A low noise food processor as defined in claim 2, wherein said sealing portion is a first outwardly extending flange, said housing has an abutment portion at a top end thereof, said metal inner cup has a second outwardly extending flange at a top end thereof, and said first outwardly extending flange is clamped and fixed between said abutment portion and said second outwardly extending flange.
4. A low noise food processor as defined in claim 1, wherein the distance between the outer wall of said flexible sleeve and the inner wall of said housing is not less than 0.5 mm.
5. A low noise food processor as defined in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the metal inner cup is provided with a highest water level line, the flexible sleeve is located above the highest water level line, and a distance L between a top end of the flexible sleeve and the highest water level line satisfies: l is more than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 25 mm.
6. A low noise food processor as defined in claim 1, further comprising a head disposed above said cup, said motor being disposed within said head, a shaft driven by said motor extending from a bottom of said head to connect to said grinding blade.

A low noise food processor as defined in claim 1, wherein a mounting cavity is formed between the bottom wall of the housing and the bottom of the metal inner cup, the motor is accommodated in the mounting cavity, a rotating shaft driven by the motor extends into the metal inner cup through the bottom wall of the cup body, and the grinding blade is provided at the end of the rotating shaft.
8. A low noise food processor as defined in claim 1, wherein said bottom wall of said inner metal cup is provided with a heating element on the outside thereof, and the distance between the bottom end of said flexible sleeve and said heating element is not less than 5 mm.
9. A low noise food processor as defined in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of said flexible sleeve is provided with inwardly projecting vibration dampening ribs.
10. A low noise food processor as defined in claim 9, wherein said outer wall of said inner metal cup is further provided with a guide projection having an outer diameter gradually increasing from the outer wall of said inner metal cup, and the top wall of said guide projection abuts against the bottom wall of said vibration-damping ring rib.
