Abstract
A device for enhancing the connection of a sole to an upper, comprising first connecting means provided on the sole for the passage of a shoelace, wherein said shoelace encircles said upper for at least one turn, so that the user tightens said shoelace to prevent the user's foot from escaping from the shoe cavity while also integrally connecting said upper to said sole. And to a shoe comprising the reinforcing apparatus.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to footwear, and in particular to a device for reinforcing the connection of a sole and an upper, and to footwear comprising such a device.
Background
At present, in the existing shoes, the shoelace is tied on the vamp, namely the tying force of the shoelace only acts on the vamp, and the vamp and the sole are two parts which are combined together. The traditional shoelace can not wrap the whole sole of the foot, and only is locally bound on the instep to tighten the vamp. When the shoe is worn in a strenuous exercise, the shoe sole and the shoe upper are in a risk of tearing and breaking, and once the shoe sole and the shoe upper are broken or fall off, the shoelace is only connected on the shoe upper and also separated from the shoe sole along with the shoe upper, and the shoelace does not play any binding and tightening and supporting role, so that the foot can be injured when the shoe is worn.
There is therefore a need for a device that enhances the connection of the sole to the upper, avoiding the occurrence of said injuries.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The application provides a shoelace can pass in the sole, and then can 360 degrees parcel whole soles to the sole, can provide the shoes of comprehensive parcel and support through the shoelace in the motion. The sole is provided with a hole. The shoelace crosses through the holes of the sole, so that the 360-degree package tightens the whole foot. Providing a comfortable fit to the foot for the user. The shoelace is movable in the hole in the middle of the sole, so that the tightness of each part of the foot can be adjusted by a user. In the sport, the shoelace tightens both the sole and the upper on the foot of the user through 360 degrees. Even under the limit state that the shoe sole and the shoe upper are broken and fall off, the shoelace can still play the role of tightening and supporting, and the shoe upper and the shoe sole are connected together, so that the sports injury is reduced.
Therefore, the application provides the following technical scheme:
a device for enhancing the connection between a sole and an upper comprises a first connecting device arranged on the sole and used for allowing a shoelace to pass through, wherein the shoelace surrounds the upper for at least one circle, so that a user tightens the shoelace to prevent the foot of the user from being separated from a shoe cavity and simultaneously integrally connects the upper and the sole.
Preferably, said first connecting means comprise a plurality of transverse perforations uniformly arranged along the longitudinal direction of the sole.
Preferably, said first connecting means is provided at the bottom of said sole or in the thickness of said sole.
More preferably, said upper is provided with second connecting means corresponding to said first connecting means, allowing said lace to pass through.
Preferably, said lace comprises free end portions for adjusting the tightness.
Preferably, in use, the free end portion is manually tightened against the instep or heel of the user's foot.
Preferably, the shoe comprises a first string for preventing the user's foot from being removed from the shoe cavity and a second string for integrating the shoe sole and the shoe upper.
The application also relates to a shoe comprising the device for reinforcing the connection between the sole and the vamp, wherein the vamp and the sole are detachably connected.
Preferably, said upper is provided with fastening means allowing said free end portion to be fastened close to the heel.
Preferably, said sole and said upper are respectively provided with connecting means complementary to each other.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shoe and apparatus for enhancing the connection of a sole and upper according to the present application;
figure 2 is a rear view of the shoe and the means for enhancing the connection of the sole and the upper of the present application.
1, a device for enhancing the connection of a sole and a vamp; 100, a shoe of the present application; 11, a first connecting device; 12, a second connecting device; 2, a sole; 3, shoe uppers; 4, shoelaces; 5, a fixing device; and 6, shoe cavities.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a shoe 100 according to an embodiment of the present application, including a sole 2 for supporting the sole of the foot and contacting the ground, and an upper 3 for wrapping the upper of the foot, and a shoe cavity 6 for allowing the foot to enter. The device 1 for reinforcing soles and bevels according to the present application comprises first connecting means 11 provided on the sole and second connecting means 12 provided on the upper, wherein said first connecting means 11 are, in one embodiment of the present application, channels passing through the thickness of the sole, while the second connecting means 12 are channels provided on the top of the upper, surrounded by additional material fixed to the upper 3; the reinforcing device 1 further comprises a lace 4, which, as shown in fig. 1, passes through the first connecting means 11 and the second connecting means 12, binding the upper to the sole as a whole, wherein the upper is shown wrapped 8 times, or can be provided to comprise at least one time. In figure 2, the fixing means 5 for fixing the free end portions of the laces are shown.
In another preferred embodiment of the present application (not shown in the figures), the upper 3 and the sole 2 are removable, so that the sole 3 and the upper 2 can be selected in various forms, increasing the variety of choices for the user. The lace may be plural, and may include, for example, a first lace for binding the sole and the upper together and a second lace for securing the foot of the wearer in the cavity without slipping out.
The fixing means 5 are shown in fig. 2 as being arranged on the cloth strap of the closing ring of the lifting shoe, and the fixing means 5 can also be arranged on the shoe upper 3. The lace threading method shown in fig. 1 is merely illustrative and the user may set the lace according to personal preference.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and any changes and modifications based on the technical solutions of the present invention in the technical field should not be excluded from the protection scope of the present invention.
