An adjustable mounting arrangement for an outboard motor according to claim 1 further including an adjustment bracket (50) and a locking mechanism (60); the adjusting bracket (50) is arranged in the mounting part in a manner of rotating up and down; the locking mechanism (60) is used for fixing the adjusting bracket (50) relative to the mounting seat (20); the mounting part can mount an external outboard motor on the mounting part through the adjusting bracket (50).
