In a specific example, the first fitting portion 2201 and the second fitting portion 2202, which are arranged to be convexed and concaved toward different directions, are formed in a "C" shape, and when the edge of the speaker cover 100 is fitted in the second fitting portion 2202, the close fitting of the speaker cover 100 with respect to the speaker trim 200 in the X direction and the Z direction can be achieved. When the door lower trim 2001 is engaged with the first fitting portion 2201 and/or the second fitting portion 2202, the door lower trim 2001 and the speaker trim 200 can be tightly engaged in the Y direction, and the door lower trim 2001 and the speaker trim 200 can be limited in the X direction and the Z direction, thereby effectively preventing the door lower trim 2001 and the speaker trim 200 from wobbling.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, a fitting portion 225 is provided on the first mounting portion 2201 on a side away from the speaker cover 100, the fitting portion 225 is adapted to be connected to the door trim 2001, and the fitting portion 225 may be a positioning structure or a connecting structure.
In the positioning structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the fitting portion 225 is a positioning pin 2254, and the door trim 2001 in fig. 7 may be correspondingly provided with a positioning hole 2005, so that when the speaker trim 200 is assembled to the door trim 2001, a quick positioning can be achieved, and the subsequent assembly can be facilitated.
In the case of the connection structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the fitting portion 225 is a second catch 2251, and a second catch hole 2003 may be correspondingly formed in the door trim 2001 in fig. 7, so that when the second catch 2251 is fitted in the second catch hole 2003, a quick snap fit can be formed, thereby improving assembly efficiency.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the fitting portion 225 is a mounting stud 2252, and a threaded hole 2004 may be correspondingly formed in the door trim 2001 of fig. 7, so that when the mounting stud 2252 is coupled into the threaded hole 2004 and secured by a fastener, a secure coupling is formed.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the fitting portion 225 may be a welding post 2253, and a welding groove or a welding hole may be correspondingly formed on the door trim 2001 in fig. 7, and after the welding post 2253 is fitted into the welding groove or the welding hole and welded, a reliable connection between the speaker trim 200 and the door trim 2001 may be formed.
The matching part 225 in the present invention may be designed according to actual needs, and may be designed as one or more kinds, which is not limited herein. Each fitting portion 225 is attached to the side of the first fitting portion 2201 facing the door trim 2001 in the foregoing example, and since the first fitting portion 2201 is recessed toward the speaker cover 100 side, the side of the first fitting portion 2201 facing the door trim 2001 will have more space for disposing the fitting portion 225.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the second fitting portion 2202 is provided with reinforcing ribs 226. The reinforcing ribs 226 can further reinforce the structure of the second fitting portion 2202, and effectively prevent the second fitting portion 2202 from being broken due to shaking or local insufficient strength when it is fitted to the speaker cover 100 or the door lower trim 2001.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second mounting portion 2202 has a fourth rib 228 on a side facing the door trim 2001, and the fourth rib 228 is arranged to make the second mounting portion 2202 and the door trim 2001 closely fit to each other, reduce a gap between the speaker trim 200 and the door trim 2001, and improve the tightness in the Y-direction.
A door lower trim panel assembly 2000 embodying the second aspect of the present invention will now be described with reference to fig. 7 of the specification.
A door lower trim panel assembly 2000 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, includes: the door lower trim 2001 and the speaker trim assembly 1000 according to the foregoing embodiments, and the structure of the speaker trim assembly 1000 have been described in the foregoing examples, and are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 7, a mounting opening 2002 is provided on the door lower trim 2001, the speaker trim 200 is connected to the mounting opening 2002, and the mounting portion 220 and the door lower trim 2001 are engaged with each other by a second engaging hole 2251 and a second engaging hole 2003, and/or connected by a fastener, and/or welded.
It should be noted that the second latch 2251 is one of the aforementioned fitting portions 225, and the mounting stud 2252 in the aforementioned fitting portion 225 can be designed by a fastener connection, while the welding connection can be designed by a welding post 2253 in the aforementioned fitting portion 225, so as to achieve various types of fitting and assembling of the assembling portion 220 and the door trim 2001.
In other examples, the fitting portion 220 and the door trim 2001 may be provided with the aforementioned positioning structure, the positioning pin 2254, and the positioning hole 2005 provided in the door trim 2001, so that pre-positioning before fitting is achieved.
In view of the above structure, the door lower trim panel assembly 2000 of the embodiment of the utility model has the same advantages of the speaker decoration assembly 1000 as the speaker decoration assembly 1000 in the prior art, and thus no further description is provided herein. Adopt multiple form cooperation between plaque 2001 under speaker decoration 200 and the door closely, assembly back stable in structure, speaker cover 100, speaker decoration 200 and the door under the plaque 2001 three all be difficult for the collision abnormal sound, reduced the abnormal sound risk of driving in-process, improved vehicle NVH performance.

Claims (10)

1. A loudspeaker trim assembly (1000), comprising:
the loudspeaker decoration piece (200) comprises a sound transmission area (210) and an assembling part (220), the assembling part (220) is arranged on the periphery of the sound transmission area (210), a plurality of first reinforcing ribs (231) and second reinforcing ribs (232) which are arranged in a crossed mode are arranged on the sound transmission area (210), and sound transmission holes (233) are enclosed between the first reinforcing ribs (231) and the second reinforcing ribs (232);
a speaker cover (100), the speaker cover (100) being connected to the fitting portion (220), and the speaker cover (100) shielding the sound-transmitting area (210).
2. The loudspeaker trim assembly (1000) of claim 1, wherein the first rib (231) has a ring shape, and a plurality of the first ribs (231) are spaced from a center to an edge of the sound-transmitting region (210);
one end of the second reinforcing rib (232) is connected with the assembling part (220), and the other end of the second reinforcing rib (232) is sequentially provided with a plurality of first reinforcing ribs (231).
3. The loudspeaker trim assembly (1000) of claim 2, wherein the second ribs (232) are radially arranged in the sound-transmitting region (210), and the second ribs (232) are arranged to extend from the first rib (231) at the center toward the fitting portion (220);
and/or the first rib (231) and the second rib (232) are recessed toward the speaker cover (100).
4. The loudspeaker trim assembly (1000) according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion (220) is provided with a first locking hole (221), the loudspeaker cover (100) is provided with a first locking buckle (110), and the first locking buckle (110) is in locking fit with the first locking hole (221).

The speaker decoration assembly (1000) according to claim 4 wherein, the mounting portion (220) is further provided with a first boss (222), the first boss (222) is disposed adjacent to the first latching hole (221), the first boss (222) is disposed on a side of the mounting portion (220) away from the speaker cover (100), and when the first latch (110) is latched into the first latching hole (221), the first latch (110) abuts against the first boss (222);
and/or a plurality of third reinforcing ribs (223) are arranged on the assembling part (220) at intervals in the circumferential direction.
6. The loudspeaker trim assembly (1000) according to claim 1, characterized in that the fitting part (220) and/or the loudspeaker cover (100) is provided with a groove (224) which cooperates with a second boss (120), the second boss (120) being provided to the fitting part (220) and/or the loudspeaker cover (100).
7. The speaker decoration assembly (1000) according to claim 1 wherein the fitting portion (220) includes a first fitting portion (2201) recessed toward a side of the speaker cover (100) and a second fitting portion (2202) protruding away from the side of the speaker cover (100), the first fitting portion (2201) being connected in a circumferential direction of the sound-transmitting region (210), the second fitting portion (2202) being connected in a circumferential direction of the first fitting portion (2201).
8. The speaker trim component (1000) according to claim 7, characterized in that the first fitting portion (2201) is provided with a fitting portion (225) on a side away from the speaker cover (100), the fitting portion (225) being adapted to be connected with a door lower trim (2001);
and/or reinforcing ribs (226) are arranged on the second assembling part (2202); and/or a fourth reinforcing rib (228) is arranged on one side, facing the lower door trim (2001), of the second assembling part (2202).
9. A lower door trim panel assembly (2000), comprising:
the automobile door lower decorative plate (2001) is provided with a mounting opening (2002);
a speaker trim assembly (1000) according to any of claims 1-8, wherein the speaker trim (200) is attached at the mounting opening (2002), and wherein the mounting portion (220) and the door lower trim panel (2001) are snapped in between by means of a mating second snap (2251) and second snap hole (2003), and/or attached by means of fasteners, and/or welded.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising:
a vehicle door metal plate;
the loudspeaker is connected to the vehicle door metal plate;
the door under trim panel assembly (2000) of claim 9, said door under trim panel (2001) coupled to said door sheet metal, said speaker disposed opposite said mounting opening (2002).
