Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the workpiece holder provided by the present application includes a fixing mechanism 1, a pressing mechanism 2, a locking mechanism 3, and a force arm 4. The fixing mechanism 1, the pressing mechanism 2 and the locking mechanism 3 are all assembled on the force arm 4. The fixing mechanism 1 is used for fixing the workpiece holder on a working table surface, the pressing mechanism 2 is used for pressing a workpiece or a material to be processed, and the locking mechanism 3 is used for connecting the force arm 4 to the fixing mechanism 1. The installation position of the force arm 4 on the fixing mechanism 1 can be adjusted by loosening the locking mechanism 3, and the force arm 4 can be fixed on the fixing mechanism 1 by tightening the locking mechanism 3.
The fixing mechanism 1 comprises a main screw rod 11 and an aperture self-adaptive locking mechanism 12, the main screw rod 11 is used for bearing the force arm 4, and the aperture self-adaptive locking mechanism 12 is used for adapting to mounting holes with different apertures on the working table so as to fix the main screw rod 11 in the mounting holes on the working table. Under the condition that the first wedge 1211 and the second wedge 1221 are wedged into each other, the first wedge 121 and the second wedge 122 are placed into a positioning hole of a hole site, such as a woodworking workbench, where the workpiece clamp needs to be installed, and then the locking screw 123 is rotated through the nut 125 until the second wedge 122 and the first wedge 121 are misaligned to tighten the positioning hole, thereby completing the fixing of the workpiece clamp on the workbench.
The pressing mechanism 2 comprises a pressing rod 21, a pressing piece 22 and a handle 23; a pressure rod screw hole 45 is formed in the force arm 4, an external thread is formed in the pressure rod 21, and the pressure rod 21 is in threaded connection with the pressure rod screw hole 45; the pressing piece 22 and the handle 23 are respectively arranged at two ends of the pressing rod 21, the pressing piece 22 is used for pressing a workpiece, and the handle 23 is used for adjusting the tightness of pressing. The rotating handle 23 can press or loosen the pressing member 22 to avoid damaging the surface of the workpiece, the pressing member 22 may be made of a material with moderate hardness, or the pressing member 22 may be made of a metal material and the pressing member 22 may be provided with an elastic buffer member such as a rubber pad.
The locking mechanism 3 includes a locking screw 31, a locking lever 32, an elastic member 33, a cover 34, and a support rod 35. The arm 4 is further provided with a locking screw hole 42, a locking rod accommodating cavity 43 and an elastic member accommodating hole 44. The locking rod accommodating chamber 43 communicates with the main screw rod fitting hole 41, and the elastic member accommodating hole 44 is opened at the bottom of the locking rod accommodating chamber 43. The elastic member 33 is fitted in the elastic member receiving hole 44 and partially protrudes out of the elastic member receiving hole 44, the locking lever 32 is fitted in the locking lever receiving chamber 43, the cover 34 is fixedly installed at an opening portion of the locking lever receiving chamber 43, and the locking screw hole 42 is opened in the cover 34. The locking screw 31 is fitted into the locking screw hole 42, the arm 4 can be fixed to the main screw 11 of the fixing mechanism 1 by tightening the locking screw 31, and the mounting position of the arm 4 on the main screw 11 can be adjusted by loosening the locking screw 31. The support rod 35 is disposed in the main screw assembly hole 41 on a side different from the locking rod 32, and the support rod 35 is used for providing a supporting force for the main screw 11 and is capable of cooperating with the locking rod 32 to lock the main screw 11.
The locking screw 31 is screwed into the locking screw hole 42, and the locking lever 32 presses the main screw bar 11 by the locking screw 31. When the position of the force arm 4 needs to be adjusted, the locking screw 31 is gradually screwed out of the locking screw hole 42, the locking rod 32 loosens the main screw rod 11 under the action of the elastic element 33, at this time, the force arm 4 can be lifted or lowered, and after the adjustment is finished, the locking screw 31 is screwed in to fix the main screw rod 11 between the support rod 35 and the locking rod 32. Wherein the locking bar 32 and the support bar 35 are dimensioned to fit the pitch of the main screw 11.
The functional principle is as follows: before use, the workpiece holder is fixed in the mounting hole of the working table through the hole diameter self-adaptive locking mechanism 12. Then, according to the size of the workpiece or timber to be clamped, the locking screw 31 is loosened and tightened to adjust the fixing position of the force arm 4 on the main screw rod 11.
