating shaft of the third gap eliminating disc (23) to drive the third gap eliminating disc (23) to rotate around the axial direction of the rotating shaft;
and the electronic cam is used for controlling the output rotating speed of the servo motor, so that the third anti-backlash disc (23) rotates according to the rule of first acceleration, second deceleration and last constant speed.

the first drive mechanism (3) comprising:
the driving piece is connected with a rotating shaft of the first anti-backlash disc (21) and drives the first anti-backlash disc (21) to axially rotate;
the driving wheel is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft of the first anti-backlash disc (21), the driven wheel is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft of the second anti-backlash disc (22), and the driving wheel is connected with the driven wheel through a synchronous belt;
the tensioning structure is arranged on the rack (1) and used for adjusting the tightness degree of the synchronous belt.

the periphery of the first anti-backlash disc (21), the second anti-backlash disc (22) and the third anti-backlash disc (23) are provided with a plurality of shifting teeth (24) at equal distances, an accommodating section (25) for placing the material section (8) is arranged between every two adjacent shifting teeth (24), the tooth width of the shifting teeth of the first anti-backlash disc (21) is larger than that of the shifting teeth of the second anti-backlash disc (22), the tooth width of the shifting teeth of the second anti-backlash disc (22) is larger than that of the shifting teeth of the third anti-backlash disc (23), the length of the accommodating section of the first anti-backlash disc (21) is smaller than that of the accommodating section of the second anti-backlash disc (22), and the length of the accommodating section of the second anti-backlash disc (22) is smaller than that of the accommodating section of the third anti-backlash disc (23).

the second anti-backlash plate (22) is arranged between the first anti-backlash plate (21) and the third anti-backlash plate (23), when the first anti-backlash plate (21) is matched with the second anti-backlash plate (22), the shifting teeth on the second anti-backlash plate (22) can pass through between two adjacent shifting teeth on the first anti-backlash plate (21), and when the second anti-backlash plate (22) is matched with the third anti-backlash plate (23), the shifting teeth on the third anti-backlash plate (23) can pass through between two adjacent shifting teeth on the second anti-backlash plate (22).

further comprising:
the first transition guide assembly (5) is arranged at the intersection area of the first anti-backlash disc (21) and the second anti-backlash disc (22), and the first transition guide assembly (5) is matched with the shifting tooth (24) for use, so that the material section (8) is transferred from the accommodating section of the first anti-backlash disc (21) to the accommodating section of the second anti-backlash disc (22);
and the second transition guide assembly (6) is arranged at the intersection area of the second anti-backlash disc (22) and the third anti-backlash disc (23), and the second transition guide assembly (6) is matched with the shifting tooth (24) for use, so that the material section (8) is transferred from the accommodating section of the second anti-backlash disc (22) to the accommodating section of the third anti-backlash disc (23).
