In order to facilitate the clamping operation of the second latch 31 and the second bayonet 412, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the second bayonet 412 is a square bayonet, the second latch 31 is a square latch, a middle portion of the square latch is connected to the rotating shaft 34, and a diagonal length of the square latch is greater than a side length of the square bayonet. The square buckle is matched with the square bayonet, and when the upper clamp body 2 is fixed, the square buckle only needs to penetrate through the square bayonet in a mode of being aligned with the square bayonet and then rotates for 45 degrees, so that the square buckle can be clamped.

In order to prevent the locking member 3 from rotating during transportation or use, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the locking member 3 further includes a third latch 33 connected to the stopper 32, the front surface of the upper clamp body 2 is provided with a second slot 22 for the third latch 33 to latch into, and when the rotating shaft 34 rotates to the second position, the third latch 33 latches into the second slot 22 to prevent the locking member 3 from rotating.
