As shown in fig. 2 to 5 and 8 to 13, the plugging assembly further includes a second locking member 50. The second locking member 50 is movably disposed on the driving member 23 and spaced apart from the first locking member 30. The second operation portion 52 is a second pin structure fixedly connected to the second locking post 51, and the operation end of the second operation portion 52 is a second operation head having a second straight protrusion.
Specifically, the first plug structure 10 includes a first housing 11 and a first plug 12 disposed on the first housing 11. The second connector 22 also has a power copper pin for mating with the power copper pin hole of the first connector 12. The second plug 22 also has a signal copper pin: for mating with the signal copper pin hole of the first connector 12. The second plug 22 also has a guide groove. The first connector 12 and the second connector 22 are used for guiding and positioning during the process of plugging.
The pressing driving member is interlocked by a male-female contact structure to move the second connector 22 upward and downward integrally, thereby further connecting and disconnecting the first connector 12. Preferably, a disconnection mark "O" is provided on a surface of the upper end of the driving member, the disconnection mark being located at one side of the second locking member 50, and a connection mark "I" is provided on a surface of the lower end of the driving member, the connection mark being located at one side of the first locking member 30.
Specifically, the lower end of the driving member is pressed to push the second plug 22 to move upward, the first half seat 212 and the second half seat 213 limit the two sides of the connecting plate 223, the first guide post 412 located in the first oblong hole 2123 is in guide fit with the first oblong hole 2123, the second guide post 422 located in the second oblong hole 2133 is in guide fit with the second oblong hole 2133, so that the first connecting post 411 moves smoothly along a predetermined moving track, meanwhile, the first limiting head 413 stops outside the first oblong hole 2123 to prevent the first fastening member 41 from being separated from the first oblong hole 2123, and the second limiting head 423 stops outside the second oblong hole 2133 to prevent the second fastening member 42 from being separated from the second oblong hole 2133. Meanwhile, the spring is compressed and plays a damping role, the second plug connector 22 continues to move upwards, the second plug connector 22 is connected with the first plug connector 12, and at the moment, the first locking piece 30 is moved to enable the first locking piece 30 to move from the first unlocking position to the first locking position, so that the second plug connector 22 is stably kept at the connecting position. Conversely, the second connector 22 is disconnected from the first connector 12, and the second connector 22 is stably held in the disconnected position.
The application provides an LED box body assembly, as shown in fig. 14 to 17, the LED box body assembly of the embodiment includes a first box body 61, a second box body 62 and a plugging assembly, and the plugging assembly is the plugging assembly of the LED display device. Due to the fact that the plugging assembly of the LED display device can solve the problem that an integrated plug in the related technology is easy to loose, the integrated plug is easy to be in poor contact with an integrated socket, and the LED box body assembly with the plugging assembly can solve the same technical problem. The first box body 61 and the second box body 62 are adjacently arranged, the first box body 61 comprises a first side plate, the second box body 62 comprises a second side plate adjacent to the first side plate, the first inserting structure 10 of the inserting and pulling assembly is arranged at the first side plate, and the second inserting structure 20 of the inserting and pulling assembly is arranged at the second side plate. Specifically, the first side plate is provided with a first avoidance hole for avoiding the second connector 22 to be connected with the first connector 12 in an inserting manner, and the second side plate is provided with a second avoidance hole for avoiding the second connector 22 to be connected with the first connector 12 in an inserting manner.
The application provides an LED display device, and the LED display device of this embodiment includes LED box subassembly and sets up the LED display screen body in LED box subassembly front side, and LED box subassembly is foretell LED box subassembly.
