Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides an orthotic seat comprising a frame 1, a support member, a flexible cushion 3 and an outer cover 4. Wherein, the supporting part is arranged on the chair frame 1, the shape of the supporting part is determined based on the sitting posture parameters of a user, and the flexible cushion 3 is laid on the chair frame 1; and is clamped between the chair frame 1 and the flexible cushion 3, and the outer sleeve 4 is sleeved outside the flexible cushion 3 and the chair frame 1.
The chair frame 1 is used for providing a basic frame forming a seat, and the side of the chair frame 1 facing the body of a user is a front side, and the side opposite to the body of the user is a back side. The support is fixed to the front surface of the seat frame 1, thereby changing the shape of the front surface of the seat frame 1. The flexible cushion 3 is laid and fixed on the front surface of the chair frame 1 and outside the supporting piece, and is fit to the surface shape formed by the supporting piece and the chair frame 1 together, so that a seat which is suitable for the sitting posture of a specific user is formed according to the shape of the supporting piece.
Wherein the shape of the support is determined based on a sitting posture parameter of the user. The sitting posture parameters may include physical size parameters of the user and a three-dimensional sitting posture model. For example, a specific user sits on a model-taking seat, the model-taking device scans the user to obtain body size parameters of the user, such as parameters of hip width, hip joint width, waist width, back width, thigh length and the like of the user when the user sits down, and a three-dimensional sitting posture model of the user is obtained, and the three-dimensional sitting posture model can embody a body curve of the user in a natural sitting posture.
Depending on the sitting parameters of the user, the support member may be configured to mimic the shape of a curve of the user's body, or to form a support for a part of the user's body, or to receive and hold a part of the user's body. For example, for a user with weak upper limbs, the support member may be provided with a recess on its surface, the size of the recess being determined based on the body size parameters of the user, such that the recess is adapted to receive and secure the user's body to assist the user in maintaining a correct sitting position. For example, for a user with deformed upper limbs and a deformed natural sitting posture, the shape of the supporting block can be matched with the three-dimensional sitting posture model of the user, so that the user is assisted to maintain the natural sitting posture of the user, and the further deformation of the sitting posture of the user is avoided. For another example, for a user with a certain upper limb control force, the support block can be installed at a position contacting with a part of the user's body, such as the waist, hip or spine of the user, so as to support the part of the user's body. For another example, the user is a child, which is small in size and easy to move around on the seat, and is easy to be dangerous, so that the supporting member has a certain thickness, and the supporting member is installed on the seat frame 1 to reduce the space of the seat formed by the seat frame 1, so as to limit and fix the movement of the child.
After the support is mounted on the chair frame 1, the flexible cushion 3 is laid on the chair frame 1 and the support and shows the shape of the support, thereby forming a seat capable of matching with the sitting posture of a specific user.
The chair frame 1 may be provided with a plurality of mounting holes 14 in an array, so that the supporting members may be mounted at a plurality of different positions on the front surface of the chair frame 1, or a plurality of supporting members may be simultaneously mounted on the front surface of the chair frame 1, so as to flexibly adjust the shape of the finally formed seat. The mounting holes 14 may be screw holes, and correspondingly, the supporting members are screwed with the chair frame 1.
The flexible pad 3 can be made of soft and breathable materials such as a spongy cushion and a latex cushion. The outer sleeve 4 may be a cloth sleeve. The outer sleeve 4 is sleeved outside the flexible cushion 3 and the chair frame 1 and is attached to the surface of the flexible cushion 3 and the back of the chair frame 1, so that an integral correcting chair is formed.
According to the correcting chair provided by the utility model, the shape of the seat formed by the flexible cushion 3 is changed by arranging the support piece, and the shape of the support piece is determined based on the sitting posture parameters of a user, so that the shape of the seat can be fitted with the body shape of a specific user, and the correction or maintenance of the sitting posture of the user is facilitated. For users with different body conditions, the shape of the seat can be changed only by customizing different supporting pieces, so that the customizing workload and the manufacturing cost are reduced.
On the basis of the above-described embodiments, it can be understood that the shape of the seat frame 1 in the orthotic seat provided by the present invention can be configured variously. For example, the chair frame 1 only comprises a backrest part 11 and a seat bottom part 12, and a support member can be mounted on the backrest part 11, and the upper half of the user is fixed by the recess of the support member, so as to prevent the user from shaking left and right. As another example, the chair frame 1 includes a backrest portion 11 and a seat bottom portion 12, and armrests are provided on both sides of the backrest portion 11 for a user to place his arms.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the chair frame 1 comprises a backrest portion 11, a seat bottom portion 12 and side blocking portions 13, wherein the backrest portion 11 is connected to the seat bottom portion 12, and the side blocking portions 13 are connected to two sides of the seat bottom portion 12.
The backrest portion 11, the seat bottom portion 12, and the side shield portions 13 form a seat space. As shown in fig. 2, the backrest 11 and the seat bottom 12 are connected in an "L" shape, and the side guards 13 are guards and are connected to both sides of the backrest 11 and the seat bottom 12, thereby forming a seating space with both closed ends. When the stay is attached to the chair frame 1, the stay may be attached to the backrest part 11 or may be attached to the side shield part 13. The flexible cushion 3 is laid on the front surface of the chair frame 1, and the seat formed by the flexible cushion 3 at least has a recess formed by the side blocking part 13, the backrest part 11 and the seat bottom part 12 together, so that the user can be ensured not to slide from the two sides of the correcting chair.
As shown in fig. 2, the side guards 13, the backrest 11 and the seat bottom 12 may be integrally formed. The side blocking parts 13, the backrest part 11 and the seat bottom part 12 can be provided with a plurality of through holes 15 for enhancing the ventilation of the corrective seat and reducing the weight of the chair frame 1. The mounting holes 14 may be provided between the gaps of the through holes 15.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the support member optionally includes the support plate 2. The supporting plate 2 is arranged on the side blocking part 13, and the shape of the supporting plate 2 is determined based on the width parameter of the joint in the sitting posture parameter; and/or the support plate 2 is mounted to the backrest part 11, and the shape of the support plate 2 is determined based on the upper end length parameter of the leg among the sitting posture parameters.
Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, two support plates 2 are respectively mounted to the two side guards 13 in a covering manner, so that the distance between the two side guards 13 is reduced, which corresponds to the reduction of the width of the seat space. The joint width parameter in the sitting posture parameter may include a hip width, a waist width, a back width, etc. of the user when sitting down, and the shape of the support plate 2 is determined according to the joint width parameter. For example, the supporting plate 2 may be a plate having a uniform shape and thickness with the side stop 13, and the thickness thereof satisfies: after the flexible cushion 3 is laid outside the chair frame 1 and the supporting plate 2, the seat width between the two side blocking parts 13 is fit with the largest one of the width parameters of the joints, so that the moving range of the body of a user is limited, and the body of the user is fixed to a certain degree. For another example, the supporting plate 2 may be a plate installed on a part of the side barrier 13, and the supporting plate 2 is opposite to the hip joint, the side waist or the armpit of the human body, and has a thickness satisfying: after the flexible cushion 3 is laid outside the chair frame 1 and the supporting plates 2, the width of the seat between the two supporting plates 2 is fit with the width parameter of the joint of the corresponding part of the user. In other embodiments, the support plate 2 is mounted to the backrest portion 11 in a covering manner, which corresponds to the backrest portion 11 being moved forward, thereby reducing the length of the seat space. The thickness of the support plate 2 may be based on the upper leg length parameter in the sitting position parameter, i.e. the length parameter from the hip to the knee joint section when the user sits down, so that when the user sits down on the corrective seat, the thigh matches the seat length, and the knee joint may be located at the seat edge.
It can be understood that in practical application, the correcting seat provided by the utility model can be provided with a plurality of fixed models, and the chair frames 1 of the correcting seats with different models have different sizes, so that the correcting seat can be approximately suitable for people with different body types.
