7. The oil filter of claim 1 wherein the first and second seal rings are both rubber rings.
8. The oil filter according to claim 1, wherein an end of the casing facing a top end of the cover is fitted over an outer peripheral side of an end of the cover facing the casing, the cover abutting against the other end of the filter element.
9. The oil filter of claim 1 wherein a third seal ring is disposed between the cover and the housing.
