In some embodiments, the air inlet 109 may be disposed on the outer casing 102 at a position corresponding to the height of the air inlet 108.
As shown in fig. 8, the inner container 30 includes a container waist portion 303, a container lower portion 302, and a container upper portion 304; the inner bladder waist 303 has a diameter greater than the inner bladder lower portion 302, and in some embodiments, the inner bladder waist 303 also has a diameter greater than the inner bladder upper portion 304, and the inner bladder lower portion 302 includes an arcuate sidewall 306 and a flat bottom wall 307, the specific bladder shape being described in detail below.
In one embodiment, the positioning portion 116 is connected with the heat-insulating ring 101 through the matching notch 117 in a matching manner, so that the air inlet 108 is communicated with the matching notch 117, the air inlet 108 is provided with an air inlet angle facing the lower portion 302 of the inner container to reduce the air resistance of cold air entering the heat-insulating gap 107, the cold air entering from the air inlet 108 circularly cools the lower portion 302 of the inner container around the inner container 30 from bottom to top, the portion of the lower portion 302 of the inner container contacting rice 50 is cooled, water vapor in the rice 50 condenses to the inner wall of the portion of the lower portion 302 of the inner container contacting the rice 50 to form condensed water 60, and the condensed water 60 soaks the rice 50 attached to the inner wall of the inner container 30.
The traditional inner container is not cooled, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the inner container does not exist, or the temperature of the inner container serving as a heat source is sometimes higher than the temperature of the rice and is not enough for the inner wall of the part of the lower part 302 of the inner container contacting the rice to be condensed into condensed water, so that the rice is burnt and stuck to the pot, and the inner container is difficult to clean if not stained with a coating. In this embodiment, the cooling of the inner container is completed by the cooling fan 40, which is specifically as follows:
referring to fig. 1, the cooling fan 40 operates to suck cold air through the air inlet 108 and supply air into the accommodating cavity 106, the air outlet direction of the air inlet 108 forms a certain included angle with the vertical direction of the cooker body 10, so that the air inlet 108 is provided with an air inlet angle facing the lower portion 302 of the inner container to reduce the wind resistance of the cold air entering the heat-insulating gap 107, and after the cold air with a certain air inlet angle enters the heat-insulating gap 107, the cold air circularly cools the lower portion 302 of the inner container around the inner container from top to bottom. When cooked rice is arranged in the inner container 30, high-temperature water vapor in the rice is condensed on the inner container lower portion 302 contacting with the inner wall of the rice, condensed water formed by condensation soaks the rice attached to the inner wall of the inner container, the temperature of the inner container 30 is low outside the temperature difference between the inside and the outside and high inside after cooling, namely, the temperature is gradually increased from outside to inside, so that the condensed water continuously infiltrates the rice on the inner wall of the portion contacting with the rice, the rice is prevented from being stained with, and the rice is convenient to clean.
When the condensed water is formed, the airflow of the existing cooling fan 40 is difficult to uniformly act on the lower portion 302 of the inner container, so that the inner walls of all parts contacting the cooked rice can maintain the existence of the condensed water, and the non-sticking effect is poor.
A certain air inlet angle can reduce the wind resistance entering the heat preservation gap 107, improve the air intake, and simultaneously cool the lower part 302 of the liner firstly by cold air, and the cold air circularly cools the lower part 302 of the liner from bottom to top, namely the cold air is blown down from the waist 303 of the liner until the cold air surrounds the lower part 302 of the liner, in the vertical direction, because the diameter of the waist 303 of the liner is often larger and gradually shrinks as going down, the air flow moves downwards, the closer to the bottom of the liner 30, the smaller the surface area Shu, and when the air flow moves upwards, the farther away from the bottom of the liner 30, the larger the surface Shu; in the horizontal direction, due to the existence of the cylindrical surface, the radian is gradually increased from the left side of the inner container 30 to the central line, the radian is gradually reduced from the central line to the right side, when the airflow moves towards the left side and the right side, the airflow which just flows out from the air inlet 108 is closer to one side of the central line of the inner container 30, the surface area is gradually increased, after the airflow crosses the central line, the surface area is gradually reduced along one side far away from the central line, a certain air inlet angle is formed, so that the cold air firstly flows downwards and upwards around the lower part 302 of the inner container, the airflow mainly flows in the vertical direction, not in the horizontal direction, when viewed from a path that the cold air firstly flows downwards and upwards, the surface area is gradually increased to form a diffusion effect due to the gradual reduction of the surface area when the airflow moves upwards, and the convergence effect enables the cold air to firstly contact the inner container 30 when the cold air is in contact with the inner container 30, the rear contact area is small, so that cold air can have a large contact area to absorb more heat when the cold air is relatively cooler, so that the cold air has a small contact area to absorb lower heat when the cold air is relatively hotter after the cold air is converged, and the problem that the heat of the cold air is excessively absorbed at the small contact area at the convergence part due to the supercooling of the cold air, and further, condensed water of each part contacting rice is uneven is solved; after the convergent effect, the cold air is heated, and on the basis, when the cold air is diffused and flows upwards, the problem of uneven cooling caused by more heat absorption at a small contact area can be solved.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to form a first-to-last air flow, a first air outlet 110 is provided at a joint of the pot cover 20 and the pot body 10, a joint gap is provided between the pot cover 20 and the pot body 10, the first air outlet 110 is formed in the joint gap, and the cold air is discharged through the first air outlet 110 after cooling the inner pot 30. The first air outlet 110 is used for exhausting air, which means that the bottom and the side wall of the accommodating cavity 106 are closed as much as possible, so that the number of holes is reduced, and airflow is prevented from being left from the bottom and the side wall. Preferably, the electromagnetic wire coil 105 is the electromagnetic wire coil mentioned above, and the electromagnetic wire coil is installed at the bottom opening of the heat preservation ring 101.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the inner container 30 is placed in the accommodating cavity 106 of the pot body 10, the electromagnetic wire coil 105 is arranged at the lower side of the heat-insulating ring 101, a bottom gap 111 is formed between the electromagnetic wire coil 105 and the inner container 30, in order to form the bottom gap 111, the inner container 30 is provided with an inner container flange 305, an air outlet channel 112 is formed at the matching position of the inner container flange 305 and the pot body 10, and the air flow in the heat-insulating gap 107 enters the first air outlet 110 through the air outlet channel 112. The air outlet channel 112 is arranged to change the air flow direction under the blocking of the liner flange 305, so that the hot air can more conveniently enter the first air outlet 110 and be discharged.
In some alternative embodiments of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a second air outlet 113 is disposed beside the cooling fan 40, the second air outlet 113 is communicated with the inner cavity 114 between the heat-insulating ring 101 and the outer pot shell 102, a heat dissipation hole communicated with the inner cavity 114 is disposed at the bottom of the pot 10, and after the inner container 30 is cooled by the cold air, the cold air is discharged into the inner cavity 114 through the second air outlet 113 and then discharged through the heat dissipation hole.
Lateral means disposed close to the cooling fan 40, and at a distance of not more than 10cm from the cooling fan 40, and the height of the second air outlet 113 may be equal to the height of the cooling fan 40, and of course, in some embodiments, the second air outlet 113 may be oriented at other positions.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the pot ring 104 has a supporting member 115, the supporting member 115 is disposed at the matching position, and the inner container 30 is supported on the supporting member 115 to form the air outlet channel 112. The supporting pieces 115 are arranged in a plurality of ways, the air outlet channel 112 is formed between the adjacent supporting pieces 115, the air outlet channel 112 is formed through the supporting pieces 115, the inner container 30 can be conveniently hung on the pot ring 104, not only can an isolation gap be formed, but also the air outlet channel 112 can be formed, and the structure is simple.
The process of forming the condensed water requires a cooling time, which cannot be excessively long, and in order to shorten the cooling time, a method of reducing the surface area of the portion of the lower portion 302 of the inner container contacting the cooked rice as much as possible, thereby reducing the power required for forming the wetting condensed water, may be adopted.
The process of forming the condensed water is estimated and analyzed, the temperature of the inner container 30 is about 100 ℃ and 110 ℃ in the final stage of cooking, and the temperature of the rice is 100 ℃. The estimation process considers that the sum of the heat released by the temperature reduction of the inner container 30 and the heat released by the condensation of the water vapor is equal to the heat removed by the air blown by the cooling fan 40.

Figure BDA0003397930890000091
according to the estimation, a condensed water layer can be formed after about 4 minutes of cooling time, the time prolonged by 4 minutes belongs to the acceptable range of rice cooking, the condensed water layer can be added into the rice cooking, and a small fan with the diameter of about 50mm can be used for conveying a fan with the flow rate of 150L/min, so that the scheme has high applicability.
The test of a sample making machine proves that the inner surface of the liner can be cooled to about 95 ℃ by the cooling fan 40 for 3-5 minutes, and a water layer is formed on the inner wall surface of the liner, so that the rice is not easy to adhere to the liner.
Through the calculation, the material, the shape and the weight of the inner container influence the area of the water layer, the specific heat capacity of the inner container, the quality of the inner container and the temperature rise of cold air, so that the cooling time can be controlled by improving the structure of the inner container and the like.
Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the outer sidewall of the inner container lower portion 302 has an arc-shaped sidewall 306 and a flat bottom wall 307, and the portion of the inner sidewall of the inner lower portion of the arc-shaped sidewall 306 corresponding to the arc-shaped sidewall and the parallel bottom wall is a spherical inner wall 308; the bulbous inner wall 308 may minimize the surface area of the portion of the bladder lower portion 302 that contacts the rice, thereby minimizing the cooling time. The arc-shaped side wall 306 means that the section in the up-down direction of the outer side wall of the inner container is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped side wall 306 rotates around the shaft to form an arc surface, the arc of the arc can be an arc with different curvatures, but not an arc with the same curvature, which means that the curved surface of the lower part 302 of the inner container can be an aspheric surface; the flat bottom wall 307 is used for the liner to be horizontally placed on a table top, and the flat bottom wall 307 means that the outer side wall of the liner is horizontally arranged. Through "outer flat incurvate", not only can not influence getting of inner bag and put the experience, also can be because the setting of globular inner wall 308 will make under the same rice volume, the surface area of rice and inner bag contact is minimum to reduce the energy that the vapor condensation released, and then shorten the cooling time.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the wall thickness between the spherical inner wall 308 and the flat bottom wall 307 is B1, the wall thickness between the spherical inner wall 308 and the arc-shaped side wall 306 is B2, and B1 is not more than B2. B1 and B2 can be the minimum thickness or the average thickness, generally speaking, the thickness of the liner wall is 0.5-10 mm, and the thicknesses can be set according to the situation, when B1 is less than or equal to B2, the liner with the outward flat and inward curved shape is as light and thin as possible, the weight of the liner is reduced, the heat storage capacity of the liner can be further reduced, and therefore the liner is convenient to cool, and condensed water is formed quickly.
For the convenience of processing, the inner container is formed by a stamping forming process, so that the wall thickness of the inner container is consistent, and the shapes of the inner wall and the outer wall are also consistent, for this reason, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the lower portion 302 of the inner container has a flat bottom portion 310 in which both the inner wall and the outer wall are horizontally disposed, the surface area of the inner wall of the flat bottom portion 310 is smaller than that of the outer wall thereof, and in order to make the surface area of the inner wall smaller than that of the outer wall thereof, a groove 309 or a protrusion may be provided on the outer side wall of the lower portion 302 of the inner container. Because the outer wall of the flat bottom 310 is provided with the groove 309 or the protrusion, the surface area of the outer wall of the flat bottom 310 is increased, so that the temperature rise of the cold air is increased, the heat taken away by the cold air per minute is increased, and the cooling time is shortened.
In some embodiments, a groove 309 or a protrusion may be disposed on the arc-shaped side wall 306 or the flat bottom wall 307, so as to increase the surface area of the outer side of the lower portion 302 of the inner container, and at this time, the difference between the inner surface area and the outer surface area of the inner container, which is "flat outside and curved inside", is further increased, and the arrangement of the inner surface area and the outer surface area "large outside and small inside" at the portion where rice contacts is formed, so as to accelerate the formation of the condensed water.
In order to improve the cooling effect, the volume of the cool air may be adjusted, and the cooling fan 40 may reduce the intake resistance to increase the volume of the cool air and reduce the cooling time, assuming that the rated volume of the cool air is 200L/min due to the duct resistance, and the actual loss will reduce the volume of the cool air to 200L/min or less.
As shown in fig. 11, the air guiding sheet 41 and the air guiding channel 42 are disposed at the air inlet 108, the air guiding sheet 41 makes the cold air entering the heat insulating gap 107 from the air inlet 108 have an air inlet angle, preferably, the air inlet angle of the air guiding sheet 41 entering the heat insulating gap 107 is between 10 degrees and 20 degrees, and the included angle is an included angle between a tangential direction of the air guiding sheet 41 at the air inlet 108 and a vertical direction of the heat insulating ring 101. In this embodiment, the wind inlet angle is 18 degrees, and in some alternative embodiments, the included angle may be 10, 12, 15, 20 degrees, and so on. When the wind inlet angle is less than 10 degrees, the wind guide channel 42 is inconvenient for mould forming and has large processing difficulty; if the temperature is more than 20 ℃, more cold air can act on the inner container wall, and the wind resistance is increased.
The air guide sheet 41 is provided with an air guide surface 43, the air guide surface 43 extends from one side of the cooling fan 40 to one side of the heat preservation gap 107 in an arc shape, so that when cold air blown out by the cooling fan 40 passes through the air guide sheet 41, the cold air can smoothly transit from the horizontal direction to a preset air inlet angle to enter the heat preservation gap 107, the air volume loss caused by unreasonable design of the air guide sheet 41 is avoided, the air resistance passing through the air guide sheet 41 is further reduced, the air inlet volume is increased, and the cooling efficiency is further improved.
The upper air guiding sheet 44 and the lower air guiding sheet 45 constituting the air guiding channel 42 do not overlap in projection in the horizontal direction, for example, the lower end portion of the upper air guiding sheet 44 and the upper end portion of the lower air guiding sheet 45 have an air guiding gap 46 in the height direction of the heat insulating ring 101, and the presence of the air guiding gap 46 facilitates the molding of the air guiding sheet 41 and also reduces the wind resistance of the air guiding channel 42.
As shown in fig. 12, the air guide passage 42 includes a first air guide passage 421 for supplying cold air to the side wall of the inner container 30, and a second air guide passage 422 for supplying cold air to the heat insulating gap 107; each air guide channel 42 is located at the height position of the arc-shaped side wall 306 of the inner container lower portion 302, wherein the first air guide channel 421 is located at the position with the largest container diameter of the inner container lower portion 302, and the air inlet angle of the first air guide channel is intersected with the arc-shaped side wall 306, so that cold air of the first air guide channel 421 can be supplied to the position of the inner container waist 303, the surface area is large due to the large container diameter of the side wall at the position of the waist, the air can be supplied to the position through part of the air guide channels to be cooled, a convergence effect is formed conveniently, the cooling uniformity of the inner container lower portion 302 is ensured, the air inlet angle of the second air guide channel 422 is arranged away from the arc-shaped side wall 306, so that the cold air of the second air guide channel 422 can be supplied to the heat preservation gap 107 instead of supplying air to the inner container wall, and therefore, the air resistance can be reduced, the air inlet amount of cold air is increased, and the cooling time is further shortened. There are a plurality of first wind guiding channels 421 and second wind guiding channels 422, and in this embodiment, there are 2 first wind guiding channels 421 and second wind guiding channels 422 respectively.
The cooling fan 40 is arranged at the diagonal position of the outer pot shell 102, and the space of the inner cavity 114 between the outer pot shell 102 and the heat-insulating ring 101 is the largest at the diagonal position, so that the cooling fan 40 can suck air conveniently, the air resistance is reduced, and the air inlet amount is increased.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 13, the cooling fan 40 is disposed on a positioning portion 116 protruding upward from the electromagnetic wire coil 105, and is sandwiched between the positioning portion 116 and a matching notch 117 formed on the heat insulating ring 101, an air inlet 108 is formed on the positioning portion 116, two ends of the cooling fan 40 are respectively disposed toward the air inlet 108 and the matching notch 117, at this time, the air guide plate 41, the air guide channel 42, the air guide surface 43, the upper air guide plate 44, the lower air guide plate 45, and other structures constitute an air guide assembly, and the air guide assembly is disposed between the cooling fan 40 and the matching notch 117 and is connected to the matching notch 117 in a matching manner. The air guide assembly may be directly mounted on the matching notch 117 by means of a connection method such as clamping or screwing, or may be mounted on the cooling fan 40 or integrated with the cooling fan 40. In another embodiment, the air guiding assembly may be mounted on the positioning portion 116 or integrally provided with the positioning portion 116, and the cooling fan 40 is inserted between the air guiding assembly and the air inlet 108 formed on the positioning portion 116. The cooling fan 40 sucks air through an air inlet 108 formed in the positioning portion 116, the sucked air flows to the air guide assembly after passing through the cooling fan 40, and the lower portion of the inner container 30 is cooled through the heat insulation gap 107 from a matching notch 117 formed in the heat insulation ring 101 after being guided by the air guide assembly.
Where not mentioned in this application, this may be achieved using or taking advantage of existing technology.
