The outdoor power supply with a cigarette lighting device according to claim 3, wherein the cigarette lighting base comprises a casing, a ceramic base, a contact terminal and an insulating plate, the casing is concave to form the cylinder, the ceramic base is arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the cylinder, the insulating plate is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the cylinder relative to the ceramic base, the insulating plate and the casing are provided with through holes along the axial direction of the cylinder, and the contact terminal is arranged in the through holes in a penetrating manner.
