As shown in fig. 2 to 7, a first engaging member 141 is disposed on the first transverse portion 112 of the mounting frame 11 of the first smoke barrier 1a, a second engaging member 231 is disposed on the second transverse portion 212 of the first side plate 21, a first engaging member 141 is disposed on the first transverse portion 112 of the mounting frame 11 of the second smoke barrier 1b, and a second engaging member 231 is disposed on the second transverse portion 212 of the second side plate 22.
One of the first positioning element 142 and the second positioning element 232 is disposed on the first vertical portion 111 of the first smoke baffle 1a, the other of the first positioning element 142 and the second positioning element 232 is disposed on the second vertical portion 211 of the first side plate 21, and the first positioning element 142 on the first vertical portion 111 of the first smoke baffle 1a is matched with the second positioning element 232 on the second vertical portion 211 of the first side plate 21.
One of the first positioning element 142 and the second positioning element 232 is arranged on the first vertical portion 111 of the second smoke baffle 1b, the other of the first positioning element 142 and the second positioning element 232 is arranged on the second vertical portion 211 of the second side plate 22, and the first positioning element 142 on the first vertical portion 111 of the second smoke baffle 1b is matched with the second positioning element 232 on the second vertical portion 211 of the second smoke baffle 1 b.
Therefore, the first cigarette retaining plate 1a and the second cigarette retaining plate 1b can be positioned and preassembled by utilizing the first positioning piece 142 and the second positioning piece 232, so that the first cigarette retaining plate 1a and the second cigarette retaining plate 1b can be more conveniently and more accurately installed.
For example, the first fastening member 141 includes a first base 1411 and a first fastening portion 1412 disposed on the first base 1411, and the second fastening member 231 includes a second base 2311 and a second fastening portion 2312 disposed on the second base 2311. The first seat 1411 is disposed on the first transverse portion 112, the second seat 2311 is disposed on the second transverse portion 212, and the first fastening portion 1412 is detachably fastened to the second fastening portion 2312.
The first positioning element 142 includes a third seat 1421 and a positioning pin 1422 disposed on the third seat 1421, the positioning pin 1422 extends in the front-back direction, the second positioning element 232 includes a fourth seat 2321, and the fourth seat 2321 has a positioning hole 2322 extending in the front-back direction. The third seat 1421 is disposed on the first vertical portion 111, the fourth seat 2321 is disposed on the second vertical portion 211, and at least a portion of the positioning pin 1422 is fitted in the positioning hole 2322. The positioning pins 1422 and the positioning holes 2322 can be used to cooperate to limit the movement of the first smoke stop 1a and the second smoke stop 1b in the up-down direction and the left-right direction. The up-down direction is shown by an arrow E in fig. 1, and the front-back direction is shown by an arrow F in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the first transverse portion 112 has a first mounting cavity 1121, the first fastening member 141 is disposed in the first mounting cavity 1121, the first vertical portion 111 has a second mounting cavity 1111, and the first positioning member 142 is disposed in the second mounting cavity 1111.
Specifically, the first mounting cavity 1121 is opened in the upper surface 1122 of the first lateral portion 112, and the second mounting cavity 1111 is opened in the rear surface 1112 of the first vertical portion 111. The first seat 1411 is mounted in the first mounting cavity 1121 through a screw or a bolt, and the first fastening portion 1412 extends out of the first mounting cavity 1121. The third seat 1421 is installed in the second installation cavity 1111 by a screw or a bolt, and the positioning pin 1422 extends backward out of the second installation cavity 1111.
The second transverse portion 212 includes a first flange 2121, the first flange 2121 has a first through hole 2122 penetrating therethrough in the vertical direction, and the second fastening member 231 (the second seat body 2311) is disposed on the upper surface of the first flange 2121 and is opposite to the first through hole 2122 in the vertical direction. For example, the second fastening portion 2312 is disposed on the rear surface of the second seat body 2311, the second seat body 2311 has a third through hole 2313 penetrating through the second seat body 2311 along the vertical direction, and the third through hole 2313 and the first through hole 2122 are opposite to each other in the vertical direction, so that the first fastening portion 1412 passes through the first through hole 2122 and the third through hole 2313 and is detachably fastened to the second fastening portion 2312.
The second vertical portion 211 includes a second flange 2114, the second flange 2114 has a second through hole 2115 penetrating therethrough in the front-rear direction, and a second positioning member 232 (a fourth seat 2321) is disposed on the rear surface of the second flange 2114 and is opposite to the second through hole 2115 in the front-rear direction. For example, the positioning hole 2322 is opposed to the second through-hole 2115 in the front-rear direction, so that the positioning pin 1422 is fitted into the positioning hole 2322 through the second through-hole 2115.
Alternatively, the first turned-up edge 2121 may be horizontally disposed and the second turned-up edge 2114 may be vertically disposed, for example, the second turned-up edge 2114 may be perpendicular to the front-rear direction.
Alternatively, the front surface of the second turned-up edge 2114 constitutes the front surface 2111 of the second vertical portion 211. Second body 2311 may be bonded to an upper surface of first lip 2121 and fourth body 2321 may be bonded to a rear surface of second lip 2114.
When the first smoke barrier 1a is installed, the first smoke barrier 1a may be in a substantially vertical state and may move backward along a substantially horizontal direction so as to engage the first positioning element 142 on the first smoke barrier 1a with the second positioning element 232 on the first side plate 21, thereby limiting the first smoke barrier 1a from moving up and down and from moving left and right. For example, the positioning pin 1422 of the first smoke barrier 1a is engaged with the positioning hole 2322 of the second positioning element 232 of the first side plate 21. Then, the first smoke barrier 1a is moved backward so that the first engaging portion 141 of the first smoke barrier 1a and the second engaging portion 231 of the first side plate 21 engage with each other, thereby restricting the first smoke barrier 1a from moving forward and backward. The second smoke barrier 1b is installed in the same manner as the first smoke barrier 1a, and thus will not be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, the mounting frame 11 is provided with a first magnetic member 15, and each of the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 is provided with a second magnetic member 24 capable of attracting the first magnetic member 15. That is to say, the first magnetic member 15 is disposed on the mounting frame 11 of the first smoke barrier 1a, the second magnetic member 24 is disposed on the first side plate 21, and the first magnetic member 15 on the mounting frame 11 of the first smoke barrier 1a and the second magnetic member 24 on the first side plate 21 attract each other. The first magnetic part 15 is arranged on the mounting frame 11 of the second smoke baffle 1b, the second magnetic part 24 is arranged on the second side plate 22, and the first magnetic part 15 on the mounting frame 11 of the second smoke baffle 1b and the second magnetic part 24 on the second side plate 22 attract each other.
It is thereby possible to mount the first smoke barrier 1a on the first side plate 21 more easily and more firmly and to mount the second smoke barrier 1b on the second side plate 22 more easily and more firmly.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the mounting bracket 11 has a third mounting cavity 115, and the first magnetic member 15 is disposed in the third mounting cavity 115. The reinforcement portion 12 is provided in the mounting bracket 11 and covers an opening of the third mounting cavity 115. Whereby the first magnetic member 15 can be more conveniently and more stably mounted.
Each of the first vertical portion 111 and the first horizontal portion 112 may have the third mounting cavity 115, so that each of the first vertical portion 111 and the first horizontal portion 112 may be provided with the first magnetic member 15. Optionally, the first vertical portion 111 is provided with a plurality of first magnetic members 15 and a plurality of first positioning members 142, the plurality of first magnetic members 15 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first vertical portion 111, and the plurality of first positioning members 142 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first vertical portion 111.
The second magnetic member 24 is disposed on the second fastening member 231, the second positioning member 232 is disposed on the second vertical portion 211, and the second magnetic member 24 is disposed on the second positioning member 232.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second seat 2311 is provided with a second magnetic member 24 on an upper surface thereof, for example, the second seat 2311 is provided with a snap on an upper surface thereof, and the second magnetic member 24 is mounted on the upper surface of the second seat 2311 by the snap. The rear surface of the fourth seat 2321 is provided with a second magnetic element 24, for example, the rear surface of the fourth seat 2321 is provided with a buckle, and the second magnetic element 24 is mounted on the rear surface of the fourth seat 2321 through the buckle.
Optionally, the second vertical portion 211 is provided with a plurality of second positioning elements 232 and a plurality of second magnetic elements 24, the plurality of second positioning elements 232 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second vertical portion 211, and the plurality of second magnetic elements 24 are disposed on the rear surfaces of the plurality of fourth seat bodies 2321 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The first magnetic member 15 on the first transverse portion 112 and the second magnetic member 24 on the second transverse portion 212 are disposed opposite to each other in the vertical direction, and the first magnetic member 15 on the first vertical portion 111 and the second magnetic member 24 on the second vertical portion 211 are disposed adjacent to each other in the vertical direction. Both the first magnetic member 15 and the second magnetic member 24 may be magnets.

Claims (24)

the plate surface of the first smoke baffle plate and the plate surface of the second smoke baffle plate are oppositely arranged in the horizontal direction;
at least one of the first smoke baffle and the second smoke baffle is provided with a transparent part, and the transparent part can enable light rays positioned on one side of the first smoke baffle and/or the second smoke baffle to irradiate the other side.
2. The deflector for a range hood of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first smoke baffle and the second smoke baffle comprises a glass plate, the glass plate constituting the transparent portion.
3. The deflector for a range hood of claim 2, wherein at least one of the first soot barrier and the second soot barrier comprises a mounting bracket and the glass plate disposed on the mounting bracket, and the mounting bracket is disposed on the frame.
4. The flow guide device for a range hood according to claim 3, wherein at least one of the first smoke baffle and the second smoke baffle further comprises a reinforcing portion, the reinforcing portion is disposed on the mounting frame, and the glass plate is disposed on the reinforcing portion.
5. The deflector device for a range hood according to claim 4, wherein the shape of the reinforcing part is matched with the shape of the mounting rack.
6. The deflector device for a range hood according to claim 4, wherein the mounting bracket is a profile, the reinforcing part is a sheet metal part, the reinforcing part is mounted on the mounting bracket through a fastener, and the glass plate is bonded on the reinforcing part.
7. The flow guide device for the range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the area of the transparent portion accounts for 50 to 100 percent of the area of the first smoke baffle and/or the second smoke baffle.
8. The deflector device for a range hood of claim 3, wherein the mounting bracket is detachably disposed on the frame.
9. The deflector for a range hood according to claim 8,
the frame comprises a top plate, a first side plate and a second side plate;
the top plate is arranged in parallel or approximately in parallel to a horizontal plane, the first side plate and the second side plate are arranged on the bottom surface of the top plate, and the plate surface of each of the first side plate and the second side plate is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the top plate;
the plate surface of the first side plate and the plate surface of the second side plate are arranged oppositely in the horizontal direction;
the mounting bracket of the first smoke barrier is detachably arranged on at least one of the first side plate and the top plate; and/or
The mounting rack of the second smoke baffle is detachably arranged on at least one of the second side plate and the top plate.

The airflow directing device for a range hood according to claim 9, wherein the mounting bracket is detachably disposed on at least one of the first side plate and the second side plate, a first fastening member is disposed on the mounting bracket, a second fastening member is disposed on at least one of the first side plate and the second side plate, and the first fastening member is detachably fastened to the second fastening member.

The deflector device for a range hood of claim 10, wherein the mounting bracket comprises a first vertical portion and a first transverse portion, and at least one of the first side plate and the second side plate comprises a second vertical portion and a second transverse portion, wherein the first snap-fit member is disposed on one of the first vertical portion and the first transverse portion, and the second snap-fit member is disposed on a corresponding one of the second vertical portion and the second transverse portion.
12. The flow guiding device for a kitchen ventilator according to claim 11, wherein the first clamping member is disposed at the first transverse portion, the second clamping member is disposed at the second transverse portion, one of the first positioning member and the second positioning member is disposed on the first vertical portion, the other of the first positioning member and the second positioning member is disposed on the second vertical portion, and the first positioning member is matched with the second positioning member.
13. The deflector for a range hood according to claim 12,
the first clamping piece comprises a first seat body and a first clamping part arranged on the first seat body, the second clamping piece comprises a second seat body and a second clamping part arranged on the second seat body, the first seat body is arranged on the first transverse part, the second seat body is arranged on the second transverse part, and the first clamping part is detachably clamped on the second clamping part;

15. The deflector device for a range hood according to claim 14, wherein the first mounting cavity is opened on an upper surface of the first transverse portion, and the second mounting cavity is opened on a rear surface of the first vertical portion.

The deflector device for a range hood according to claim 11, wherein the upper end of the first vertical portion is located in front of the lower end of the first vertical portion, and the upper portion of the front surface of the second vertical portion is located in front of the lower portion of the front surface of the second vertical portion.
17. The airflow directing device for a range hood according to claim 12, wherein a first magnetic member is disposed on the mounting frame, and a second magnetic member capable of attracting the first magnetic member is disposed on at least one of the first side plate and the second side plate.
18. The flow guiding device for a range hood according to claim 17, wherein the mounting bracket has a third mounting cavity, the first magnetic member is disposed in the third mounting cavity, the second clamping member is provided with the second magnetic member, the second vertical portion is provided with the second positioning member, and the second positioning member is provided with the second magnetic member.
19. A range hood, characterized by comprising a deflector device for a range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 18.
20. A smoke barrier, comprising:
a mounting frame;
the reinforcing part is arranged on the mounting frame, and the shape of the reinforcing part is matched with that of the mounting frame; and
a glass plate disposed at the reinforcing portion.
21. The smoke barrier of claim 20 wherein said mounting frame is a profile, said reinforcement is a sheet metal member, said reinforcement is mounted to said mounting frame by fasteners, and said glass sheet is bonded to said reinforcement.

The smoke barrier of claim 20, wherein said mounting bracket includes a first vertical portion and a first lateral portion, a first snap fitting on one of said first vertical portion and said first lateral portion, and a first locator on the other of said first vertical portion and said first lateral portion.
23. The smoke barrier of claim 22, wherein said first lateral portion has a first mounting cavity, said first snap fitting being disposed within said first mounting cavity, said first vertical portion has a second mounting cavity, and said first locator member is disposed within said second mounting cavity.
24. The smoke barrier of claim 23 wherein said mounting bracket has a third mounting cavity, said third mounting cavity having a first magnetic member disposed therein.
