Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Embodiments of the present application provide a melt fixing assembly, see fig. 1, comprising: the fuse element comprises a sheet body 10 and two fixing parts 20, wherein the two fixing parts 20 are detachably arranged on one side surface of the sheet body 10, and a mounting gap 21 is arranged between the two fixing parts 20, and the mounting gap 21 is used for mounting a fuse element.
For the embodiment of the application, when the melt fixing component is used for connecting a melt with a capacity of 800A or above, because the current passing through the melt is large, a plurality of wires or a large-diameter wire need to be connected to the sheet body 10, but because the contact area of the sheet body 10 is fixed, the connection of the plurality of wires or the large-diameter wire is not supported, and the heat dissipation area cannot be increased. In this regard, in the present embodiment, two fixing portions 20 are detachably provided on the sheet body 10. That is, when the contact area of the sheet-shaped body 10 needs to be increased, the sheet-shaped body 10 with a larger contact area can be replaced, so as to increase the heat dissipation area, or enable the sheet-shaped body 10 to support connection of multiple wires or large-diameter wires.
When the sheet-shaped body 10 is replaced, the sheet-shaped body 10 with different shapes can be selected according to the installation space or the actual requirement. For example, due to the limitation of the installation space, the sheet body 10 may be configured in a special shape (e.g., an oval shape, a diamond shape, or an irregular shape) that meets the installation space requirement, or the sheet body 10 may be configured in a rectangular shape. It should be noted that the sheet-like body 10 and the fixing portion 20 are made of conductive materials. In a possible embodiment, both the sheet-like body 10 and the fixing portion 20 are made of copper.
In order to facilitate the installation of the melt in the installation gap 21 when fixing the melt, coaxial through holes are formed in the two fixing portions 20 to facilitate the fixation of the melt by bolts. In a possible embodiment, the two fixing portions 20 may be symmetrically disposed on one side of the sheet body 10 for aesthetic reasons.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the fixing portion 20 may include an upright portion 22 and a bent portion 23, as can be seen from fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the fixing portion 20 is substantially "L" shaped, and is fixedly connected to one side surface of the sheet-like body 10 through the bent portion 23, and the two upright portions 22 jointly define the above-mentioned installation gap 21.
The bent portion 23 may be fixedly connected to the sheet body 10 by a bolt. The vertical portion 22 and the bent portion 23 may be connected by welding or may be formed by integral molding.
Further, all seted up coaxial fixed orifices on two vertical portions 22 and fixed the fuse-element, and the fixed orifices runs through vertical portion 22 on the array direction of fixed part 10, owing to adopt the mode of bolt fastening when fixed fuse-element, for the convenience of wearing to establish of bolt, can be so that the axis coincidence of two fixed orificess.
Since the leads connected to the sheet-shaped body 10 are connected by the terminals, at least one wiring hole 11 may be formed in the sheet-shaped body 10 in order to allow the sheet-shaped body 10 to connect multiple leads, and the wiring hole 11 penetrates the sheet-shaped body 10 in the thickness direction of the sheet-shaped body 10. It should be noted that the number of the wiring holes 11 can be selected according to actual needs, or a plurality of wiring holes 11 are formed in advance, and when necessary, a lead can be connected to the corresponding wiring hole 11.
When the fuse is composed of the fuse fixing component, an insulating base needs to be mounted on the fuse fixing component, so that two insulating terminals 12 may be disposed on the other side surface of the chip body 10 for connecting the insulating base, and of course, the number of the insulating terminals 12 may be one or more, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The fuse device of the present embodiment further includes two of the above-described fuse element fixing assemblies and a fuse element 30, one of the fuse element fixing assemblies is disposed on one side of the fuse element 30, and the other fuse element fixing assembly is disposed on the other side of the fuse element 30, as shown in fig. 2.
Further, an engaging lug 31 is provided at each of one side of the melt 30 and the other side of the melt 30, and the engaging lug 31 is provided at the mounting gap 21 of the melt fixing assembly and is connected with the fixing portion 20 of the melt fixing assembly by a bolt to form the fuse.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present application.
