When the counterweight device 5 is pulled by the first rope 25, the slider 621 and the connecting plate 61 are slid, and the auxiliary rope 66 pulls the driving plate 54 to lift the counterweight block 53. Because the limiting column 60 is located in the opening 651, the continuous rotation of the rotary drum 65 and the screw 64 can be limited, the torsion spring 68 is located at the position with the maximum resilience force and is acted by the tension of the counterweight 53, the torsion spring cannot rotate, and the stress of the torsion spring 68 is reduced due to the limitation of the limiting column 60 and the opening 651, so that the torsion spring 68 is not easily damaged. Because the counterweight 53 rises, the auxiliary stay wires 66 of the other winding devices 6 are in a loose state, at this time, the corresponding torsion springs 68 enable the drum 65 to only receive the elastic acting force of the torsion springs 68 due to the reduction of the pulling force of the auxiliary stay wires 66, and drive the drum 65 to rotate towards the direction of the screw 64, so as to drive the auxiliary stay wires 66 to wind around the circumferential surface of the drum 65, so that the other loose auxiliary stay wires 66 are not easy to be wound together, the second stay ropes 282, the third stay ropes 389 and the fourth stay ropes 49 are not separated from the corresponding fixed pulleys, and the working stability of the body-building apparatus is ensured. When the weight 53 returns to its original position, the auxiliary wire 66 is pulled away from the drum 65, and the drum 65 and the screw 64 rotate relative to each other, so that the torsion spring 68 is in the maximum working state.
