Fig. 6 is a back view of a transformer according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 10 is a front view of the transformer according to the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6 and 10, the circuit component 106 includes the transformer, a protrusion 1061 is disposed at a center position of a back surface of the transformer, a connection 1062 is disposed at a middle position of an upper edge, a middle position of a left edge, and a middle position of a right edge of the front surface of the transformer, and each protrusion 1061 and each connection 1062 are provided with a threaded hole. With continued reference to fig. 5, during assembly, the protrusions 1061 of the transformer are first sequentially inserted through the PCB 105, and the first protection plate 101 may be fixedly connected to the protrusions 1061 on the back surface of the transformer by using screws. With continued reference to fig. 2, all the front sides of the transformers are then placed at the same horizontal position, and the second protection board 102 is fastened to the front sides of the transformers, and the second protection board 102 may be fixedly connected to the connection portions 1062 on the front sides of the transformers by using screws. The PCB card may be configured with 6 transformers, each of which may be 60mm by 56mm by 60mm by weight, each weighing 0.8 kg.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a PCB apparatus, including: the insert box 200 and the PCB insert in any of the embodiments of the present invention; the insert box 200 includes a plurality of guide rails 201 into which the PCB inserts are inserted.
With continued reference to fig. 8 and 9, the installed PCB connector slides into the guide rail 201 of the inserting box 200 through the upper and lower edges of the first protection plate and the second protection plate, which not only saves space, but also ensures stable overall structure, realizes the matching between the PCB connector and the inserting box of the PCB device, and reduces the use limitation due to compatible exchange of the PCB connector.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (10)

1. A PCB card, comprising:
the protection device comprises a first protection plate, a second protection plate, a third protection plate, a fourth protection plate, a PCB and a circuit element;
the surface of the first protection plate is provided with a plurality of support columns, and the PCB is fixedly connected with the support columns; the PCB is provided with a plurality of first through holes, the circuit element is arranged on one side of the PCB, which is far away from the first protection plate, the circuit element comprises a protruding part, the protruding part penetrates through the first through holes to be in contact with the first protection plate, and the protruding part is fixedly connected with the first protection plate;
the second protection plate is arranged on one side, away from the PCB, of the circuit element, and the second protection plate is fixedly connected with the circuit element;
the third protection board and the fourth protection board are arranged oppositely, the third protection board and the fourth protection board are fixedly connected with the first protection board and the second protection board, the first protection board, the second protection board, the third protection board and the fourth protection board form a box body, and the PCB is located inside the box body.
2. The PCB interposer of claim 1 wherein:
the third protection plate is arranged between the first protection plate and the second protection plate, and the edges of the end parts of the first protection plate and the second protection plate, which are connected with the third protection plate, are higher than the surface of the third protection plate, which is far away from the PCB;
the fourth protection plate is arranged between the first protection plate and the second protection plate, and the edges of the end parts, connected with the fourth protection plate, of the first protection plate and the second protection plate are higher than the surface, far away from the PCB, of the fourth protection plate.
3. The PCB interposer of claim 2, wherein:
the first protection plate comprises a first area, a second area and a third area, the second area is located between the first area and the third area, the distance between the second area and the PCB is smaller than the distance between the first area and the PCB and the distance between the second area and the PCB is larger than zero, and the protruding part of the circuit element is in contact with the second area;
the second protection plate comprises a fourth area, a fifth area and a sixth area, the fifth area is located between the fourth area and the sixth area, the distance between the fifth area and the PCB is larger than the distance between the fourth area and the PCB and the distance between the sixth area and the PCB, and the fifth area of the second protection plate is fixedly connected with the circuit element;
the third protective plate is fixed between the first region of the first protective plate and the fourth region of the second protective plate, and the fourth protective plate is fixed between the third region of the first protective plate and the sixth region of the second protective plate.
4. The PCB interposer of claim 3, wherein:
the first region with the third region all is provided with a plurality of first support columns, the second region has and is provided with a plurality of second support columns, first support column with the second support column is kept away from the surface parallel and level of first protection board.
5. The PCB interposer of claim 4,
threaded holes are formed in the surfaces, far away from the first protection plate, of the first support column and the second support column, and the PCB is fixedly connected with the first support column and the second support column through screws;
the first protection plate is fixedly connected with the protruding part through a screw;
the second protective plate is fixedly connected with the circuit element through a screw.
6. The PCB interposer of claim 3, wherein:
the second area is provided with a plurality of second through holes;
a plurality of third through holes are formed in the areas, adjacent to the third protective plate, of the first protective plate and the second protective plate, and the third through holes are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the edge, connected with the first protective plate, of the third protective plate; and/or a plurality of fourth through holes are formed in the areas, adjacent to the fourth protection plate, of the first protection plate and the second protection plate, and the fourth through holes are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the edge, connected with the first protection plate, of the fourth protection plate.
7. The PCB interposer of claim 1 wherein:
the third protection plate comprises a plurality of first strip-shaped through holes, the first strip-shaped through holes extend along the direction of the first protection plate pointing to the second protection plate, and the plurality of first strip-shaped through holes are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the edge of the third protection plate connected with the first protection plate;
the fourth protection shield includes a plurality of second bar through-holes, the second bar through-hole is followed first protection shield points to the direction of second protection shield extends, and a plurality of second bar through-holes are followed the fourth protection shield with the extending direction on the limit that first protection shield is connected arranges in proper order.
8. The PCB interposer of claim 1 further comprising:

the front panel is fixedly connected with the first protection plate and the second protection plate;
the front panel is provided with a plurality of openings, the second connecting terminal is arranged in the openings, one end of the front panel close to the third protection plate and one end of the front panel close to the fourth protection plate are respectively provided with a pulling aid.
9. The PCB interposer of claim 1 wherein:
the circuit element includes a transformer.
10. A PCB apparatus, comprising:
a box and at least one PCB card of any of claims 1-9;
the plug-in box comprises a plurality of guide rails, and the PCB plug-in is inserted into the guide rails.
