The natural washable refill of claim 2, wherein said gauze layers comprise a first gauze layer, a third gauze layer, and a fifth gauze layer, said refill layer comprising a second refill layer sandwiched between said first gauze layer and said third gauze layer, and a fourth refill layer sandwiched between said third gauze layer and said fifth gauze layer.
4. The natural washable refill of claim 3, wherein said first, third, and fifth gauze layers are all cotton gauze layers; the second filling layer and the fourth filling layer are both wool filling layers.
5. The natural water washable refill of claim 4, wherein said hanging points have a warp density greater than a weft density; the warp density of the hanging points is 38-58 pieces/inch, and the weft density is 28-48 pieces/inch.
6. The natural washable padding of claim 4 wherein said quilting lines on the same layer of said padding layer are spaced apart by a distance of between 8 and 10 cm.
7. The natural washability padding as in claim 6, wherein the quilting lines of adjacent upper and lower padding layers are spaced apart by a distance of 4-5 cm.
8. The natural washable refill of claim 4, wherein said first, third and fifth gauze layers are each 50-60S/1 cotton yarn, and said second and fourth refill layers are each 66-70S/1.
9. The natural washable filling of claim 8, wherein said all-cotton gauze layer yarn is made of grass antibacterial modified cotton; the wool filling layer is filled with water-repellent wool filler.
10. A quilt comprising a quilt core, characterized in that said quilt core is made with the natural water washable filling of any one of claims 1 to 9.
