Description

Fixing device for fixing a filter and filter device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of air treatment technology, and more particularly, to a fixing device for fixing a filter and a filter device.
Background
The air treatment device plays a role in filtering air by arranging the filtering structure. In order to ensure the filtering effect on the air during the use of the air treatment device, it is often necessary to replace the filter structure with a new one after a period of use. There are generally two ways of replacing the filter structure: side extraction, i.e. extracting the filter structure from the side of the air treatment device and replacing it; or back pumping, i.e. a worker enters the air treatment device from the rear side of the air treatment device and replaces the filter structure. In a large-sized air treatment apparatus, in order to facilitate production of a filter structure and to enable partial replacement of the filter structure, the filter structure is generally provided such that a plurality of small filter modules are adjacent to each other, and if a side-drawing method is employed, the filter module located at the center position cannot be replaced, so that the filter module is generally replaced by a back-drawing method in the large-sized air treatment apparatus. When the filter structure needs to be replaced, a worker only needs to enter the air treatment device from the rear side of the air treatment device, remove the old filter in the filter assembly and install a new filter.
Existing filter assemblies typically provide securing structures at the four corners of the filter assembly that secure the filter in the filter assembly using, for example, screws. Therefore, each filter needs to be installed in the filter frame by at least four screws, so that it takes a long time for a worker to attach and detach the screws when replacing the filter, especially when replacing the filter of a large-sized air treatment device, resulting in low efficiency and productivity.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the fixing device 100 includes a frame 110 and a resilient sheet 120. The filter 200 can be placed in the frame 110, and the elastic pieces 120 are engaged with the stopper grooves 112 of the frame 110, thereby fixing the filter 200 in the frame 110. The present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
For ease of understanding, reference directions are set forth in the drawings and the following description. The first direction X is a length direction of the frame 110, the second direction Y is a width direction of the frame 110, and the third direction Z is a depth direction of the frame 110.
With particular reference to fig. 1 and 3, the frame 110 comprises two sides extending along the first direction X and two sides extending along the second direction Y, wherein each side comprises an inner surface 113. The frame 110 may be provided in a hollow structure in the third direction Z for accommodating the filter 200. When the filter 200 is mounted in the frame 110, the cross-sectional shape of the frame 110 in the third direction Z is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the filter 200 in the third direction Z; and the cross-sectional dimension of the frame 110 in the third direction Z is matched with the cross-sectional dimension of the filter 200 in the third direction Z, so that the inner surface 113 of the frame 110 is tightly matched with the filter 200, air is prevented from passing through a gap between the inner surface 113 of the frame 110 and the filter 200, and the air filtering quality is ensured. The frame 110 of the illustrated embodiment includes four sides and is square in cross-sectional shape, and thus may correspond to the filter 200 having a square cross-sectional shape. Other cross-sectional shapes of the frame 110 and the number of sides are also contemplated and the application is not limited.
The frame 110 includes a stopper 111. The stopper 111 is disposed on an inner surface 113 of the frame 110. Preferably, the stopping portion 111 is disposed on one side of the frame 110 in the third direction Z (referred to as a bottom of the frame 110 herein, and a side opposite to the bottom of the frame 110 in the third direction Z is an opening), so that the filter 200 can partially abut against the stopping portion 111 when entering the frame 110 from the opening along the third direction Z, and the filter 200 is prevented from continuously leaving the frame 110 from the bottom along the third direction Z after entering the frame 110. Of course, the stopping portion 111 may not be disposed at the bottom of the frame 110, for example, may be disposed anywhere on the inner surface 113 of the frame 110, and the application is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the stopper portion 111 extends toward the inside of the frame 110 perpendicular to the inner surface 113 of the frame 110, so that a contact area of the filter 200 with the stopper portion 111 is increased, the filter 200 is more firmly abutted against the stopper portion 111, and the possibility of air passing through a gap between the filter 200 and the stopper portion 111 can be reduced.
It should be understood that the stops 111 in fig. 1 are shown as four and extend continuously all along the length of the frame 110 in the first direction X and the second direction Y, but this should be considered as exemplary and not limiting. In other embodiments, the stopping portion 111 may also extend discontinuously, or have another number of stopping portions 111, as long as the stopping portions 111 can prevent the filter 200 from entering the frame 110 and then continuing to leave the frame 110 in the third direction Z.
Preferably, the stopping portion 111 can be integrally formed with the frame 110, which simplifies the processing steps and improves the structural strength of the stopping portion 111. Indeed, the stopping portion 111 may not be integrally formed with the frame 110, and the application is not limited thereto.
The frame 110 includes a retaining groove 112. The stopper groove 112 is provided on an inner surface 113 of the frame 110. In some embodiments, the limiting groove 112 is disposed to protrude from the inner surface 113 of the frame 110 and has an opening disposed toward the stopping portion 111. In some embodiments, the limiting groove 112 may not protrude from the inner surface 113 of the frame 110, for example, the limiting groove may be a groove directly machined on the inner surface 113 of the frame 110, which is not limited in the present application.
Preferably, the stopper groove 112 is integrally formed with the frame 110, thereby improving the structural strength of the stopper groove 112.
Preferably, the stopper groove 112 is provided near the opening portion of the frame 110 so that the fixing device 100 can be used to fix filters 200 having different thickness dimensions, expanding the applicable range of the fixing device 100.
In some embodiments, the limiting groove 112 is provided with one side closed and the other side opened toward the bottom of the frame 110, so that the components installed in the limiting groove 112 do not protrude from the limiting groove 112, the components installed in the limiting groove 112 are prevented from accidentally scratching workers, and the safety and the aesthetic property of the frame 110 are improved. However, for convenience of processing, the limiting groove 112 may be provided with openings on both sides, and the application is not limited thereto.
It should be understood that the frame 110 shown in fig. 1 is provided with four retaining grooves 112, and the retaining grooves 112 are provided two by two on the opposite inner surfaces 113, but this should be regarded as exemplary and not limiting. Other numbers of retention slots 112 and other arrangements are also contemplated and are not intended to be limiting. In other embodiments, two retaining grooves 112 may be provided on the inner surfaces 113 on opposite sides, respectively, in which embodiment the number of retaining grooves 112 is reduced but sufficient to hold the filter 200 in place.
Preferably, the position-limiting grooves 112 are arranged in a staggered arrangement on two sides. Wherein, both sides stagger and arrange and do: the spacing grooves 112 disposed on the opposing inner surfaces 113 are offset from one another, rather than symmetrically. Taking the embodiment shown in fig. 1 as an example, when the limiting grooves 112 on the inner surfaces 113 on two opposite sides are projected on a plane perpendicular to the first direction X (for example, the inner surfaces 113 on either side of the frame 110 extending along the second direction Y) at the same time, the projected outlines of the limiting grooves 112 on the inner surfaces 113 on two opposite sides do not coincide or partially coincide. When a plurality of frames 110 are disposed adjacent to each other, the staggered disposition of the stopper grooves 112 on the inner surfaces 113 of opposite sides can prevent components mounted in the stopper grooves 112 from interfering with components mounted in the stopper grooves 112 of the adjacent frames 110, causing inconvenience in assembly.
Preferably, the edge of the opening portion of the frame 110 may be bent into a hook shape 114 toward the inside of the frame 110 so that a worker is not injured by the sharp edge of the frame during the replacement of the filter 200, thereby improving the safety of the frame 110.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in some embodiments, the elastic sheet 120 may include a first end 121 and a folded portion connected to the first end 121. The folded portion may include a first side portion 123 and a second side portion 124, wherein the first side portion 123 is connected with the first end 121 of the resilient tab 120. When the elastic sheet 120 is used to fix the filter 200 in place, the first end 121 of the elastic sheet 120 is inserted into the limiting groove 112 of the frame 110, and the second side 124 of the folded part is pressed against the surface of the filter on the side close to the opening of the frame 110, so as to prevent the filter 200 from leaving the frame 110 from the opening after entering the frame 110. The fit between the stop 111 and the second side 124 of the fold limits movement of the filter 200 in the third direction Z, and the inner surface 113 of the frame 110 limits movement of the filter 200 in the first direction X and the second direction Y so that the filter is fixed in place. The simple structure of the elastic sheet is convenient to use, and meanwhile, the processing is convenient, so that the production cost is reduced.
Preferably, the resilient tab 120 may comprise a second end 122, wherein the second end 122 is connected with a second side 124 of the fold. In this embodiment, the first end 121 of the elastic piece 120 is inserted into the limiting groove 112 of the frame 110, the second end 122 of the elastic piece 120 is inserted between the inner surface 113 of the frame 110 and the filter 200, and the second side 124 of the folded part is pressed against the surface of the filter on the side close to the opening part of the frame 110, so as to limit the movement of the filter 200 in the third direction Z. The second end 122 of the elastic sheet 120 is arranged so that the elastic sheet 120 is not easy to fall off after being installed in place, and can stably press against the filter 200.
The included angle formed between the first side 123 and the second side 124 of the folded portion of the spring 120 is a spring angle. The elastic sheet is made of a material having elasticity, such as spring steel, 301 stainless steel, or plastic, etc., and the present application is not limited thereto, so that a worker can compress the elastic sheet to change the angle of the elastic sheet. In some embodiments, the second end 122 of the resilient tab 120 is inserted between the filter 200 and the inner surface 113 of the frame 110, and then the resilient tab is compressed and the first end 121 of the resilient tab 120 is inserted into the retaining groove 112, at which time the resilient tab angle and the elasticity of the material of the resilient tab 120 enable the second side portion 124 to press against the surface of the filter 200 and apply a force to the filter 200 in the third direction Z toward the bottom of the frame 110, thereby preventing the filter 200 from moving away from the bottom of the frame 110 in the third direction Z. It should be understood that other methods of mounting the spring 120 are also contemplated, such as, but not limited to, inserting the first end 121 of the spring 120 into the retaining groove 112, compressing the spring angle and inserting the second end 122 of the spring 120 between the filter 200 and the inner surface 113 of the frame 110.
In some embodiments, the spring angle range of the spring in the state of no external force is 30 ° to 45 °. The too small spring plate angle makes the worker easily break the spring plate 120 when using the spring plate 120; and an excessively large spring angle makes it difficult for a worker to compress the spring 120 when using it. This range of spring plate angles ensures that the spring plate 120 can provide a moderate spring back force while the life of the spring plate 120 is maintained. Preferably, the spring angle is 45 °.
In some embodiments, the width 120d of the dome 120 ranges from 20mm to 30 mm. The too small width 120d makes the spring 120 prone to apply too much pressure to the worker's hand; while the excessive width 120d makes it difficult for a worker to compress the elastic sheet 120 when using the elastic sheet. This width 120d range ensures comfort in use while enabling the spring 120 to provide a moderate resilience. Preferably, the width 120d of the elastic piece 120 is 20 mm.
In some embodiments, the elastic sheet 120 has a uniform width 120d, so that the structure is simplified and the processing is convenient. However, in other embodiments, the first end 121, the second end 122, the first side 123 and the second side 124 have different widths from each other, and the application is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the elastic sheet 120 is integrally formed, so that the structural strength of the elastic sheet is higher, and the service life of the elastic sheet is prolonged. However, in other embodiments, the elastic sheet may not be integrally formed, and the application is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the length 124d of the second side portion 124 of the elastic piece 120 pressing against the filter 200 may be about 25mm, so that the area of the second side portion 124 pressing against the filter 200 is large enough to firmly fix the filter 200 without obstructing the filter 200.
Preferably, the length 121d of the first end 121 of the elastic piece 120 may be 5mm, so that the first end 121 of the elastic piece 120 can be easily taken out of the limiting groove 112 or can be easily assembled into the limiting groove 112, the installation and disassembly processes are simplified, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that the dimensional values given in the embodiments of the present application should be considered as exemplary and not limiting. Those skilled in the art can design the width 120d, the length 124d of the second side portion 124, the length 121d of the first end 121, and the spring angle for the spring 120 different from those of the above embodiments according to the size of the filter 200 to be fixed, so that the spring 120 can be suitable for fixing filters 200 of different sizes, and the application range of the fixing device 100 is expanded.
Preferably, the angle between the second side 124 of the elastic piece 120 and the second end 122 of the elastic piece 120 is 90 °, so that the second side 124 of the elastic piece 120 can press the filter 200 to the maximum extent, and the elastic piece 120 can fix the filter 200 more firmly.
It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application fixes the filter 200 by the elastic sheet 120 cooperating with the limiting groove 112 of the frame 110, but other forms of elastic members are also conceivable, and the present application is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, an elastic member with a spring, etc.
Further, in some embodiments, a flexible gasket 130 is disposed between the filter 200 and the stopper 111. The flexible gasket 130 can eliminate an error between the filter 200 and the stopper 111, achieve a good sealing effect, prevent air entering through a gap between the inner surface 113 of the frame 110 and the filter 200 from passing through the bottom of the frame 110 from the gap between the filter 200 and the stopper 111, and ensure the quality of air filtration.
The specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the spirit of the application. Those skilled in the art to which the invention relates may effect numerous modifications, additions or substitutions to the specific embodiments described herein, without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as defined in the accompanying claims.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
