The walker of claim 3 wherein the band includes a first band having a first end and a second end, a second band having a first end and a second end, a first end of the first band pivotally engaged with the first end of the second band, a pull rod having one end connected to the second end of the first band and an opposite end extending through the second end of the second band and pivotally engaged with the first wrench, and a first cam on the first wrench adapted to stop against the second band when the first wrench is rotated to adjust the spacing between the second end of the first band and the second end of the second band.

The walker of claim 3 wherein the first section defines a plurality of fourth slots extending radially through the inner peripheral wall of the first section and the outer peripheral wall of the first section, the fourth slots having a width sized to decrease when the band is tightened to adjust the radial dimension of the first section.

The scooter of claim 3 wherein the joint assembly further comprises a limiting member, a first elastic member, a cushion cover and a second wrench, the fixing base is provided with a mounting hole, the cushion cover is arranged at the outer end hole of the mounting hole, the bolt passes through the cushion cover and is inserted into the mounting hole, the limiting member is arranged at the inner end of the bolt, the first elastic member is arranged at the outer peripheral side of the bolt, one end of the first elastic member is abutted against the limiting member, the other end of the first elastic member is abutted against the cushion cover, the second wrench is in pivot fit with the outer end of the bolt, the second wrench is provided with a second cam portion, and the second cam portion is adapted to rotate the second wrench and abut against the cushion cover to pull the bolt outwards.

The scooter of claim 2 wherein the joint assembly comprises a fixing seat, a hoop and a bolt, the fixing seat comprises a first section and a second section, the first section is internally provided with a first groove, the first groove is suitable for a second end of the vertical tube to be inserted, the second section is internally provided with a second groove, the second groove is suitable for the front fork tube to be inserted, the radial dimension of the first section is adjustable, the hoop is sleeved on the outer periphery of the first section to hoop and fix the vertical tube and the fixing seat, the fixing seat is provided with a third groove, the bolt is arranged on the tube wall of the vertical tube in a penetrating manner and is adjustable along the radial position of the vertical tube, and the bolt is suitable for matching with the third groove on the fixing seat to limit the vertical tube to move along the axial direction of the fixing seat.
