Of course, in other embodiments, the refrigeration component may also be a magnetic refrigeration device or a warm-up refrigeration device.
In one embodiment, the plurality of cold guiding teeth 272 are disposed in a plurality of rows (at least two rows) in the width direction of the cold guiding base 271, and any two adjacent rows of cold guiding teeth 272 are disposed in a staggered arrangement. That is, in the length direction of the cold guiding base 271, a cold guiding tooth 272 in an adjacent row is correspondingly arranged at the gap between two adjacent cold guiding teeth 272 in any row, that is, when combing hair, the hair passes through a plurality of rows of cold guiding teeth 272 in a bending way, so that the contact area between the hair and each cold guiding tooth 272 can be increased, and the hair can be fully contacted with each cold guiding tooth 272. Of course, in other embodiments, the plurality of cooling guide teeth 272 may be distributed out of order.
In one embodiment, the cooling guide teeth 272 are metal, i.e., the cooling guide teeth 272 are made of metal, such as aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, or stainless steel, etc. for example, the cooling guide teeth 272 are made of aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, or stainless steel. This ensures that the heat transfer effect of the cold guiding teeth 272 is good. Of course, in other embodiments, the cold guiding tooth 272 can be made of a non-metallic material with good thermal conductivity.
In one embodiment, the comb base 21 has an air inlet 201, an air outlet 202 and a heat dissipation air duct formed between the air inlet 201 and the air outlet 202, the heat dissipation assembly includes a heat sink 24 and a heat dissipation fan 25, the heat sink 24 is connected to the hot end of the semiconductor cooling fin 23, the heat sink 24 and the heat dissipation fan 25 are disposed in the heat dissipation air duct, and an air inlet side or an air outlet side of the heat dissipation fan 25 faces the heat sink 24. Specifically, the method is described. The heat dissipation fan 25 is used for driving outside air flow to enter from the air inlet 201, and flow out from the air outlet 202 after passing through the heat sink 24. In one embodiment, the air outlet side of the heat dissipation fan 25 is disposed toward the heat sink 24, and the air inlet side of the heat dissipation fan 25 is communicated with the air inlet 201. The radiator 24 is arranged between the air outlet side of the air outlet 202 and the air outlet side of the heat dissipation fan 25, the heat dissipation fan 25 sucks external air flow, and can directly blow the radiator 24 and finally automatically flow out of the air outlet 202, so that the external air flow can be guaranteed to fully flow through the radiator 24, a sealed heat dissipation air duct structure can be prevented from being arranged in the comb seat 21, the structure of the comb seat 21 can be simplified, and the cost is reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, the air inlet side of the heat dissipation fan 25 is disposed toward the heat sink 24, and the air outlet side of the heat dissipation fan 25 is communicated with the air inlet 201.
In an embodiment, the heat sink 24 includes a heat dissipating base 241 and heat dissipating fins 242 disposed on the heat dissipating base 241, an air outlet side of the heat dissipating fan 25 is disposed toward the heat dissipating fins 242, and an air inlet side of the heat dissipating fan 25 is communicated with the air inlet 201. Specifically, the heat dissipation base 241 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation fins 242 distributed at intervals, a heat exchange channel is formed between any two adjacent heat dissipation fins 242, the heat exchange channel is communicated with the heat dissipation air duct, and when the airflow entering from the air inlet 201 flows through the heat exchange channel, the airflow can exchange heat with the heat dissipation fins 242, so that heat on the heat dissipation fins 242 can be taken away. Therefore, the heat dissipation area of the heat sink 24 can be increased, and the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink 24 is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the heat sink 24 includes a heat dissipating base 241 and heat dissipating posts disposed on the heat dissipating base 241.
In an embodiment, the air inlet 201 and the cold-guiding comb tooth assembly 27 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the comb base 21, and the air outlet 202 is disposed at two opposite sides of the comb base 21 between the air inlet 201 and the cold-guiding comb tooth assembly 27. Particularly, the axis of cooling fan 25 extends along the directional direction of leading cold broach subassembly 27 of air intake 201, so can make external air current get into back footpath straight flow direction radiator 24 from air intake 201, can avoid air inlet air current to change the wind direction to can reduce air inlet air current energy loss, guarantee more external air current directly to blow to radiator 24, promote radiator 24 heat transfer effect. And when the opposite sides of the comb seat 21 between the air inlet 201 and the cold-guiding comb tooth assembly 27 are provided with the air outlets 202, the air flow blowing to the radiator 24 can flow towards the two opposite sides of the radiator 24 and flows out from the air outlets 202 at the two opposite sides of the comb seat 21, which is equivalent to increasing the area of the air outlets 202, so that the air flow after heat exchange can flow out from the air outlets 202 more quickly, and the heat dissipation speed can be improved.
In one embodiment, the styling comb further comprises a dust screen covering the air inlet 201. This reduces the amount of dust entering the comb base 21, thereby reducing the failure rate of the refrigeration assembly.
In one embodiment, the comb base 21 is formed with comb mounting areas on two opposite sides of the cold-guiding comb assembly 27, and the comb mounting areas are provided with comb racks 44. In an embodiment, the comb head 20 further includes at least two conductive probes 43, the conductive probes 43 are mounted on the comb base 21 and electrically connected to the refrigeration component, the circuit device includes a control circuit board and at least two conductive insertion tubes, each conductive insertion tube is electrically connected to the control circuit board, and each conductive probe 43 and each conductive insertion tube are correspondingly inserted one by one.

By arranging the conductive probes 43 on the comb head 20 and the conductive inserting cylinders on the handle 10, when the handle 10 and the comb seat 21 are installed together, the conductive probes 43 and the conductive inserting cylinders are correspondingly inserted one by one, so that the refrigeration assembly is electrically connected with the circuit device. Referring to fig. 7 to 10, in an embodiment, the styling comb includes at least one comb head 20, wherein the at least one comb head 20 includes a heating element 33 disposed on the comb base 21, the comb tooth element includes heat-conducting comb teeth, the heating element 33 is disposed in the comb base 21, and the heat-conducting comb teeth are mounted on the comb base 21 and are in heat-conducting connection with the heating element 33. In particular, the thermally conductive comb assembly 34 is used to comb hair. When the comb 20 is mounted on the handle 10, the heating unit 33 is electrically connected to the circuit device, and when the power is turned on, the heating unit 33 can generate heat, and the heat of the heating unit 33 can be conducted to the heat conductive comb tooth unit 34, so that when the heat conductive comb tooth unit 34 is used to comb the hair, the heat can be conducted to the hair, thereby performing hair straightening styling and hair curling styling.
The heating component 33 and the heat conduction comb tooth component 34 connected with the heating component 33 in a heat conduction way are arranged on the comb head 20, so that when the heating component 33 is not electrified, conventional combing can be carried out through the heat conduction comb tooth component 34; when the heating unit 33 is supplied with current, the heating unit 33 can generate heat, and the heat of the heating unit 33 can be conducted to the heat-conducting comb tooth unit 34, so that the heat-conducting comb tooth unit 34 can be used for styling hair, such as straightening hair and curling hair. Specifically, the comb seat 21 is provided with a comb sleeve 311 corresponding to each heat conducting tooth 342 at the outer side thereof, the two opposite sides of the comb tooth portion 442 are provided with abdication openings 312, the heat conducting teeth 342 are inserted into the comb tooth portion 442, and the two opposite sides of the heat conducting teeth 342 are exposed from the abdication openings 312. It should be understood that, when combing hair, the ends of the comb teeth are easily in contact with the scalp of the user, and if the comb tooth covers 311 are not provided at the ends of the heat conductive teeth 342, the heat conductive teeth 342 are directly in contact with the scalp of the user, thereby easily burning the user. By arranging the comb teeth sleeve 311 and at least sleeving the comb teeth sleeve 311 on the end part of the heat conducting teeth 342, the heat conducting teeth 342 and the scalp of the user can be separated through the comb teeth sleeve 311 when the hair is straightened or curled, so that the condition that the heat conducting teeth 342 directly contact the scalp of the user to scald the user is avoided. The heat-conducting teeth 342 may be made of metal or other non-metal materials with good heat-conducting effect. Of course, in other embodiments, the comb-teeth sleeve 311 may be sleeved on the end of the heat-conducting teeth 342. In addition, in other embodiments, the heat-conducting tooth 342 includes a heat-conducting portion connected in heat-conducting relation with the heating assembly 33 and an insulated end portion for contact with a user.
In one embodiment, the comb head 20 comprises two heating elements 33 and two heat conducting comb tooth elements 34, the two heat conducting comb tooth elements 34 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the comb base 21, and each heating element 33 is correspondingly connected with one heat conducting comb tooth element 34 in a heat conduction mode. In an embodiment, the comb head 20 further includes at least two conductive probes 43, the conductive probes 43 are mounted on the comb base 21 and electrically connected to the heating assembly 33, the circuit device includes a control circuit board and at least two conductive insertion tubes, each conductive insertion tube is electrically connected to the control circuit board, and each conductive probe 43 and each conductive insertion tube are inserted in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Specifically, the comb head 20 further comprises a connecting circuit board arranged in the comb base 21, each conductive probe 43 is electrically connected with the connecting circuit board, the heating component 33 is electrically connected with the connecting circuit board, and the conductive probe 43 and the conductive insert cylinder are in interference fit, that is, the conductive probe 43 and the conductive insert cylinder are in tight fit. When the handle 10 and the comb base 21 are mounted together by providing the conductive probes 43 on the comb head 20 and providing the conductive insertion tubes on the handle 10, the conductive probes 43 and the conductive insertion tubes are inserted in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the heating unit 33 is electrically connected to the circuit device. In one embodiment, the heating assembly 33 includes a heating element 331 and a fixing element 332, the fixing element 332 is mounted on the comb base 21, and the heating element 331 is disposed between the fixing element 332 and the heat-conducting comb teeth assembly 34 and is in heat-conducting connection with the heat-conducting comb teeth assembly 34. That is to say, the fixing member 332 can press the heating member 331 onto the heat-conducting comb tooth assembly 34, so as to ensure that the heating member 33 is firmly fixed in the comb seat 21, and the heating member 331 and the heat-conducting comb tooth assembly 34 have a good contact effect. The heating element 331 can be a resistance wire or a heating film.
In an embodiment, the heating assembly 33 further includes an elastic pad 333 and a temperature sensor, the elastic pad 333 is disposed between the fixing member 332 and the heat generating member 331, and the temperature sensor is disposed between the elastic pad 333 and the heat generating member 331. Specifically, the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the circuit device, and in one embodiment, the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the connection circuit board, and the connection circuit board is correspondingly plugged into the other two conductive insertion tubes of the circuit device through the other two conductive probes 43. The temperature of the heating member 331 can be detected by the temperature sensor, and the temperature of the heating member 331 can be controlled conveniently. For example, a plurality of gear buttons with different temperatures may be disposed on the handle 10, so that the temperature of the heat-conducting comb tooth assembly 34 can be adjusted by the gear buttons and the temperature sensor, which is more convenient for the user to use.
In one embodiment, the comb base 21 is formed with comb mounting areas on opposite sides of the heat conductive comb tooth assembly 34, and the comb mounting areas are provided with comb teeth 44. In one embodiment, the comb strip 44 includes a connecting strip 441 and a plurality of teeth 442 disposed on the connecting strip 441, the connecting strip 441 is mounted on the comb base 21 and extends along a longitudinal direction of the comb base 21, and the plurality of teeth 442 are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the connecting strip 441. In one embodiment, the comb base 21 includes a mounting case 32, a connecting bracket 41 and an end shell 42, the mounting case 32 is mounted between the connecting bracket 41 and the end shell 42, the connecting bracket 41 is detachably connected to the handle 10, the heating assembly 33 is disposed in the mounting case 32, and the heat-conductive comb tooth assembly 34 is mounted to the mounting case 32. In one embodiment, the end cap is provided with a hook portion on a side facing away from the mounting housing 32, and the hook portion is used for hanging on a hook, so that the styling comb or the comb head 20 can be hung on a hook of a wall or other furniture conveniently.
In an embodiment, the mounting casing 32 includes two first casings 321 and two second casings 322, each of the two second casings 322 is mounted between the two first casings 321, the heating assembly 33 is mounted in an inner cavity defined by the two first casings 321 and the two second casings 322, and at least one of the first casings 321 is provided with the heat-conducting comb tooth assembly 34. In one embodiment, the fixing member 332 is mounted to the first housing 321, i.e. the heating assembly 33 is mounted between the first housing 321 and the fixing member 332. In addition, in other embodiments, the mounting housing 32 may be formed by two housing pieces that are fastened together.
In an embodiment, the comb head 20 further includes a plurality of comb bars 44, each comb bar 44 includes a connecting bar 441 and a plurality of teeth 442 disposed on the connecting bar 441, the plurality of teeth 442 are spaced apart in a length direction of the connecting bar 441, each second housing 322 is provided with a plurality of mounting slots 323, the plurality of mounting slots 323 are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the mounting case 32, each mounting slot 323 extends in the length direction of the mounting case 32, and each connecting bar 441 is correspondingly inserted into one mounting slot 323. Specifically, the connecting bar 441 may be inserted from one end of the mounting slot 323 during mounting, and the teeth 442 may protrude from a notch of the mounting slot 323 extending in the longitudinal direction of the mounting case 32. In one embodiment, a plurality of combs 20 are alternatively and detachably mounted to the handle 10, the combs 20 having a heating assembly 33 and a heat-conductive comb tooth assembly 34 on the comb base 21 and the combs 20 having a cooling assembly and a cold-conductive comb tooth assembly 27 on the comb base 21 are alternatively and detachably mounted to the handle 10. Cold combing 20 and hot combing 20 are installed in handle 10 alternatively and detachably, so can select corresponding combing 20 to install in handle 10 and use according to user's molding demand, promote the ability that the molding comb satisfies different user demands.
In one embodiment, the handle 10 is provided with a sensor electrically connected to the circuit device, and one of the hot and cold combs 20 and 20 is provided with a triggering member corresponding to the sensor, and the triggering member is used to trigger the sensor. Specifically, the circuit arrangement includes a controller electrically connected to the inductor. In this embodiment, the cold comb 20 is provided with the triggering member, i.e., the triggering member can trigger the sensor when the cold comb 20 is mounted on the handle 10, and the controller can determine that the cold comb 20 is mounted on the handle 10 accordingly. Since the sensor is not provided on the hot comb 20, the sensor cannot be activated by the hot comb 20 when the hot comb 20 is mounted on the handle 10, and the controller can determine that the hot comb 20 is mounted on the handle 10 accordingly. In one embodiment, the sensor is a hall sensor and the trigger is a magnet. This makes the structure of the sensor and the trigger simple and reliable. Of course, in other embodiments, the sensor may be a micro switch or the like.

Claims (8)
1. A styling comb, comprising:
a handle; and
the comb head comprises a comb seat and a comb tooth assembly arranged on the comb seat, and the comb seat is detachably arranged on the handle;
the handle comprises a handle shell and a clamping component arranged in the handle shell, wherein an assembly opening is formed in one end of the handle shell, the clamping component is exposed from the assembly opening, an insertion hole is formed in the comb seat, a clamping groove is formed in the hole wall of the insertion hole, and the clamping component is inserted into the insertion hole and clamped in the clamping groove.
2. The styling comb of claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a connector, a clamping member and an unlocking member, the connector is fixed to the handle housing and exposed from the mounting opening, the connector is inserted into the insertion hole, the handle housing is provided with a mounting hole, the unlocking member is movably mounted in the mounting hole, the clamping member is movably mounted in the handle housing along a movement direction of the unlocking member and elastically clamped in the clamping groove, and the unlocking member is used for driving the clamping member to move in a direction away from the clamping groove.
3. The styling comb of claim 2, wherein an evasion groove is formed in an outer peripheral surface of the plug-in connector, and the engaging member is movably mounted in the evasion groove; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the clamping component further comprises an elastic piece, and the elastic piece is abutted against one side, deviating from the unlocking pressing piece, of the clamping component.

The styling comb of claim 3, wherein said snap-in assembly comprises two said snap-in members and two said unlocking members, said two snap-in members are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of said plug-in member, each said unlocking member is correspondingly disposed on one side of one said snap-in member away from the other said snap-in member, said handle housing is provided with said mounting hole corresponding to each said unlocking member.
5. A styling comb according to claim 4, wherein the connector has a mounting hole extending in the direction of the two fasteners, and the fastener assembly further comprises an elastic member disposed in the mounting hole and elastically abutting between the two fasteners.
6. A styling comb according to claim 2, wherein a guide post extending in the direction of movement of the snap-in member is provided in the handle housing, the snap-in member being slidably mounted on the guide post.
7. A styling comb as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limiting portion is provided in the insertion hole; wherein,
a limiting hole is formed in the limiting part, a limiting convex part is arranged on the clamping assembly, and the limiting convex part is inserted into the limiting hole; and/or, spacing portion is equipped with the jack and communicates the fool-proof breach of jack, the joint subassembly is equipped with the grafting post, the outer peripheral face of grafting post is equipped with the fool-proof protruding muscle, the grafting post peg graft in the spliced eye, the fool-proof protruding muscle peg graft in the fool-proof breach.
8. The styling comb according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the styling comb comprises at least one of the comb heads; wherein,
at least one comb head comprises a heating component arranged on the comb seat, the comb tooth component comprises heat-conducting comb teeth, the heating component is arranged in the comb seat, and the heat-conducting comb teeth are arranged on the comb seat and are in heat-conducting connection with the heating component; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
at least one comb head comprises a refrigeration component arranged on a comb seat, the comb tooth component comprises cold guide comb teeth, the refrigeration component is arranged in the comb seat, and the cold guide comb teeth are arranged on the comb seat and are in heat conduction connection with the refrigeration component.
